Mary Babnick Brown was an American woman who donated her long blond hair to be used as crosshairs in Norden bombsights in WW II. Brown was a Coloradan; the child of Slovenian immigrants. She left elementary school at the age of 12, to help support her family as a servant for $5/week. When she was 13, she lied about her age so that she could work at the National Broom Factory for 75 cents a day, a job she held for 42 years. She and her younger siblings pitched in by picking up chunks of coal that had fallen onto the railroad tracks. Brown's lone prized possession was her knee-length fine blonde hair. Brown in the 1940s: In 1943, Brown saw an advertisement in a newspaper, searching for women with blonde hair of at least 22" length, that had never been treated with chemicals or hot irons. The military was offering to purchase such hair, to be used for meteorological instruments in the war effort.The "meteorological instruments were actually crosshairs for Norden bombsights. The Army Air Forces (the predecessor to today's US Air Force) had tried various materials for the Norden bombsight, including black widow spider webbing, but nothing could withstand the temperature variations like fine blonde human hair that had never been treated with chemicals or heat. A Norden bombsight and crosshairs: Brown sent off a sample of her 34" blonde hair to the government for analysis. After analyzing her hair, they agreed to purchase it, offering to pay her in war savings stamps. But Brown wouldn't accept payment for her hair. She saw it as her patriotic duty to help the war effort. She later recalled that she cried for months after cutting her hair. It was decades before Brown learned the true use of her hair, and the effect of her sacrifice. In 1987, on her 80th birthday, she received a personal thank-you letter from President Ronald Reagan: Brown's hometown of Pueblo, Colorado declared an official Mary Babnik Brown day, and she also received an award from the Colorado Aviation Historical Society. Said Brown: "Here I am, an old lady of 83, and I'm still flying high".

There is little love lost between most working Americans and the Internal Revenue Service. The animosity is obviously something overt, like the struggle most Americans have with surviving from day to day while the government taxes their labor to exist. However, the REAL jab is the unconscious, yet very relevant heart-felt “knowing” that the taxing of someone’s wages for working for a living to survive, which is a right that cannot be lawfully taxed according to the U.S. Supreme Court... is inherently wrong, and pure slavery.

There are dozens of X-IRS agents, tax experts, tax attorney’s and other researchers who have collected evidence over the last 25 years proving that the wage tax system in place now is a monumental fraud, and a theft of trillions of our dollars, all under the color of law. This evidence would never have been possible, or likely, without the advent of the personal computers and the internet.

As with all government obfuscation, lies, fraud and tyranny, their rabbit hole goes deep, but it isn’t rocket science to wade through their pablum and to see the obvious, plain and simple evidence available to anyone willing to read it and then believe what they read. It is plainly contrary to government propaganda and the “everyone knows...” mantra being forever propagated to us all on taxes and other brainwashing government “re-education.”

After all, the term “taxpayer” has been drummed into our heads since grade school, but did you know that there is also another lawful term NEVER used by government? That word is “nontaxpayer” and it applies to those who are not “subject to” and “liable for” a tax on their wages or any other tax for that matter.

It will take many Americans standing against this government fraud and tyranny, to expose the evidence, regardless of what the government tries to dispute or suppress. To date, the IRS has never provided answers to 25+ years of challenges using the very information in the court cases below simply because they cannot lawfully support the tax on wages fraud the U.S. Supreme Court clearly decided against many decades ago.

Do we want truth, or do we want to live in the matrix they constructed for us “sheeple?” Think you AREN’T in a matrix you follow day by day, month by month, year by year, and “pay your fair share” brainwashing we’ve all accepted as a fact of life? Our founding generation warned us all about what would happen with government if the people did not watch closely what was going on and hold it, through those we hire, accountable. We have a huge mess now.

Here are some basic facts which YOU can prove for yourself using the links below to review actual court cases filed or IRS challenge documents, but were all ignored and suppressed, and due process denied on the evidence. Begin challenging the IRS and everyone you know with the evidence.

1. Private American’s wages, salary or compensation for services for their personal labor or other work is NOT a taxable event, and never was intended by Congress, and was defended against by the U.S. Supreme Court and all people of those times.

2. The term “income” does NOT include private American’s wages, salary or compensation for services, and is ONLY a corporate business “gain or profit,” or unearned wealth in a business capacity or other “privileged” capacity, and is a lawful excise/indirect tax.

3. The 16th Amendment did NOT authorize a tax on American’s labor, and did not even authorize a tax on “income” since the laws authorizing an “income” tax predates, back to 1863, the 1913 alleged and questionable 16th Amendment ratification.

