It is an incredible and divine synchronicity that all our planets are direct during the 12 holy days of Christmas (Dec 25 to Jan 5th).  What a blessing this is after we have survived, all at once, 9 planets in retrograde this year!  These twelve days (one day for each month of 2016) sets the tone for our entire year.

Each day we set our intent for our positive future, and we already are seeing some big things happening that will affect our entire plans this year.  Finally, we are seeing doors creak open after a grueling 2014-2015 transition void. These days are a positive time to make the bigger decisions on what we will say goodbye to, and things that we will say YES to.  These are the decisions that we all have avoided facing up to now. It is a powerful time to focus on our collective grand plan and our personal spiritual growth, and what our service to the world will be in 2016.  These days are a new foundation stone for our entire year.

Benjamin Fulford - December 28th 2015: The past year has seen pre-revolutionary turmoil, next may come post-revolutionary turmoil

An important milestone is approaching, Dear Friends.  It is the end of an arduous, miraculous, historic year - 2015.  I promise you it is a year that will remain in your memory as a phenomenally successful turning point in your own lives and in the life of your planet. 

The Thrill of Creation and Fulfillment

Think of the way a smash hit on Broadway comes to be.  First the playwright labors for months or years, or perhaps even a lifetime on the script, pouring heart and soul into the imaginings that create the characters, the plot, the location and the message.  Then he or she must publish the play, and begin the process of finding producers who will bring the play to the stage. 

The creation of the play has hardly begun at this point.  Actors must be chosen carefully, to insure that the essential spirit of the play is captured by the ones who fit comfortably into the role, according to their special talents, their character and skills.  Investors must be satisfied that the play will be viable and will reward them for their conviction and trust that the creative team will come together to create something that the audience can relate to and enjoy.  The director must be in sympathy with the author's intentions and have the skill to bring out the deep and authentic feeling required by the actors, and they must all work together in harmony with the set designers, lighting, music and theatre managers, and it must all be carefully coordinated and done on a tight schedule. 

Hundreds or even thousands of hearts, hands and minds go into producing a memorable play that will touch people's hearts and inspire them toward greater heights in their own lives.  Everyone looks forward with high anticipation to opening night and the great moment when the curtain rises and the new play begins.  Now the audience is everything.  The outcome lies in their hands.

Now, imagine that inspiration - that drive and determination to create something miraculous - as the setting for this moment in history.  This drama we now usher in together, Dear Ones, will dumbfound the critics, leave the audience weeping with joy, and lift all our hearts in such a way that people will struggle for years to find the words to capture the magic that is happening in this breathless moment.

You and I, Beloved Ones, have each played our parts perfectly in this daringly original smash hit-in-the-making.  The crew of this production includes every man, woman and child on the surface and within Gaia, all the Company of Heaven who have chosen their own places in the unfolding drama, and innumerable Galactic protectors, observers and supporters whose identities you have yet to learn.  Yes, it is a drama that has drawn an audience of billions, and will be a story that is discussed, studied and explored for eons to come.

Peace and Prosperity Come to Earth

Let's take the example of the coming Prosperity Programs and funds.  Some of you became interested in this part of the coming shift because you heard about St. Germain's Prosperity Programs that were to rebalance the economic disparity, bringing abundance for all and return us to fair and democratic systems of governance.  You began to learn that there were many others who have dedicated their energies to teaching, funding and supporting the coming blessings, and that this would be just the beginning of worldwide peace and abundance.  Some turned away in doubt because it sounded "too good to be true."  Certainly those who wished to maintain control over the debt slaves of Earth did not want anyone to believe that there would be massive changes that would set everyone free of their grasp.  They wanted their minions to remain in fear and cynicism, increasing their own doubt and pain because that way, they would forget how to create a different life for themselves.  They would give up on imagining, dreaming and creating the Paradise on Earth they yearned for in their hearts.

Peace on Earth had become a mantra rather than a reality, an empty slogan on a Holiday card that had lost its urgency, its compelling call to the heart of humankind.  Earth was in mortal danger of being destroyed, along with all on her.  As Archangel Michael had prophesied long ago at the beginning of this experiment, the time to end duality and darkness on Earth had come.

The Proclamation that Ends Suffering and Ushers in JOY

This was when Mother and Father declared an end to the free-will experiment with darkness that had gripped Planet Earth since the days of Atlantis. But that was not the end of the era of pain and suffering, any more than the playwright's script is the final product.  It was the final writing of the decree, the inspiration for the great drama that was to unfold gradually, gaining Light as the production teams, the inspired supporters, the movers and the shakers, the quietly faithful and the awakening audience all began to assemble.  The change was to be created by the combined efforts of billions of souls, not by God's decree alone.

The first phase was to bring hope to the oppressed population, and to open their hearts to the deep connection with God they had forgotten.  Mother and Father God see all their children as their close, intimate family, precious beyond measure.  Humankind on Earth had long forgotten that intimacy.  In its place had developed the belief that God was an unapproachable male presence to be feared and obeyed, not a friend or protector but a cruel and vindictive judge.  Many of the Company of Heaven volunteered to incarnate on Earth as prophets, spiritual leaders, philosophers, artists and teachers to tell the true story of God's Love.

It has taken a long time to counteract the dark teachings of the Anunnaki masters who had so relentlessly and so ruthlessly crafted the programs to enslave the minds of all humankind.  All who came to Earth had to struggle against the undertow that threatened to swallow everyone who dared to venture here.  There were eras that seemed to portend higher levels of enlightenment, but always the dark ones were operating behind the scenes, casting a deep shadow across the land, leaving people uneasy and mistrustful even in the presence of plenty.

As Lightworkers were assassinated, tortured and silenced, others came to take up the banner of Faith and were treated equally brutally.  More of the Company of Heaven came to incarnate here, bringing greater hope and inspiration, but always it was met with greater resistance.  It became clear that without Mother and Father's intervention, Earth would be lost to darkness.

We were not discouraged by the numerous lifetimes that ended in burnings, hangings and every form of crucifixion imaginable.  It only strengthened our resolve to work harder, combine our energies with our Higher Dimensional Selves, Angels, Twin Flames and most of all, Mother and Father God.  Our convictions were tested, above and below, and we persevered. 

There was much to learn and understand about these difficult conditions.  There had been other planets that had been plunged into darkness, but it had taken them either a drastic dissolution to protect the Universe around them, or they spent millions of years climbing out of the mire, learning generation after generation to reach for Light rather than darkness. 

Humans on our beloved Earth had a different plan for their own salvation.  They wanted to do it quickly, and they wanted to do it together.  The great Councils met, and the unfolding drama was envisioned as a manifestation of God's desire and decree: As Above, So Below.  Earth and Paradise would be one.  Earth would ascend, with all upon her, we would do it together, and every soul would be saved, brought Home to Mother and Father's waiting embrace. 

Courage, Kindness, Love and FAITH

It was agreed that with every act of courage, kindness, Love and Faith, Mother and Father would incrementally increase the dispensations allowed to assist us.  This was the blessing that allowed us to tip the scales, to begin the upward ascension you are feeling now, as the great Light of the Central Sun, Mother and Father's Love, lifts us higher every day. 

You will one day learn of the great acts of selflessness and bravery that built the path, brick by brick, that has led us to this finale - this triumphant moment in time that was eons in the making.  You have much knowledge of war and terror, because your histories have been written by the dark masters who controlled all information, but you know little of the magnificent stories of Love and the steady growth in human consciousness over these past millennia.  It will delight you beyond words when you learn of your true history, and how steadfast, original and creative you have been in your own development.

This story I tell you now, Beloved Brothers and Sisters, is a brief outline of the spectacular drama that has unfolded on Gaia's surface as we have forged forward into the Light together.  Our upward climb has been strenuous, but the friendships we have forged, the Love we have felt for our intimate soul mates and friends while here on Earth or working together in higher dimensions has raised us up in a way we could not have imagined possible when we embarked on this adventure.

