Recently a Food Inspector on TV said he had lived overseas and he had seen the filthy conditions their foods are raised and processed in. It is enough to make you throw up. Many of their fish on Fish Farms are fed raw sewage daily. He said he has seen so much filth throughout their food growing and processing that he would "never" eat any of it. They raise this filth, put some food coloring and some flavorings on it, then they ship it to the USA & Canada for YOU to consume and feed to YOUR families. They have no Food & Safety Inspectors. They ship it to you to buy and poison your families and friends. ?? Imported food we eat and the junk we buy:? Green Giant frozen vegetables are from China and so are most of Europe's Best. ?? Joe Biden said at a campaign stop over the weekend that he had never talked to his son Hunter about Hunter’s business dealings in the Ukraine, but previous comments by the younger Biden contradict that statement, Breitbart News reports. “I have never spoken to my son about his overseas business dealings,” Joe Biden told reporters in anger. He then went on to accuse President Donald Trump of urging the Ukrainian government to investigate the situation, calling it an abuse of power. In June, however, Hunter Biden gave interviews to The New Yorker in which he said his father did speak to him about his overseas business holdings. “Dad said, ‘I hope you know what you are doing,’ and I said, ‘I do,’” Hunter Biden told the magazine. The issue was raised after a whistleblower filed a complaint against Trump for a phone call in which he allegedly pressured Ukraine’s president to investigate the Bidens over a business deal made there.

As it turns out, the whistleblower didn’t even have direct knowledge of the phone call in question. The complaint also doesn’t follow intelligence protocol. As former Congressman Trey Gowdy pointed out last night on Fox News, you can’t use anonymous sources in a courtroom. The episode raised significant questions about the Bidens, namely whether there was a scandal in the way Hunter Biden handled his business dealings — and what Joe Biden knew about it. It just so happens that in 2014, Hunter Biden was given a position on the board of Bursima Holdings, a Ukrainian natural gas company, even though he had no experience with Ukraine or the energy industry. At the same time, Joe Biden was then-President Obama’s point person for relations with Ukraine. Coincidence? I think not.
Pressure? What pressure?
The claim that Trump offered Ukraine a quid pro quo to investigate Biden and son is being disputed by Trump — and Ukraine. What isn’t being disputed is the allegation that Biden pressured a prosecutor in Ukraine to stop investigating Bursima in 2016 while his son was involved with the company. Turns out the founder of Bursima, Ukrainian oligarch Mykola Zlochevsky, was suspected of laundering money through the business and using his office to decide who got oil and gas licenses. Zlochevsky and Bursima were being investigated by Ukranian prosecutor Victor Shokin. Although the evidence of corruption was strong, then-Vice President Joe Biden leveraged a threat he said came from Obama to hold back $1 billion-plus in loans to Ukraine if they didn’t fire Shokin. The end result was that Ukraine folded and Zlochevsky ended up back in Ukraine like nothing ever happened. Shokin was fired, and Hunter Biden remained on Bursima’s board. No one really looked into it much until it looked like Trump might have done something wrong. As usual, it seems like the Trump-haters snared some of their own in the trap they laid for Trump.

Do as we say, not as we do: Mass immigration undermines stabilization message.
When asked about combating overpopulation during a recent event at Georgetown University, Ohio congressman and 2020 presidential candidate Tim Ryan said the U.S. needed to work with international agencies around the world, but he said nothing about the projected population growth of our own country.
As "stabilization" makes a comeback, the focus seems to be on what other countries should do to stabilize their numbers. What about our responsibility? When it comes to stabilization, our message to other countries seems to be "do as we say, not as we do." Mass immigration remains the elephant in the room. The Census Bureau projects the U.S. population to grow by 79 million between 2017-2060; 75 million of which will be a result of mass immigration. Left unreformed, immigration policy will be responsible for adding the equivalent of the combined populations of California, Texas, and Colorado (Rep. Ryan, by the way, has consistently opposed efforts to set immigration numbers at a level that would allow for stabilization). We need to connect the dots. We've done it before, Leon Kolankiewiecz: Around the first Earth Day in 1970, when there were 130 million fewer Americans, environmental scientists, activists and even politicians were outspoken and unequivocal on the threat posed by overpopulation. The Sierra Club's legendary executive director David Brower spoke for the environmental movement when he said: "We feel you don't have a conservation policy unless you have a population policy."
President Nixon addressed Congress in 1968 about overpopulation, and his Rockefeller Commission recommended in 1973 that America halt population growth. Commissions reporting to Presidents Carter and Clinton also recommended U.S. population stabilization - and immigration control - to save our environment from ever-increasing stresses. Leon's op-ed was picked up this weekend by the Pocono Record.
Move the Debate
These commentaries connect overpopulation to environmental challenges (Note: NumbersUSA takes no position on any issue other than immigration). These are opportunities to educate people about the immigration-population connection. In Virginia, retired biologist Tom Olivier writes: If we are to become sustainable, we will need to pursue stable-sized populations and economies. Stable-sized, "steady-state" economies have been studied by economists, but selling these as the future is clearly challenging.
We now need examples of communities resolutely facing current environmental crises and pursuing sustainability.