4. Taxation by government is ONLY on constitutionally-mandated taxation of “Direct” and “Indirect” taxes which are limited to specific activities, and NOT on private activities by private Americans.

5. “The United States” is not the same thing as the “united States” (which is the union of 50 sovereign and independent states) which have authority over the created “UNITED STATES” (“The” United States, a federal corporate entity) and this created entity cannot have greater authority over the creators of this entity designed to serve all the States and all Americans according to our constitution.

6. Any American living in any of the 50 united States is considered a “nonresident alien” (American National/Colorado National, etc.) with respect to the corporate “UNITED STATES” and the Internal Revenue Code’s deceptive word-smithing. Anyone who may reside within its territorial jurisdiction or who is a “resident” of their territories or who accepts being a “citizen” of “The” United States federal corporation (foisted on us all by the deliberate misapplication of the 14th Amendment), or receives pay from this corporate entity IS “subject to” and “liable for” such a tax. No one else is, any more than anyone not working for Microsoft Corporation being “subject to” Microsoft rules and regulations for employment.

Hint... this means every politician or anyone anywhere who works for the government IS subject to and liable for this tax. The fraud is very clever and destructive, but it is exposed now.

It is important that your U.S. Representative and two Senators know that most voters in the midterm elections support keeping the Central American caravans out of the U.S. The main way they will understand that fact is to receive lots of messages from constituents like you telling them about what the polls found and telling them that you agree with the majority. Here's what NumbersUSA found when we sponsored a poll of the Americans who voted in the midterm congressional elections earlier this month:

In blocking Central American caravans from entering the United States, Pres. Trump appears to be pursuing a popular solution. The poll taken in the days after the election found most voters (58%) preferring that the caravan be stopped before its members cross the U.S. border from Mexico. Of the 36% of voters who said the best option is to let the caravan members apply for asylum inside the United States, half (18%) preferred that the migrants be detained until they are granted asylum. Only 18% of midterm voters supported the most common government practice of recent years, which has been to release migrants to move freely around the United States until their asylum hearings. The national survey of 1,000 Americans who said they voted in the midterm election was commissioned by NumbersUSA Education & Research Foundation and was conducted by Pulse Opinion Research on Nov. 7-8. A second survey that same week of the election found that the preference for keeping the caravan out of the U.S. unless people are actually granted asylum was even stronger among those who voted in 31 congressional districts that Real Clear Politics had rated as "toss up" races a week earlier. Among voters who decided the "toss up" races that helped give Democrats control of the House, 61% wanted the caravan stopped before the U.S. border (31% said stop all from entering, while 30% said require asylum seekers to remain in Mexico until their application is decided).

THE SURVEY TOLD VOTERS:

"As you know, caravans of several thousand Central Americans are moving toward our southern border to apply for asylum in the United States." Voters were then asked to choose from among four options for how the U.S. government should handle the people attempting to enter the country.

Here were the responses in the national survey:

26% chose Option 1: Stop all of them (caravan members) from entering the country. 32% chose Option 2: Require them to remain in Mexico until their asylum applications have been decided. 18% chose Option 3: Let them enter the United States but detain them until their asylum applications have been decided. 18% chose Option 4: Allow them to move freely around the country until their asylum hearing at some future time. 5% chose "Unsure."

Trump has encouraged Mexico to help with Option 1 by either providing asylum in Mexico or deporting people back to their home countries. Part of the argument for not allowing any of the Central Americans to gain asylum in the U.S. is that once they are in Mexico (officially considered a "safe" country), they are no longer in need of asylum. People truly fleeing persecution by their government should seek asylum in an adjacent safe country, not choose some distant country because of a desire to make more money. Option 2 was the subject of much news coverage the first of this week about a possible agreement between the Trump administration and Mexico's president-elect to allow U.S. asylum hearings to occur in Mexico so that only those who pass a threshold are allowed into the U.S. Pres. Trump has had difficulties pursuing Option 3 (detention in the U.S.) because of rulings by lower federal courts and the lack of detention space. Congress could fix both these issues through legislation. Support for Option 4 (the status quo of what sometimes is called "catch and release" into the general population) was low among all demographic groups, reaching a high of only 30% among Democratic voters. Support for the status quo was 17% for Independents and 6% for Republicans.

