1. After a very active day of info gathering there seems to be a general consensus that we should look forward to a RV/GCR starting sometime the first part of the week (Tues. Feb. 7?) with continued movement through the week.
2. Do not look for the weekend, although was said that it was done and still could go.
3. It has been reported that Mnuchin has been sworn in, or has the necessary keys to the US Treasury office. I do not have direct contact at the US Treasury, but a few of my contacts do.
4. My understanding is that all the currencies including the Zim will be exchangeable, though their rates are unknown. I would advise to report all the currencies you hold when calling for your appointment. The RV/GCR should be inclusive of all currencies - Dinar, Dong, etc. activity with a coinciding Zim redemption.
5. To this point there has been no mention of taxation on your exchange, but be prepared.
6. There are two reasons you are blessed as a participant no matter the amount of currency you own - to spend your money wisely to rebuild the world economies quickly and to rebuild the world with Humanitarian funds.
7. Unlike the Kuwaiti Dinar RV during Clinton's term that he used to "magically" balance the budget and where only a few elite benefited, in this RV there are millions who support a renewal of the American spirit, with the same in other nations as well.
How could all of the madness and chaos that pervades our lives in a never ending myriad of ways suddenly go away / dissolve overnight? Even among Lightworkers I would imagine that the majority have great difficulty in getting their heads around an understanding of how this will take place. The Need to Understand the Veil
Without a basic level understanding about the existence of the Veil, Web, Matrix, Net etc. there is no way for people in general to truly understand the process that is now taking place for the liberation of humanity. Trump: Federal Reserve Must Stop Ripping Off Americans

President Trump has put the Federal Reserve on notice for violating the new administration’s America First policy, claiming the central bank has been operating illegally and ripping off Americans.
A warning letter, written by top Republicans and obtained by the Financial Times, accuses the Federal Reserve of burdening American businesses and workers with bad financial deals made with global central banks “without transparency, accountability, or the authority to do so”.
The Federal Reserve’s involvement in secret international banking forums dealing with financial regulation must cease and desist immediately, according to the letter.
“This is unacceptable,” the letter states. “Accordingly, the Federal Reserve must cease all attempts to negotiate binding standards burdening American businesses until President Trump has had an opportunity to nominate and appoint officials that prioritize America’s best interests.“
Ralph Hamers, chief executive of Dutch bank ING, told the Financial Times that he feared the US could pull back from a global agreement on banking regulation, which has been delayed because of divisions on the Basel Committee on Banking Supervision.
“We don’t know the position of the Americans any more,” Mr Hamers said. “That does mean further uncertainty and uncertainty is never good, it holds back investment and restricts economic growth.”
Mr Hamers was speaking after the emergence of a letter to Janet Yellen, the Fed chair, from Patrick McHenry, one of the top five Republicans in the House of Representatives.
The letter, dated January 31, warned that the US’s “continued participation” in international forums such as Basel, the Financial Stability Board and the International Association of Insurance Supervisors would depend on meeting the Trump administration’s objectives.
Mr McHenry added that such a step would probably involve “a comprehensive review of past agreements that unfairly penalised the American financial system in areas as varied as bank capital, insurance, derivatives, systemic risk and asset management”.
Republicans are also pushing legislation to restrict the Fed’s freedom of manoeuvre. During the election, Donald Trump accused Ms Yellen of keeping rates low at the behest of former president Barack Obama.
“This is a multi-pronged attack on the Fed’s independence,” said Diane Swonk of DS Economics.
In a further marked shift of approach from the Obama administration, Mr Trump is also due on Friday take his first steps towards undoing parts of the Dodd-Frank reformsthat reshaped US banking in the aftermath of the financial crisis.
Mr McHenry wrote: “Despite the clear message delivered by President Donald Trump in prioritising America’s interest in international negotiations, it appears that the Federal Reserve continues negotiating international regulatory standards for financial institutions among global bureaucrats in foreign lands.”
He said the Fed was doing so “without transparency, accountability, or the authority to do so”. He added: “This is unacceptable.”
Mr McHenry has clout because he is vice-chairman of the House financial services committee. But whether the White House agrees with him on the issue is yet to be seen.