We are now beginning a new phase of our phenomenally successful play.  Perhaps you could think of it as a sequel, or a continuing drama.  We do know for certain that the next months and years will be astonishing in their newness.  Be ready, Beloved Ones, to leave all old ideas behind about what life is.  Only the Love you have felt, the moments that touched your heart, the inspiration and compassion you have known are real.  All else will drop away.  We no longer have need for the rules that bound us or the cautiousness and fear that limited us.  Now is the time for us to venture into the unknown, because what we know is Love.  Nothing else matters.

We will need no imposed boundaries, no oppressive regulations or beliefs to control our thoughts and our actions, because we will act with compassion, Love and respect for others.  The adventures that will come of those actions will be wondrous and fulfilling beyond anything you have envisioned.  You, beloved Humankind, are loved, and you are protected by Mother and Father God and all their Legions of Light. 

Prosperity and new governance will bring its own challenges. Will you adapt quickly to new opportunities and deeply felt pleasures?  Will enough abundance be enough to calm your ancient fears?  The coming days may test your imagination, but if you embrace the glory of our successful climb so far, you will see the summit there before you, just a step away.  Let the fog clear from you eyes and your minds.  Let your heart soar with Joy.  Now it is our time.

The Light-filled energies you feel sweeping over the Earth now will augment every feeling, bring to fruition every deep longing, and gloriously manifest your heartfelt Visions.  We are ascending now, and we will not be turning back.  Walk with me, my dear friends.  Feel my hand on your shoulder.  We are one.

Selamat Jalwa! The world rejoices as the deliveries finally begin to manifest!  A new era for surface humanity begins.  In the first part of this coming Gregorian new year, you are to see a series of astounding events.  New governance is to alter your world's current international patterns and along with the rise of global prosperity is to push your eons- long concept of debt slavery into the trash bin of history.  This is only one of many primary beliefs that are to be abandoned by you.  You are to reconnect with a belief that you possess an inner power and this combined with a collective ability to support each other is to thoroughly reorder each of your many regional societies.  This rise of personal empowerment is to enable you to swiftly solve most of your present problems.  These include the current power and resources difficulties as well as those that involve food, housing and redistribution difficulties in many parts of your world.  In short, you are about to reinvent how your world operates.  This is just the start of what you are to quickly accomplish.  This realm is as well to see a new birth of freedom and equality!
   
 
This process of reeducating yourselves is to be ongoing.  The purpose of most of the world's education is simply to create a world filled with a common set of realities that are inculcated into everyone. The purpose was to forge obedience to a monetary system and hierarchy that put the masses at a serious disadvantage. This process is to be globally abandoned.  In its stead is to be a system that emphasizes the power of the individual and gives you the means to achieve your dreams.  This is to be revolutionary at first, as each society needs to begin a massive process to alter its very core.  This is not to be done easily as most still think in the older more familiar ways.  Governance needs to explain the efficacy of the new ways and encourage the development of these ideas about freedom and equality.  Once we are formally recognized, we intend to aid the work of your Ascended Masters and plant important new seeds.  These are to emphasize the new opportunities given you by your prosperity and growing freedom.
   
 
This new set of societies that you are to build is just one of your many coming accomplishments.  At present, Gaia is being poisoned by radiation; polluted by emissions from your cars, trucks and factories.  In addition, you are in the midst of a vast extinction of your flora and fauna.  This horror is further escalated by an immense worldwide misdistribution of your natural resources. Your persistent mining and culling of this land and its various living resources further exacerbate this misdistribution.  You are to begin to resolve these problems before we land.  At that time, we are to assess your progress and quickly finish what you have started.  Gaia wished for you to correct what is now wrong with your societies and to begin to prove that you are committed to forging a new realm. This is to allow you to better understand the sacred relationship between this global society and Gaia.
   
 
This new set of realities is to be brought home by what your Ascended Masters are to teach you about your sacred origins and what has occurred to you since you were plunged into the amnesia of limited consciousness by the priest/scientists of Atlantis.  The Anunnaki and their minions largely misstated this history over the past 13 millennia.  We wish to quench any remaining doubts that you have when you meet your mentors.  It is vital that you thoroughly understand what erroneously happened to you.  This odd journey of yours has cast a strong shadow on how you think and act in this realm.  It is important to completely correct the lies and mistruths that you now possess.  You are wise in how the dark operates.  The part that is to be added is a series of truths about you and a thorough restatement about how realities actually function.  This knowledge can prepare you to move more easily in the wondrous realms of full consciousness.
   
 
Blessings!  We are your Ascended Masters!  We come on what is promising to be a most joyous occasion for everyone!  The dark is beginning to fade from the scene.  We bless all of Heaven for this most gracious time.  What you are next to do is to prove to all in Heaven what a truly brave and courageous group of souls you are! This past year began in an ignominious manner and finished in a most magnificent way.  You are on a path that is to allow you to re-enter the realms of the Light and to bask in the joys of triumph! This time is when you can use your wondrous newfound focus to envision how this realm is to be altered.  We are preparing a series of special presentations to guide you regarding who you really are and to know what happened to you over the past 13 millennia.  This set of glorious facts is to permit you to finally grasp the full extent of your history and how it relates to your grand destiny. 
   
 
These sets of true stories are to help you get a bigger understanding of what the Anunnaki did and how their minions operated.  We have long wished to be allowed to explain this freely to you.  When we began our various missions, we were told of this tale in great detail. It is not to be judged; only to be told.  Many of the artifacts that you have unearthed over the past few centuries have been manipulated by the dark.  It is time to remove this veil and bask in the Light of the great truths that these items represent.  You are a great people who have survived a most arduous journey.  We are here to reveal a number of truths and to explain what a series of so-called "secret signs" mean.  The twisted origins of numerous things are to be revealed. It is this that can begin to set you free and squarely on the divine path to your enlightenment. 
   
 
In this vein, let us repeat a great truth.  You are a most sacred group of Souls.  We have the privilege of supervising and guiding you. This is something that we do not take lightly.  Long ago, we were designated by Heaven to watch and use the ways of divine grace and mercy to move you toward the Light.  This task has taken us millennia to achieve.  At times, each of us has been born, lived and died among you.  We are to employ this worldly knowledge to achieve our sacred goals.  We know in detail what the Anunnaki and their minions have used to manipulate the truth.  We know what it is needed to move you toward your momentous times when the power of the dark is to quickly dissipate.  This process is permitting Heaven to change you back into full consciousness to renew your connection with your spiritual and space families.
   
 
Today, we know that you are on the verge of a great victory that is to end your massive ignorance about how these physical and spiritual universes operate.  You are to be readied to meet your inner Earth families as well.  You are to learn how this realm is connected to the upper realm that governs inner Earth and to begin to know what you are expected to do and be prepared to do it! Know, dear Ones, that the countless Supply and never-ending Prosperity of Heaven are indeed yours! So Be It! Selamat Gajun!

"In Order to Survive You Chose to Limit Your Awareness"

Do not be alarmed as a number of unexpected events unfold quite early in 2016.  Much has been going on at deeper levels of the human collective as you prepare yourselves collectively and individually for your awakening, and the effects of those preparations will start to become apparent in various areas of human endeavor. There will be much to intrigue and delight you in 2016 in spite of the ongoing disagreements and conflicts occurring across the world, which the mainstream media tends to use to further develop their fear-driven agendas which would encourage you to believe that things will only get worse!
 
To awaken is to become free. Free of all the emotional and psychological baggage that drains your energy fields and undermines your enthusiasm for life, leaving you depressed and unmotivated as you struggle with your daily round of worldly commitments. Commitments that seem only to increase in number no matter how many you resolve and leave behind.  The illusory world, in which humans appear to interact as separate individuals, with each one seemingly in an almost constant battle for survival while seeking desperately for love and acceptance, is a very demanding and exhausting environment.  But every one of you chose to be here at this time to undergo and grow from the lessons that you set upon your path before you incarnated, and to assist humanity in general to awaken.
 