LOW SUPPORT FOR STATUS QUO AMONG ALL DEMOGRAPHICS

Differences among other demographic categories were relatively small in terms of voters' support for Option 4, the status quo of releasing asylum applicants into the United States to await their hearings:

RACE: White (17%), Black (22%), Hispanic (22%), Other (14%)
EDUCATION: College degree (21%), No degree (14%)
RELIGION: Evangelical (11%), Protestant (22%), Catholic (14%), Other (23%)
LOCATION: Major city (23%), Suburb (15%), Small city/town/rural (18%)
INCOME: Under $100,000/year (16%), $100,000+ (24%)

Clearly, the status quo of "catch and release" is not the popular option among American voters. The Trump administration has been on the side of most voters of every demographic in trying to implement a different policy. But faced with the refusal of Congress to close asylum loopholes and with court rulings blocking other options for handling the masses of would-be asylum applicants inside our country, the administration is now resorting to keeping most members of the caravans from entering our country at all. And that apparently is what most Americans want.

This Issue: An agreement between Republicans staffers and lobbyist group would double the number of H-2B guest worker visas available

This week it was reported that Congressional Republicans were working on legislation that would permanently double the number of H-2B guest worker visas given out each year, from 66,000 to 132,000. These visas are used by employers to bring in foreign workers to take jobs in landscaping, food service, meat processing, hospitality services, janitorial and housekeeping work, and other lower-skilled, non-agricultural occupations.  As reported in the Breitbart story included in this newsletter, Republican Members of Congress "have cut a deal with the business lobby to allow businesses to import as many foreign workers -- instead of hiring blue-collar Americans -- so long as they meet certain requirements." This agreement to displace more American workers comes at the same time the Department of Labor announced that unemployment claims had been climbing for the last three weeks of November, a troubling sign heading into the Christmas hiring season. It is also an unprecedented move.  The Washington Times reported that there was a Memorandum of Understanding between staffers for Sen. Chuck Grassley (R-IA), Sen. Thom Tillis (R-NC), Sen. Mike Rounds (R-SC), and Rep. Andy Harris (R-MD) with a lobbying group named the H-2B Workforce Coalition and the Seasonal Employment Alliance. This MOU purportedly is an agreement to double H-2B visas in exchange for businesses using E-Verify to check new hires, and, over a period of years, check hires as far back as 2012. However, any unauthorized worker on the payroll could be replaced with an H-2B worker without that additional guest worker counting against the cap. Perversely, this may allow some employers to replace illegal alien employees, who may be making more money and may leave to take a job with another employee, with a legal guest worker who earns less and is tied to a specific employer.  Commenting on the MOU, NumbersUSA Deputy Director Chris Chmielenski told the The Washington Times: I don't ever recall seeing a formal agreement between Congressional staff and employers to draft legislation to increase employers' access to cheap, foreign labor....Donald Trump won the White House by running on a pro-American-worker immigration message, but his party lost control of the House during the midterms by abandoning that message. This agreement is evidence that Republicans haven't learned from their recent election losses. NumbersUSA Director of Government Relations told Breitbart: In 28 years of working in Washington, I have never seen congressional staffers sign an agreement with lobbying organizations to produce special-interest legislation that directly benefits those lobbying groups....I'm sure their constituents would love to hear them explain why they are so eager to help employers keep wages down for lower-skilled American workers. With wages stagnant for working Americans and more than 40 million Americans out of work, Congress should not be trying to make things worse.

Pres. Trump told Politico that he won't support legislation that includes a DACA amnesty until after the courts make a final ruling on the challenge from the state of Texas. Texas and several other states are challenging the legality of the Obama-era executive amnesty that has granted work permits to 900,000 illegal aliens since 2014. Federal District Judge Andrew Hanen could issue a ruling at any time.

Mexican Poll: 7 in 10 Negative About Caravan

NBC News reported on a survey conducted by El Universal, a popular Mexican newspaper, that found about seven in 10 Mexicans have a negative view about Central American caravan migrants. It also found that 52 percent of Mexicans oppose giving work permits to the migrants, 52 percent want those without legal documents blocked from entering Mexico and 55 percent support cracking down on future caravans.

The Washington Times has reported that four Republican Congressmen and their staffs are working with business groups to drastically increase H-2B numbers. According to the memorandum of understanding between the two groups: "Congressional staff and H-2B advocates agree the annual number of available visas for the H-2B program will be increased from 66,000 to 132,000 with any cap increase retroactive to the start of fiscal year 2019." Increasing H-2B numbers will only serve to put even more low-skilled Americans out of work and reduce the wages of those that are working.