Steven Mnuchin, Mr Trump’s designated Treasury secretary, is still awaiting confirmation by the full Senate.
Wayne Abernathy, a senior official at the American Bankers Association, a lobby group, welcomed Mr McHenry’s intervention. “This whole international process is far too opaque and needs more public scrutiny and visibility,” he said.
As examples of problematic Basel regulations, Mr Abernathy cited rules that penalise banks for having heavy exposure to mortgage debt collection businesses, and liquidity rules that do not recognise that Americans tend to see banks as havens in times during crises.
Mr McHenry wrote: “The Federal Reserve must cease all attempts to negotiate binding standards burdening American business until President Trump has an opportunity to nominate and appoint officials that prioritise America’s best interests.”
Ms Yellen has said she plans to serve out the rest of her term, which expires in 2018. The Fed said the central bank had received the letter and planned to respond.
Judge's order to block Trump's immigration travel ban

The Judge is playing games. He’s lying.
He obviously doesn’t like Trump’s immigration travel ban, so he’s cooking up reasons for slapping a temporary restraining order on it.
A freshman in law school could point out holes in those reasons big enough to drive a fleet of trucks through.
On February 3rd, Judge James Robart issued his order (Case 2:17-cv-00141-JLR Document 52 Filed 02/03/17 Page 1 of 7): he temporarily restrained the federal government from enforcing Trump’s immigration travel ban.
The Judge’s order is absurd for several reasons.
First of all, objections to Trump’s ban were entered into the court by the States of Washington and Minnesota, as the “injured parties.” But Judge Robart announced his decision would affect all States—the whole country—because immigration law must be applied “uniformly” across the board.
Perhaps, but nowhere is it stated that a temporary restraining order (TRO) issued by a judge must be applied uniformly across the whole country.
Since when is a TRO the same as a law?
Speaking of law, no final legal/constitutional decision has been rendered re Trump’s Executive Order on immigration. It’s still up for grabs. The Judge is just writing script to suit his bias.
The Judge may not like Trump’s ban; clearly, he does not. The Judge may believe the ban will be overturned by a higher court because it is unconstitutional. The Judge may think Trump is committing an immoral act. But all that is beside the point. The only thing Judge Robart was empowered to do was issue a TRO or not issue a TRO. Period.
Why should he have the right to apply his TRO, not a law, to the whole of the United States? Maybe he’s a god we haven’t been told about. If so, I’d like to see the evidence.
Next point: The judge made a number of comments to justify issuing his the TRO: “The States are likely to suffer irreparable harm in the absence of [my] preliminary relief [restraining order].”
That is absurd on its face. Irreparable harm? This means harm that can never be fixed? Come on. The Judge may as well have said, “I’m biased. I don’t like Trump’s EO and I don’t like him. So when I said ‘irreparable’, I exaggerated by a few thousand miles. Ha-ha.”
The Judge wrote: “The EO [Trump’s Executive Order limiting immigration] adversely affects the States’ residents in areas of employment, education, business, family relations, and freedom to travel.”
More fluff, nonsense, and outright deception. Does the Judge seriously expect us to believe that the banning of 35,000 more refugees than the 2016 federal cap is going to decimate the States?
(In his EO, Trump wrote: “I hereby proclaim that the entry of more than 50,000 refugees in fiscal year 2017 would be detrimental to the interests of the United States, and thus suspend any such entry until such time as I determine that additional admissions would be in the national interest.” An NPR political editor stated: “For 2016, the cap was 85,000.” The difference is 35,000.)
Judge Robart wrote: “In addition, the States themselves are harmed by virtue of the damage…inflicted upon the operations and missions of their public universities…as well as injury to the States’ operations, tax bases, and public funds.”
Same objections as above. Judge Robart is stretching the truth to the breaking point. His definition of “harm” and “irreparable harm” are coming from his private dictionary of exaggerations. He’s winging it.
Case closed.
Except it isn’t.
A Judge who can take powers not granted to him, who can invent, out of whole cloth, dire consequences where none exist, is hustling the system he’s sworn to defend.