You do each have an essential purpose on Earth in every moment, but uncovering that purpose and allowing it to emerge and change your lives is not that easy, although it is simple.  Simple?  Yes, it is simply to be Love in action!
 
However, the world in which you experience life as humans seems so real and dangerous that to just live seems to demand almost all of your personal energy and resources, leaving little time or motivation for your essential spiritual task.  When you feel threatened and fearful you erect defenses and conceal yourselves behind masks that disguise your true identity.  You have been doing this for so long that you have forgotten that your true identity is as one with each other and with God.  Instead you fear one another, even in the most intimate of relationships, because betrayal of trust has become endemic.
 
The only way out of this quagmire of fear is to let it go and allow Love to direct you in every moment. But, because your unreal and threatening environment appears so real to you, that seems to be an insane course of action, one that is bound to end in disaster.  Over the eons wise ones have come among you frequently to demonstrate this way of living, and while for the most part acknowledging the wisdom of the lessons they have taught and demonstrated, you have convinced yourselves that they are somehow "special," and that what they did and how they lived is impossible for "normal" people.
 
Now, with the power of the Tsunami of Love flowing freely across the planet, more and more of you are feeling its effects and are reassessing your lives and the way you are living them.  You are recognizing that life is intended to be a far more uplifting and satisfying experience than a purely materialistic life style can ever provide, and so you are turning inwards to engage with meditative and contemplative practices.  These practices are enabling you to find within you a sense of peace and resilience that confirms for you that your true nature is indeed spiritual, while giving you the strength to remove your masks and operate daily from that place of inner strength by engaging with Love instead of with fear.
 
You are, as most of you well know, spiritual beings of great power and creativity having a temporary limited experience as humans within the illusory world that you built when you made the decision to be separate and to accumulate the strange but utterly unreal knowledge that life separated from your Source would allow you to investigate. You knew that separation was impossible because there is only All That Is which is Oneness, extant in an infinite creative field where Love is the power that makes all that is possible possible.
 
By entering the illusion, the unreal and temporary environment that you had constructed for some temporary and seemingly promising diversions from your natural state of limitless creative ability, you lost sight of and then totally forgot Who You were.  That was Your intention, it was to be part of the game, but God, understanding how lost, frightened, and confused You would become, instantly provided the means for you to retrieve Your memory, awaken from the dream, and return to Your divine Home, even though You had never left.
 
Yes, what You constructed in order to play with the sense of separation was and is very convincing once You engage with it and seemingly find Yourself within it.  Split into innumerable myriad individual entities each of whom felt alone, abandoned, insignificant, and of little if any value in the apparently vast universe in which you found yourselves, fear arose.  Fear is utterly unreal, and therefore You had never experienced it.  But, within the illusion, it arose because You were now apparently a tiny and insignificant individual desperately attempting to survive in a very hostile environment in which others, just like you, were dealing with the same issues in myriad different ways. The experience was, and remains, overwhelming.
 
In order to survive you chose to limit your awareness so that the illusion's vastness and your insignificance would be hidden from you. This limited the amount of fear or terror that you might experience. However, in the last few centuries, your scientists have begun to realize how vast the illusion is, and that shocking realization has led you to seek an escape from your seemingly complete insignificance in the larger scheme of things.
 
Throughout the ages of the illusion there has always been what has come to be called The Perennial Philosophy, after a recent book of the same name, whereby it is seen that all the world's major religions have always offered the same basic spiritual message, a message of unconditional Love.  However, as these religions became established and mainstream the message became corrupted because the first followers of these loving beings - the founders of these religions - on whose beliefs and ways of life these various religions claimed to be based, almost invariably sought to attain personal power and influence through their connection to the holy one.  Consequently most religious organizations, instead of showing Love in action, built power bases from which their leaders could draw enormous material benefits while subjugating the masses of separated souls, who were desperately seeking salvation, by convincing them to surrender their sovereignty and instead support the hierarchy that then used that support for its own nefarious purposes.
 
Now awareness of this corruption has become so widespread that the elite bloodlines who have enjoyed, engaged in, and used these corrupt practices for eons, can no longer control humanity.  Humanity has, as we have remarked before, made the collective decision to awaken into their true heritage as unseparated divine beings at one with God.  And that decision is irreversible.  You will awaken, because it is your and God's Will that you do so, and because you are already awakening.
 
Your main, indeed your only task is to be loving in every moment. You know that Love is always the answer, regardless of any question that might be asked, because with Love there are no "ifs" "ands" or "buts." So, Walk Your Talk!  That is how the world changes, by people, just like you, walking their talk.  It does not change through rhetoric, discussion, or argument, let alone through war and conflict, it changes one person at a time, and now is the time when all persons are changing together.
 
The will to change exists, because it is the divine Will.  So does the intention, because you have all had enough pain, suffering, and war. Therefore be sure to go within daily and hold God's Light on high by intending to be a conduit or channel through which the divine field of Love, the Tsunami of Love flows freely and abundantly in every moment to all on the planet. The results will astound you.

The purpose of this publication is not only to keep you informed of what's happening in various facets of the Ascension Earth Project, but also to galvanize our Unity.  We share an important Mission:  restoring the Light on Earth, so that she and all upon her may ascend in freedom and glory.  We share with you an unbreakable bond of family, service and love.

  Greetings to you all as you welcome in the New Year, it promises to be most active as the old struggles to cope with the new energies that are quickly being established. The result is that much confusion exists particularly amongst those who see only the outer happenings. Yet much of it is often out your sight, and is slowly bringing the New Age into manifestation that is now entering its fourth year. The necessary changes cannot be delayed for long, and are becoming more powerful as each day passes. The dark Ones are still trying to ignore the obvious signs that tell them their time is almost finished. Their ability to dictate what happens to the Human Race is no longer within their power that is now being diminished very quickly.

  Soon events will take place that will clearly indicate the new direction you are going in. The old has served its purpose and cannot be maintained in the face of the changes that are about to manifest. The turmoil taking place around the Earth would seem to be so great that it cannot be curtailed, but be assured that the Galactic Federation have the means to immediately stop all acts of war. They have in fact been given more authority to step in and take direct action. You have so much support and protection at this time you need not worry as to how events will work out. Your support is needed more than ever to ensure that the Light continues to remain strong and powerful regardless of what is happening around you. These are such important times, and each individual should keep in mind their highest expectations and not lose sight of them.

  It would sometimes seem that the dark Ones have the upper hand, but that is because just individuals can cause so much mayhem. However, the secret Government is rapidly having its power taken away, so that their influence and actions are severely limited. Ultimately their actions will be stopped as they are to be removed from the Earth, and then you shall quickly see remarkable changes and complete peace will return. As many of you have experienced, the vibrations are rising up and there will come a point at which Ascension shall occur.
It is inevitable and unstoppable, and souls of a lower vibration will remain at their present level.

  With Ascension the real work will begin and your Earth will undergo the necessary changes to create a new Earth, one that will eventually show no signs of the previous damage and destruction that was so evident. Mother Nature will be restored to her finest colours, and beauty unparalleled for eons of time. Everything will be free from the many distortions that you now see around you, and all life will happily live together in complete harmony. Naturally the changes will take time to completely manifest, and I know that you will find them very acceptable and uplifting.

Understand that Ascension has been open to every soul and help has been given to those who have worked towards it. For those who have not achieved it, there is no question of it being seen as failure. Each soul will progress at a speed that suits it, and there will always be more opportunities as the cycles come and go. You take with you what you have gained, so at each stage of advancement you progress nearer to Ascension. You get every help from those who have gone before you and know how to give you the strength of purpose to succeed.