25 Million Dead and Fraudulent "Registered Voters" in 2016

A study revealing that over 800,000 non-citizens voted for Hillary Clinton doesn’t account for dead and fraudulent voters, which accounted for over 25 million “registered voters” during the 2012 presidential election – and little has changed since then.
Illegal alien voters combined with dead and “multiple state” voters could easily explain Clinton’s “popular vote” margin over Donald Trump in the 2016 presidential election, especially considering that her “victory” came from Democratic-controlled counties known for illegal immigration and loose voter ID laws such as in New York and California.
“A report by the Pew Center on the States finds that more than 1.8 million dead people are currently registered to vote, and 24 million registrations are either invalid or inaccurate,” NPR reported in 2012, which is ironic given how NPR is heavily controlled by Democrats.
And many of the dead, registered voters somehow keep voting Democrat from beyond the grave, most recently in Philadelphia, Penn. and Colorado.
It’s also worth noting that the U.S. population has increased since 2012, meaning that there’s likely more dead and invalid voters than before.
“…The Pew study found that almost 3 million people are registered to vote in more than one state,” NPR added.
That’s because when a new resident registers to vote in a state, officials usually never bother to tell his former state about the change in voter residency.
Clinton won most of the 163 most populous counties in the US that account for half of the total votes in the election, including dense urban areas in New York and California, yet she only won the popular vote by 2.8 million votes, which reveals the lack of enthusiasm voters had for her in comparison to Trump – and that Democrats would have depended more on illegal votes.
A portion of the 24 million invalid voter registrations combined with a portion of the 1.8 million dead voters and the over 800,000 known illegal voters could explain the difference of 2.8 million votes, and it’s worth noting that the 800,000 figure could be a low, conservative estimate.
That said, a popular vote victory is meaningless; if the president was elected by popular vote, then both Trump and Clinton would have campaigned in entirely different states because only densely population regions of the U.S. would decide who would become president.
Without the electoral college, the United States of America would be reduced to the United States of New York and California, with 48 other vassal states.
Yet notice how Clinton campaigned in other, less populated states. They knew the popular vote was meaningless ahead of the election.
However, the popular vote is useful as a barometer for voter fraud since the most populous countries are also the most susceptible to election tampering by illegal, invalid and dead voters.

Questions & Answers - January 28, 2017
Q: Is it possible to utilize Privately Negotiated Rates on just the ZIM, and take just the screen rate on say Dinar and Dong?
A: Yes and no. The better questions is why? See one ZIM note trumps all other notes, so to separate them is silly. They'll see you have ZIM, and make a general offer to take all the currencies off your hand. If you want some clean and clear cash in a separate account they'll just set that up. Sub trusts too for kids and businesses. Otherwise, the majority of your money will probably be set up for investment through a structured payout, with a small portion coming out as spendable cash. Keep in mind, one ZIM solves the majority of the world's currency financial problems… that's how dynamic the GCR/RV truly is… and why I question the question. Think bigger.
Q: Any advice for Canadian redeemers?
A: Yes, treat your native populations incredibly well post RV. There are many suffering between Toronto and Vancouver. Otherwise, there's no difference in terms of redeeming currency… it's the same anywhere in the world. Has to be, that's why it's a global currency reset… and why it took so damn long. Had to be the same experience everywhere win the world. The United States just has more redeemers and why they needed more off site redemption centers.
Q: I have ZIM, copies of purchase receipts, a one page condensation of proposed projects, and personal ID. Do I need anything else?
A: Yes, pictured identification like a drivers license or passport. Also if you have any business or trusts already in existence, might want to bring that paper work too. Let the general rule of thumb be, bring everything, and let them tell you what they need versus not being fully prepared. You only get one shot at this.
Q: I’ve been hearing for at least a year now that the VIP’s have exchanged. Is there any way our government can keep us common people from receiving this blessing? We need it desperately just to survive.
A: The world is in desperation for hydration, as well as your home. Everyone is being made to suffer so all will play nice in the planetary sandbox, per the Chinese Elders mandate for release. Just ask Israel having to accept a two state solution or Saudi Arabia having to let go of Yemen, or the Ukraine having to give back half of their country back to Russia. As to your question, no you don't have to worry. If you're getting to redeem, it's because the NPTB won't let the OPTB take anything away from you or anyone else. The good guys are very much in control and not playing games now. To God be the glory!