  You have many Beings of Light with you that have incarnated from the higher realms, and some are already known and recognised for their work.
Using your intuitive powers you will easily know who to trust, but there are still many souls who are unable to move forward seemingly trapped in the lower vibrations. They have become so wrapped up in their beliefs, that they cannot accept different points of view. At this time it is more important than ever that you are open minded, as soon the truth will look you in the face. You are not blamed for your opinions as sooner or later it will become obvious to you that you have been misled by those you have placed your trust in. Some leading groups will find it difficult to change their teachings because they are sacred of losing face, but the facts must be faced otherwise they will be left behind.

  As time progresses and when it is safe to be outspoken, people will come to the fore who are well versed in the truth. Because their work is already known to you it will be quite easy to accept their teachings, but it will be difficult for some who are for example deeply entrenched in religious beliefs. There is truth in all religions but they have been distorted by those who seek power over others. Your intuition is still
  your best measure of the truth, but at least be open minded and eventually you will find the path to the Light.

  Do not be concerned as to where you stand when the revelations commence, as they will come with explanations that should satisfy most seekers of the truth. It is not complicated but quite straightforward and easily understood. The biggest hurdle is where people have beliefs that do not allow for life after death as it really exists. There is no death as such and when you lay down your earthly body, you immediately move into your etheric body. Few souls if any notice the difference so the transition is easy and most welcome, and you are free from all earthly ailments that you brought with you. Some souls do not believe in life after death but they will  with souls around them. What you may have heard about the “Summerland” where most souls go to after death, is that it is more of a reception area where you will meet your nearest and dearest who will help you adjust to that dimension.  When you settle in you will learn that at this level thought is more powerful than it was upon Earth, and that most things you need can be “thought” into existence. Everyone reviews their life on Earth and you will find out how well you have done where your life plan was concerned. Where you need more experience in certain areas, it will be part of future life plans.

  There is no getting away from the truth, as in the higher dimensions you cannot speak otherwise without others knowing it. When you are ready you will then find your right level to continue your experiences, and bear in mind that all of them are for your evolution. I cannot tell you exactly where Humanity will all be at the end of the new year, but without a doubt you should have progressed a lot further than you are now.
The Galactic Federation will ensure that no outside interference prevents matters proceeding as intended. It was always meant that you should be given every help to ascend, and anticipated that you would be successful. However, there is always a chance that in exercising your freewill you will place yourself on the wrong path, and that would have to be respected. You are otherwise to be congratulated for keeping to your path and know that you are always supported by those who walk with you.

Life is like a journey on a train...
with its stations...
with changes of routes...
and with accidents !


We board this train when we are born and our parents are the ones who get our ticket.

We believe they will always travel on this train with us.

However, at some station our parents will get off the train, leaving us alone on this journey.

As time goes by, other passengers will board the train, many of whom will be significant - our siblings, friends, children, and even the love of our life.

Many will get off during the journey and leave a permanent vacuum in our lives.

Many will go so unnoticed that we won't even know when they vacated their seats and got off the train !

This train ride will be full of joy, sorrow, fantasy, expectations, hellos, good-byes, and farewells.

A good journey is helping, loving, having a good relationship with all co passengers...
and making sure that we give our best to make their journey comfortable.

The mystery of this fabulous journey is :
We do not know at which station we ourselves are going to get off.

So, we must live in the best way - adjust, forget, forgive and offer the best of what we have.

The criticisms of Trump are amazingly missing something. They are lacking in negative stories from those who work for him or have had business dealings with him. After all the employees he’s had and all the business deals he’s made there is a void of criticism. In fact, long term employees call him a strong and merciful leader and say he is far more righteous and of high integrity than people may think.

And while it may surprise many, he’s actually humble when it comes to his generosity and kindness. A good example is a story that tells of his limo breaking down on a deserted highway outside of New York City. A middle-aged couple stopped to help him and as a thank you he paid off their mortgage, but he didn’t brag about that. Generous and good people rarely talk of charity they bestow on others. But as much as all this is interesting, the real thing that people want to know is what Donald Trump’s plan is for America. It’s funny how so many people say they don’t know what it is, or they act like Trump is hiding it. The information is readily available if people would just do a little homework. But, since most Americans won’t do their own research, here, in no particular order, is an overview of many of Trumps positions and plans:

1.) Trump believes that America should not intervene militarily in other country’s problems without being compensated for doing so. If America is going to risk the lives of our soldiers and incur the expense of going to war, then the nations we help must be willing to pay for our help. Using the Iraq War as an example, he cites the huge monetary expense to American taxpayers (over $1.5 trillion, and possibly much more depending on what sources are used to determine the cost) in addition to the cost in human life. He suggests that Iraq should have been required to give us enough of their oil to pay for the expenses we incurred. He includes in those expenses the medical costs for our military and $5 million for each family that lost a loved one in the war and $2 million for each family of soldiers who received severe injuries.

2.) Speaking of the military, Trump wants America to have a strong military again. He believes the single most important function of the federal government is national defense. He has said he wants to find the General Patton or General MacArthur that could lead our military buildup back to the strength it needs to be. While he hasn’t said it directly that I know of, Trump’s attitude about America and about winning tells me he’d most likely be quick to eliminate rules of engagement that handicap our military in battle. Clearly Trump is a “win at all costs” kind of guy, and I’m sure that would apply to our national defense and security, too.
3.) Trump wants a strong foreign policy and believes that it must include 8 core principles (which seem to support my comment in the last point):
American interests come first. Always. No apologies.
Maximum firepower and military preparedness.
Only go to war to win.
Stay loyal to your friends and suspicious of your enemies.
Keep the technological sword razor sharp.
See the unseen.
Prepare for threats before they materialize.
Respect and support our present and past warriors.

4.) Trump believes that terrorists who are captured should be treated as military combatants, not as criminals like the Obama administration treats them.

5.) Trump makes the point that China’s manipulation of their currency has given them unfair advantage in our trade dealings with them. He says we must tax their imports to offset their currency manipulation, which will cause American companies to be competitive again and drive manufacturing back to America and create jobs here. Although he sees China as the biggest offender, he believes that America should protect itself from all foreign efforts to take our jobs and manufacturing. For example, Ford is building a plant in Mexico and Trump suggests that every part or vehicle Ford makes in Mexico be taxed 35% if they want to bring it into the U. S., which would cause companies like Ford to no longer be competitive using their Mexican operations and move manufacturing back to the U. S., once again creating jobs here.

6.) Trump wants passage of NOPEC legislation (No Oil Producing and Exporting Cartels Act – NOPEC – S.394), which would allow the government to sue OPEC for violating antitrust laws. According to Trump, that would break up the cartel. He also wants to unleash our energy companies to drill domestically (sound like Sarah Palin’s drill baby, drill?) thereby increasing domestic production creating jobs and driving domestic costs of oil and gas down while reducing dependence on foreign oil.

7.) Trump believes a secure border is critical for both security and prosperity in America. He wants to build a wall to stop illegals from entering and put controls on immigration. (And he says he’ll get Mexico to pay for the wall, which many have scoffed at, but given his business successes I wouldn’t put it past him.) He also wants to enforce our immigration laws and provide no path to citizenship for illegals.

8.) Trump wants a radical change to the tax system to not only make it better for average Americans, but also to encourage businesses to stay here and foreign businesses to move here. The resulting influx of money to our nation would do wonders for our economy. He wants to make America the place to do business. He also wants to lower the death tax and the taxes on capital gains and dividends. This would put more than $1.6 trillion back into the economy and help rebuild the 1.5 million jobs we’ve lost to the current tax system. He also wants to charge companies who outsource jobs overseas a 20% tax, but for those willing to move jobs back to America they would not be taxed. And for citizens he has a tax plan that would allow Americans to keep more of what they earn and spark economic growth. He wants to change the personal income tax to:
Up to $30,000 taxed at 1% From $30,000 to $100,000 taxed at 5% From $100,000 to $1,000,000 taxed at 10% $1,000,000 and above taxed at 15%

9.) Trump wants Obamacare repealed. He says it’s a “job-killing, health care-destroying monstrosity” that “can’t be reformed, salvaged, or fixed.” He believes in allowing real competition in the health insurance marketplace to allow competition to drive prices down. He also believes in tort reform to get rid of defensive medicine and lower costs.

10.) Trump wants spending reforms in Washington, acknowledging that America spends far more than it receives in revenue. He has said he believes that if we don’t stop increasing the national debt once it hits $24 trillion it will be impossible to save this country. Even though he says we need to cut spending, he does not want to harm those on Medicare, Medicaid, or Social Security. He believes that the citizens have faithfully paid in to the system to have these services available and that the American government has an obligation to fulfill its end of the bargain and provide those benefits. Therefore, he wants to build the economy up so that we have the revenue to pay those costs without cutting the benefits to the recipients. He disagrees with Democrats who think raising taxes is the answer and says that when you do that you stifle the economy. On the other hand, when you lower taxes and create an environment to help businesses they will grow, hire more workers, and those new workers will be paying taxes that become more tax revenue for the government.

11.) Trump also wants reform of the welfare state saying that America needs “a safety net, not a hammock.” He believes in a welfare to work program that would help reduce the welfare roles and encourage people to get back to work. And he wants a crackdown on entitlement fraud.

12.) Trump believes climate change is a hoax.

13.) Trump opposes Common Core.

14.) Trump is pro-life, although he allows for an exception due to rape, incest, or the life of the mother.

15.) Trump is pro 2nd Amendment rights.

16.) Trump’s view on same-sex marriage is that marriage is between a man and a woman, but he also believes that this is a states’ rights issue, not a federal issue.

17.) Trump supports the death penalty.

Trump believes that there is a lack of common sense, innovative thinking in Washington (Hmmm. looks like he believes in horse sense!). He says it’s about seeing the unseen and that’s the kind of thinking we need to turn this country around. He tells a personal story to illustrate the point:
“When I opened Trump National Golf Club at Rancho Palos Verdes in Los Angeles, I was immediately told that I would need to build a new and costly ballroom. The current ballroom was gorgeous, but it only sat 200 people and we were losing business because people needed a larger space for their events. Building a new ballroom would take years to get approval and permits (since it’s on the Pacific Ocean), and cost about $5 million. I took one look at the ballroom and saw immediately what needed to be done. The problem wasn’t the size of the room, it was the size of the chairs. They were huge, heavy, and unwieldy.
We didn’t need a bigger ballroom, we needed smaller chairs! So I had them replaced with high-end, smaller chairs. I then had our people sell the old chairs and got more money for them than the cost of the new chairs. In the end, the ballroom went from seating 200 people to seating 320 people. Our visitors got the space they desired, and I spared everyone the hassle of years of construction and $5 million of expense.

It’s amazing what you can accomplish with a little common sense.” On top of his saving years of construction and $5 million in expenses, he also was able to keep the ballroom open for business during the time it would have been under remodeling, which allowed him to continue to make money on the space instead of losing that revenue during construction time.

Donald Trump’s entire life has been made up of success and winning. He’s been accused of bankruptcies, but that’s not true. He’s never filed personal bankruptcy. He’s bought companies and legally used bankruptcy laws to restructure their debt, just as businesses do all the time. But he’s never been bankrupt personally. He’s a fighter that clearly loves America and would fight for our nation.

Earlier I quoted Trump saying, “I love America. And when you love something, you protect it passionately – fiercely, even.” We never hear that from Democrats or even from most Republicans.

Donald Trump is saying things that desperately need to be said but no other candidate has shown the fortitude to stand up and say them.
Before we criticize someone because of what the media is saying, maybe we should consider what they have to offer. What are they bringing to the table. Researching their background independently of what the news says. What’s their bio?? What's Obama’s bio? If you researched him prior to becoming President, would you have hired him to work for you or run your business?

Energy Update January 2016 - A Year of Inspired Action

The stage has been set. Each character prepared with lifetimes of experience for what is finally a tangible transition into the new 5D energies so many (including myself) have been discussing. For those who didn't have a chance to read my September 27, 2015 follow-up, a 3-part energy update was written, circulated globally, and remains posted in the articles section of our web site.

While much has opened up throughout the latter parts of 2015, some were unable to feel the newly-expanded vibrations due to the amount of integration that was required in order to fully rewire your energy field in preparation for our emerging times.

As always, I offer these energy updates as a way of providing clarity, so your path can be navigated with love, compassion, inspiration, joy, simplicity, and ease. While I am here to assist you in seeing things differently and reminding you of cosmic options you may have forgotten are available, it is always important to remember that your unique path is always your own. While I may offer these updates as reminders that you are not alone in your awakening symptoms or mysterious patterns of experience, it is never intended to become a replacement for your innate ability to think for yourself. Whatever power I am given, it is my duty, honor, and privilege to apply the polish of unconditional love and return your power to you more shiny, upgraded, and radiant than ever before.

May these words act as a guide throughout a journey that evolves at the rate of your most inspired choices.

In my recent conversation with the Universe, I was told the theme of 2016 is a year of inspired action. It is where beings who have been on what feels like an endless spiritual rollercoaster will finally be able to make the important life decisions that invite a new reality to dawn. On a collective level, 2016 will reveal greater activity on a grassroots level, where communities of awakening beings will begin coming together to address the issues and implementing solutions for the well-being of our planet. It may not be the overnight awakening on a collective level that many await, but it will be a time when we see humanity begin to wake up from its unconscious slumber and step forward in the direction of conscious action. While 2015 seemed to end with much violence and confusion, a different picture is revealed when thinking of the shifts in energy like weather patterns. Just as a hurricane can cause mass destruction to the places it reaches, its purpose is to clear space on the planet for new things to grow. On an internal level, the weather patterns of our emotional bodies have been clearing space individually and collectively in preparation for new energies to emerge from the onset of 2016 and beyond. For some, this space clearing has been physically debilitating. For others, it has been nothing short of emotionally exhausting. Some even had the 2-for-1 combo platter. And yet, there are some who are so out of tune with their innocence that the only way to clear space within themselves is to victimize others.

This does not condone violence in any way. The entire reason we are participating in our own awakening is to accelerate the consciousness of this planet, so all can live as One throughout a global renaissance of spiritual expansion that is closer to actualization than you might think. As always, nothing dwelling within you acts as the cause of why the world acts the way it acts. Instead, you are witnessing injustice and atrocities like spiritual flashcards, where the very mixture of feelings that emanate as a result of what you see reveals the next aspect in line to be nurtured, consoled, and loved as a heart-centered journey of eternal salvation.

May every act of violence inspire you be more kind to yourself and others. May each word you speak be a seed of compassion planted in every heart, instead of bullets of judgment you've locked, loaded, and are ready to fire under any given circumstance. Physical violence and emotional cruelty are manifestations of negative energy. The purpose isn't to turn the darkness into light, but to invite each shadow to remember its true self as the supreme light of all by offering it the loving support it has never received. By loving the pain, sadness, hurt, fear, and anger within you, by no means does it cause you to attract more of the same.

Instead, we only attract more negativity when it is judged by its appearance or behavior, instead of being rehabilitated in the arms of love.

This also doesn't mean that you should stay in toxic relationships, aggressive living situations, or unfair work environments as a way of transmuting the shadows in those around you. Instead, the objective is to always place yourself wherever you can be best respected and honored for your talents. From this space of greater safety, life becomes an open-ended opportunity to embrace each aspect of your innocence, no matter what series of events life puts together just to show you what is next in line to be loved instead of judged. Even if there are judgments active within you, perhaps it is merely a more clever invitation to embrace the one who judges, instead of withholding love until the judgments subside.

When we become the ones who change how we treat and relate to the shadow, instead of withholding love until the shadow changes first, an internal shift occurs to melt each aspect of self-sabotage and inner conflict when love is your guide. Whether your world seems to be awakening at an accelerated rate or at a snail's pace, this moment invites you to repeat out loud the following insight of acceptance:

"I accept that I am only seeing the exact version of the world that is needed to be seen, in order to bring my attention to the aspects of self who deserve to be loved. One moment at a time, may I respond to each atrocity with actions of the opposite vibration throughout my life."

If you, or someone you know is a victim of theft, what if you responded to that energy with a moment of generosity, whether direct or anonymous? When violence seems to have no regard for the innocence of others, why not respond to that energy by being even more kind and gentle to yourself and others? When world leaders seem to ignore what's really important, what if you responded to that energy by taking a deeper look at your life to discover the important issues you may be avoiding and implementing greater conscious action than the political characters in view?

1. Part One of Third Round:  Karen would not answer straight questions and went running after a brief sparring match, so we just sent our Final Notice of Commercial Obligation Lien directly to her bosses. 
 
2. Part Two of Third Round: Karen replied to our Final Notice of Commercial Obligation Lien without actually replying--- just making several specious claims, to which we responded and also pointed out that she didn't answer the five points of our lien and if she doesn't it goes into effect as of January 17 as International Law. 
 
3. Part Three of Third Round:  Karen has been sending out a lot of gratuitous false claims and hate mail, so I took one and replied to it.  
 
 
Please help this information get out to as many people as humanly possible.  It clearly shows the way these rats misrepresent documents, identities, everything.

After two recent interchanges in which Karen refused to answer practical honest questions, she took a powder.  Again.  The first time was July 2014.
I bypassed her and went directly to her banker bosses.  Here’s the text of the letter we sent them:

Be it known to one and all, both living and dead:  Karen Hudes is proposing that our gold be used to pay off the debts represented by Federal Reserve Notes--- that is, that we should pay for the odious debts of those who have defrauded us.  This is to our knowledge the fifth such scheme Ms. Hudes has proposed.   We living beneficiaries of the assets on deposit with the World Bank/IBRD and with the International Monetary Fund/IMF owed to the States of America and the free sovereign and independent people of the United States who also have beneficial interest as donors with respect to assets secondarily on deposit with the “Global Debt Facility” administered by the World Bank Board of Governors depose the following to be Material Fact established by Public Record:
(1) The World Bank/IBRD were Secondary Creditors in the 1933 Bankruptcy of the United States of America, Incorporated;
(2) Upon settlement of the bankruptcy of the United States of America, Incorporated, the World Bank/IBRD knowingly received gold and other assets belonging to the Priority Creditors--- who are and who have always been the “free sovereign and independent people of the United States” and their unincorporated States of America;
(3) The gold reserves contained in the Global Debt Facility and other accounts administered by the World Bank/IBRD and International Monetary Fund/IMF known as the “Infinity Accounts” were obtained at least in part as a result of illegal confiscations of privately held gold carried out by the Administration of Franklin Delano Roosevelt, promoted under inequitable exchange, duress and indemnity, followed by identity theft, falsification of political status records, and reverse trust and fiduciary trust fraud;
(4) The American gold and other assets such as credit and titles to land together with reasonable interest is owed as an inheritance to the living American people and their unincorporated organic states from which the gold was obtained;
(5) Ms. Karen Hudes has been informed that there is no Constitutional authority allowing for any officials or agents of the Federal United States --including Federal State and Federal County Officials--  to receive assets in behalf of the living people and the unincorporated states; she has also been informed that there is no agreement on the part of the lawful beneficiaries allowing the World Bank/IBRD/IMF to use our gold to pay for, buy back, or otherwise collateralize Federal Reserve Notes, United States Notes, or any other private bank script;
The Board of Governors and Executive Directors have ten (10) days plus three days mailing time from the mailing date of this Final Notice to rebut the truth of the five (5) statements above, or they shall stand as Truth in Commerce and self-enforcing international law creating an effective and collectible commercial obligation lien against the Global Debt Facility, the World Bank/IBRD, and International Monetary Fund/ IMF for the assets valued at $370 billion United States Dollars and interest due, payable immediately in full, as well as establishing our collateral claim on the land assets of the Continental United States owed to the United Colonies and the States of America however these assets may now be represented, defined, en-titled or accounted and in the possession of the respective banks;   
We have specifically directed Ms. Hudes that it is our Will to use our gold to back our own national currency, the actual United States Dollar, defined as one ounce of fine silver, and that General Joseph F. Dunford, Jr., is hereby appointed to act as our Fiduciary Deputy in this matter and is uniquely enabled to receive the gold, titles, and other assets owed to the American people and is obligated to safely convey and secure these assets for our intended use by his receipt of them;
We note that the Federal United States and the UNITED STATES are in Commercial and Administrative Default with respect to us and our estates and we specifically give Notice to the Board of Governors and the Board of Executive Directors of the World Bank/IBRD and to the International Monetary Fund/IMF of this fact.  There can be no presumption against us nor against our organic united states nor our unincorporated States of America, no claim that we stand as sureties in behalf of any incorporated entity and no assumption of contract, and our receipt of any gold under this or any other distribution in no way removes, releases or impairs our claim to these or any other or additional assets or remedies we are owed;
We have been the victims of institutionalized fiduciary trust fraud and criminal Breach of Trust which must now be addressed.   The Members of Congress who have voted themselves and their own plenary government a “dollar for dollar” fixed exchange rate for private bank notes, that is, Federal Reserve Notes --- I.O.U’s ---as pretended equitable exchange for our actual United States Dollars defined as one ounce of pure silver, have acted in breach of trust and contempt of the Constitution; their inequitable claims, acts, and debts stand null and void, ab initio, repudiated as odious debt accrued as the result of purposeful constructive fraud;
Any bank that continues to exchange “Federal Reserve Notes” for actual assets upon the presumption that the American people and the American states are standing as surety, or presumes that the American people are willingly engaged in this fraud, acts as an accomplice to gross constructive fraud and breach of trust imposed by monopoly inducement practiced against the innocent American people and their organic states on the land.  Any court or international organization extending bankruptcy protection to the Federal Reserve is similarly supporting and participating in this same fraud;
A Declaration of Joint Sovereignty has been issued by the States of America and Indigenous Tribal Governments of the Native American Nations and addressed to the United Nations, together with updated Sovereign Letters Patent.  More than 500 million United States Silver Dollars remain in circulation, all fifty (50) unincorporated States of America are in operation, an estimated 360 million Americans claim their lawful birthright political status as organic states of the union and free sovereign and independent people of the United States; they are all beneficiaries and heirs and are owed their complete inheritance plus return of all donations held in trust, free and clear of any debt, lien, encumbrance or presumption of contract or presumption of debt assumption.  Any claim that the free sovereign and independent people of the United States are “stateless” is unconscionable and this Notice of the fact has been served;
This Final Notice of Commercial Obligation Lien is issued upon this Fourth Day of January in the year 2016 for the causes enumerated by the living heirs and beneficiaries known as Anna Maria Riezinger and James Clinton Belcher from without the United States, without representation, claiming their natural political status as free sovereign and independent people of the United States and as organic states of the union having reached the age of majority, being of sound mind and body, not indigent, not bankrupt, not penniless, not needy, and by no other means nor manner incapacitated, limited, obligated or under duress of any kind; we direct the trustees of the World Bank/IBRD  and International Monetary Fund/IMF to immediately settle and balance all accounts and return all American gold and collateral assets owed to the American people upon release to General Joseph F. Dunford, Jr., upon his acceptance of it as our appointed Fiduciary Deputy, for use as collateral backing our actual money, the United States Silver Dollar, defined as one ounce of pure silver.
As natural heirs and beneficiaries we specifically forbid any misuse of our gold to benefit any foreign central bank or incorporated governmental services corporation and forbid the release of our gold to any organization or individual who does not owe us full duty as our specifically appointed Fiduciary Deputy obligated to act in our behalf and according to our instruction as a condition of his receipt of our assets.  So we depose and say finally that Notice to Principals is Notice to Agents and Notice to Agents is Notice to Principals, whereupon we have set our Signatures and Seals as Witness to our Will in this matter:

When time really matters, and the world has agreed to something that will liberate us from slavery for the first time, (and prevent WWIII, starvation, and possible mass annihilation) there are bound to be agents and spoilers. Here are two attempts to steal the world's gold from the world's people. I and approximately 900 other Americans brought complaint for Breach of Trust before Benedict XVI in his capacity as the Global Estate Trustee.  The advice I gave him was to give American property back to Americans.  He agreed and asked for help doing that.  Here I am.  Karen would rather pretend that I am an “Agent of the Vatican” than a Claimant against both the Vatican and the British Monarch but the facts and the recorded documents tell the tale as do my words and my work.  You shall know them by their fruits.  So far Ms. Hudes has come up with no less than five filthy devious schemes to avoid returning American Assets to Americans.  She has consistently sought to get immunity for her bosses and profit for the colluding banks instead of justice for the people. 
Ms. Hudes is constantly making these absurd statements to the effect that she and her efforts are preventing World War III.  Ms. Hudes can’t even stand up and answer my questions or come up with an honest plan to return American assets.  Good men and women worldwide are preventing World War III by looking around the corners, realizing that they have been duped, realizing that they are dealing with criminals in High Places, and that war crimes and fraud and breaches of trust have been perpetuated upon the Americans, Canadians, Brits, Aussies, and most of western Europe by a small cadre of colluding international banking interests. 
The second attempt is even worse. I said I did not want to debate Ms. Reitz again because she did not fight fair and square, but kept on putting words in my mouth. So what did she do? She made me respond by filing a claim against the Board of Governors of the World Bank and IMF.
Ms. Hudes has no leg to stand on for her actions.  That becomes very obvious when I question her, so she runs.   
The other thing she did was to try and prevent the US from ending a secret military rule and returning to its Constitution of 1789.
What was that “Secret Military Rule”?   The Lieber Code, created and imposed upon the Grand Army of the Republic by Abraham Lincoln in 1863, which made the Army responsible for safeguarding our money.   Obviously, the politicians either duped or colluded with military brass and the Army failed that mission on an epic scale. 
The truth of the matter is that Abraham Lincoln was only empowered to serve as “President” of a Joint Stock Trading Company doing business as the “United States”.   He never held any office related to the actual organic states of the Union doing business as the united States of America.  He worked for the Federal United States, which is a different bird entirely from the Continental United States.
Our Constitution was created and sealed in 1787.  Their Constitution was created and sealed in 1789.
Our Constitution affects the united States of America.   Their Constitution affects the United States.
Our States of America hold the patent to all land assets and also retained considerable non-delegated powers in the international jurisdiction of the sea.
Their United States is under contract to provide us with nineteen enumerated services.  They are supposed to be our Trustees  representing and protecting American interests on the High Seas and Navigable Inland Waterways.   Their failure to do so resulted in our complaint to the Pope.

Hahahahah!  What is a “general notice” Ms. Hudes?  Where did you go to Law School?   Or was that a “law” school?

What kind of a joke is this, Karen?  You know the rules.  You have to answer and rebut our facts item by item, point by point.  To refresh your memory, the item to be rebutted is: (1) The World Bank/IBRD were Secondary Creditors in the 1933 Bankruptcy of the United States of America, Incorporated.
And you haven’t done so.   Yes or no, Karen?   You must challenge our statement of fact with proof otherwise or admit it.   We take it that you agree that the World Bank/IBRD were Secondary Creditors in the infamous 1933 Bankruptcy; you might as well, as Federal Titles 5 and 12 and the Emergency Banking Act of 1934 would reduce you to a laughingstock if you didn’t admit it. 
As for your assertion that our Final Notice of Commercial Obligation Lien is “not a “Final Notice” because there was no previous opportunity to refute the statements contained therein”---- au contraire, Karen.  Many dozens of opportunities were provided to the World Bank, IBRD, and IMF franchises via U.S. Certified Mail Return Receipt Requested between 2010 and 2014 under “Notice to Agents is Notice to Principals, Notice to Principals is Notice to Agents”.  Due Process was provided at each step.  On February 3, 2014 Final Notice of Commercial and Administrative Default was served on the STATE OF ALASKA, which is a franchise of the UNITED STATES, INC. which is a doing business name of the IMF which is an agency of the UN Corporation which is operated by the World Bank.  Final Judgment and Civil Orders were issued on April 11, 2014.   On July 4, 2014, the entire matter was published as a book, Disclosure 101, available on Amazon.com and “general notice” was provided to millions of people worldwide.  Since then, we have published UCC-1 Financing Statements in favor of the States of America against the Principals of the World Bank, and have also published Public Liens related to the same.  You need to look at page 169 of our published sworn affidavit of probable cause, entitled You Know Something Is Wrong When.....An American Affidavit of Probable Cause, which is also available on Amazon.com, and which has been read by millions of people.  Our “Final Notice of Commercial Obligation Lien” is exactly what it says it is, and your ten (10) days plus three (3) days mailing time are running.
 
2. Ms. Anna von Reitz and Mr. James Clinton Belcher do not represent any persons other than themselves.
Fortunately, we are Beneficiaries and Heirs to the Assets, acknowledged heirs to the Priority Creditors of the 1933 Bankruptcy  (that is, the living people that the World Bank, IBRD, and Federal Reserve defrauded, stole from, and never repaid), each of us is one of “the free sovereign and independent people of the United States” per Article III of the Definitive Treaty of Peace, Paris, 1783, and not as you would mischaracterize us, an “inhabitant” subject to the British Crown.  We are also organic states of the Union within organic nation states, who have delegated a share of our sovereignty to the unincorporated  united States of America.  Thanks to the Equal Protection requirements of our Organic Law, so are the better part of 390 million other Americans whose nativity occurred on dry land.  Our Public Law also makes it clear that we (and they) can never be considered as Dual Citizens and cannot become United States Citizens absent performance of the duties established by 2 United States Statute-at-Large 153.  As a result, Karen, as long as there is an American alive anywhere in the world whose nativity occurred on the land of one of the organic states, there is a live claim in probate against the World Bank, IBRD, and IMF; thanks to our published Irrevocable Will every such man and woman has equal interest in our claim.
We---combined--- all those who are the heirs of parents and grandparents who suffered as a result of the 1933 Bankruptcy, are the only people who have standing in this matter by nature and birthright.  We stand on the land, Ms. Hudes, claiming criminal Breach of Trust, Fraud, Unlawful Conversion, Reverse Trust Fraud, Conspiracy, and numerous other crimes against the British Monarch, the Federal United States, the banks you work for and the American Bar Association you belong to. 
Recently, attempts were made by the scum at Wells Fargo (a securities corporation using a bank’s trademarked name to deceive and defraud people, owned by the “U.S. Attorney General”) to claim that we no longer exist as a nation.  They said that we no longer had any international representation, that we no longer have a national currency in circulation, that we have “abandoned” our land and that the “unknown heirs” could not be found. 
It’s the same kind of story that your bosses at the World Bank peddled when they received our assets as Secondary Creditors, knowing full-well who the actual Priority Creditors were and who their heirs are, and precisely where we live, too.  It may make you feel warm and fuzzy to know that there are plenty of people who remember FDR’s gold confiscations very clearly as Witnesses having first-hand knowledge.  We have their sworn testimony. 
On November 6, 2016, we issued a Declaration of Joint Sovereignty together with the “federal” Indigenous Nations precluding any claim that the States of America are not represented internationally.  According to the Last Man Standing Rule governing both Treaties and Contracts, as long as there is a single competent “federal government” entity and a single competent delegate of the States of America holding up their respective jurisdictions The Constitution for the united States of America is as sound today as it was in 1787.
The United Nations Security Council and Secretary General Ki-Ban Moon and numerous other “World” officials have been duly served and notified of our action.  As a result, the Native Nations have regained their standing on the land, and we have provided for designation of new “federal government” contractors to administer the nineteen enumerated services we are owed.
The bankrupt District of Columbia Municipal Corporation and the UNITED STATES, INC. have nothing to do with us and we have nothing to do with them.  If the banks didn’t make and keep enough money for themselves to pay their own debts after plundering and defrauding us for a hundred years, it’s their own problem.  We are not standing as sureties for them and we are not allowing any hypothecation of debt against our assets and we are not buying or backing any private fiat script. 
3. As provided in paragraph 6 of the Bilateral Minesfield Breakthrough Successor Agreement dated 11th August 1950, only assignees of Ferdinand Edralin Marcos, the mandate legal counsel and asset manager of Code TVM-LSM-666, who have been duly authenticated by the Board of Governors of the World Bank and IMF possess capacity to move or remove after maturity in the year 2005 the assets on deposit in the Global Debt Facility.
Probate of estates is never truly closed and is not “close-able” by anyone, Ms. Hudes, whether they are the estates of people or the estates of nations.  The World Bank which has functioned as a knowing predator upon us has netted itself the uncomfortable position of serving as our Trustee in this matter and the whole world is staring up its skirt.   Those who have “represented” the States of America since 1860 have been knowingly or unknowingly acting in gross Breach of Trust and under conditions of semantic deceit and fraud, both with respect to the American People and with respect to their dealings with other people abroad.  We cannot speak to the intentions or the knowledge possessed by people like Douglas McArthur, Eisenhower, or Kennedy.  What we can tell you is that with respect to us any action they took was and is null and void for lack of delegated authority and fraud. 
4. Ms. Anna von Reitz and Mr. James Clinton Belcher have no standing to challenge the decision of the Board of Executive Directors of the International Bank for Reconstruction and Development and the Board of Governors of the World Bank and International Monetary Fund on the Global Currency Reset by virtue of Article VII of the Articles of Agreement of the International Bank for Reconstruction and Development and Article IX of the Articles of Agreement of the International Monetary Fund (See http://siteresources.worldbank.org/EXTARCHIVES/Resources/IBRD_Articles_of_Agreement. pdf )
See above.  The heirs and entitlement holders of an estate always have the right to challenge any disbursement or disposal of estate assets.  Your bosses are in exactly the same position as the owners of a Pawn Shop caught in possession of stolen goods, and like it or not, the whole world knows it.  
Most tellingly, Karen, you haven’t denied it, either. 
5. The United States is in interregnum, pending the reentry of its Constitution of 1789 into effect under Article V thereof. The monetary gold reserves of the United States are being deployed in the Global Currency Reset into United States Dollars in replacement of Federal Reserve Notes and for no other purpose and to no other person. The Global Currency Reset is agreed to among the nations, and every attempt to disrupt or block the Global Currency Reset is doomed to ignominy and failure.
You have just reiterated our points for us, Karen.  The United States (Inc.)  is in “interregnum”--- that is, receivership---and facing another round of  “reconstruction”.   But the United States you are talking about is NOT the same as the United States of America, nor the same as The United States of America, and none of those entities are the same as the united States of America----which just happens to be the actual landlord.  
The United States (Inc.) you are talking about is nothing but a private, mostly foreign-owned “governmental services corporation”  and the landlord couldn’t give a fig if the cleaning help is in trouble financially, nor do we care if that same cleaning help is in trouble for committing fraud, identity theft, racketeering, unlawful conversion, and hosts of other crimes.
The States of America have been infamously mistreated by servants under contract to provide them with “Good Faith Service”.   The “United States” we are part of are quite different from all the dopplegangers that a gang of thieves  operated by the British Crown have created to cause confusion, practice deceit, and defraud people, but the jig is up.
The Great Fraud is over, and you had all better believe it and take it to heart.  Your only safety lies in pretending cow-like ignorance, which shouldn’t be too hard to do.  
It does not serve the interests of the people of the united States of America to use our assets of any kind--- not our labor, not our natural resources – as collateral backing any private bank script whether it is called a “Federal Reserve Note” or a “United States Note”.  Nor are we under any obligation to accept any such arrangement.
We have appointed General Joseph F. Dunford, Jr. in his capacity as a Commanding General of the American Armed Forces to act as our Fiduciary Deputy in this matter and have instructed him to receive and secure the gold and other assets that the Americans are owed to be used as collateral backing our own United States Silver Dollar defined as one ounce of fine silver.  It is our stated intention to be able to interface with the BRICS Alliance while maintaining our own traditional precious metals currency. 
The Trustees appointed by the Creditors of the United States, Inc., must be made aware of the fact that we are NOT standing as sureties for the debts of the United States, Inc. and will not honor any fixed exchange rate of any successor organization’s worthless paper for our labor or natural resources.
6. The statute of limitations invalidates any and all claims on the assets deposited in the Global Debt Facility. This procedure was agreed among all the nations in trust as inviolate and in sacred memory of the sacrifice that preceded this agreement. In disrespect of their predecessors and the Board of Governors' duty for the benefit of all of humanity, Ms. Anna von Reitz and Mr. James Clinton Belcher have the temerity, without meeting any burden of proof in showing the origin of the gold reserves in the Global Debt Facility, to insist that any one country, or peoples, should stand above the rest, and thereby plunge the entire humanity in another Dark Ages. For the foregoing reasons, the Board of Governors of the World Bank and IMF declare the purported Final Notice of Obligation Lien to be null and void.
Ms. Hudes--- there is no statute of limitation on the crime of fraud, and the united States of America along with the countries making up the British Isles, Canada, Australia, Japan, Greece, India, and most of Western and Eastern Europe have all been defrauded by your employers and other collaborating and colluding banks, banking associations, and banking cartels.  So much for any of them declaring anything whatsoever about “Law” nor the validity of our Final Notice of Commercial Obligation Lien.
Speaking of which, Item 1 of our Lien remains unanswered.
So do Items 2, 3, 4, and 5.
Unless I get serious answers and factual rebuttals in my hand no later than the close of business on January 17, 2016, every jot of our Final Notice of Commercial Obligation Lien to World Bank/IBRD/IMF stands as Truth in International Law. 
Finally, I want to address a couple other points, Ms. Hudes.  You seem intent on painting us and the people of the united States of America as the greedy Bad Guys, when in fact you are working for the greedy Bad Guys and you are all part of a “System”---that is, criminal racket has that defrauded and abused everyone on the planet except for bankers and lawyers and their employee, cronies, and sycophants.
The Americans are only seeking the return of property that was stolen from their parents and grandparents, just as anyone on Earth would do.  It is a just claim made by people who have been outrageously harmed and defrauded by sanctimonious con artists in nice suits.

The United States you are talking about  has no “military might” and never did have.  Know why, Karen?  Because the “United States, Inc.” is just a stinking corporation-- a name on a piece of paper, an implement of fraud, a Ponzi Scheme, a nasty, globe-sprawling criminal cartel that has done nothing but victimize and terrorize and plunder the American people and give us an undeserved bad name worldwide.

US District Judge Ann Aiken was usurping upon our jurisdiction just like all the other US District Courts have been doing for years, and she’s going to pay for it with her pension and her job and her reputation.  There’s a new United States Supreme Court ruling that proves the fraud and the lack of jurisdiction and the ugly, criminal, corrupt nature of the entire court system the banks have been running as their very own little private debt collection system.

Under the Global Currency Reset, the people are going to put the 1789 Constitution back into effect and end martial law, using Article V of the Constitution. The Hammonds' sentence will be commuted asap. According to Amber Lyon, a three-time Emmy award winning journalist, CNN is routinely paid by the US government and foreign governments to selectively report on certain events. Furthermore, the Obama administration pay CNN for editorial control over some of their content.

Back in March 2011, CNN sent a four person team to Bahrain to cover the Arab Spring. Once there, the crew was the subject of extreme intimidation amongst other things, but they were able to record some fantastic footage. “In the segment, Lyon interviewed activists as they explicitly described their torture at the hands of government forces, while family members recounted their relatives’ abrupt disappearances. She spoke with government officials justifying the imprisonment of activists.