Q: What do I say when I first get to the bank so I don't look stupid? Should you let them speak first? Does it matter?
A: The exchange center employees are trained for all types of reactions. Joy, tears, anger, rage, ignorance, fear, euphoria… they even emotional psychotherapists on duty at the exchange centers for people just losing it… good and bad. In terms of negotiating, it's pretty simple… there's a screen rate… and there's a negotiated sovereign rate… if you take less than the screen rate, you won't need to sign an NDA, if you take more than the screen rate, the NDA's will be more severe but the numbers will go very high, especially for those prepared with humanitarian projects that create jobs (and they go super high if you're looking to do such things in third world countries). The question is really what makes things right between you and God? What's the right rate between you and your maker? Answer that, the rest will flow with ease. As for what to say, speak from the heart and be honest. Always. Trust in the process and let the gift be given to you, versus trying to manipulate the universe for more or deny the universe for less. Just be you. You're enough and so you'll get enough. Enjoy the experience because it's a once in a lifetime event. If you still find yourself nervous, just surrender to the process and pray for guidance… the words will come perfectly if you surrender to perfect love. And remember, humility, knowledge and silence are the most powerful negotiating tools.
Q: I have a ministry in Hamilton, Ontario with an email list of over 500 people interested in the GCR/RV event. My question is when you get info from the Lord does he bring you to the event and show you stuff, ahead of time, that is how you know so much?
A: Wow, great question. Honestly, yes. Yet I do speak with military, agency, banking and white hat contacts almost daily. So I do get some earthly direction as well, but yes I'm shown things that lead me to places in spirit in advance. I knew about the GCR/RV in 2006 due to this ability, which was honed as a professional writer for years. Recently, it's developed from faith into knowing and I do witness events before they happen. The Trump & Paul Ryan fiasco is just such a thing… I've already seen Paul Ryan sworn in and healing the country. Yet Trump won… often times I know things in advance but have no clue how we get there. The ZIM was such a thing, yet I have since researched the heck out of it to feel certain about my investment decisions surrounding currencies (which I held off buying for 5 years because I never felt the were real until 2014). Please understand I appreciate those who only want hard earthly facts, as well as those who are seeking higher conscious intel… but in truth, like Christ, we are both man and spirit… so it makes sense to me to utilize both when I share what I share. Very good question.
Q: Do you see us on the other side of the Exchange by month end? Will It be a shotgun start? Do you have a humanitarian project(s) that we can financially join in your efforts? Will you still show up here on the DC blog post RV?
A: OK, a four parter… let's attack one by one…
1) I know exchanges are happening before the month of January will end. The question is when will the 800#s come out, which probably your question. Some of the group paymasters have been hydrated and will start paying out on Monday at 12:01pm EDT.
2) The shotgun start is a bit of misnomer. Tiers 1,2,3 and T4 paymasters are already hydrated, so no it won't be a shotgun start. Liquidity will be a shotgunned approach world wide, whereby all currencies can move (or be in taken for redemption) at the same time or in a shot gun fashion, yes.
3) I have a compliance mechanism to service the globe, and that is what I will be working on. Not one project or humanitarian discipline per se. The Lord has tasked me with reaching every soul on the planet with mercy… consistently, efficiently and abundantly. That said, like you, I will be showing the redemption staff my humanitarian plans and also asking for sovereign rates on the ZIM.
4) I will no longer blog in an economic prediction sense. I will be starting a humanitarian media organization that will communicate my overarching world view of service as strength, but not on D.C. specifically. I have a face for radio, it's best if I stay in the background as I believe fame (and money) does nothing but corrupt.
Q: With President Trump stopping people with visa's from coming in to the US will it stop the RV?
A: Ah, The Donald. You guys know I'm not a fan. But I get why he's where he is. I've accept that after much meditation and some very long walks in nature. Why him Lord!? In part I came to the conclusion that the Russians and Chinese were attempting to rescue yet shame our nation, as a reminder of how bad we let things get to elect a Donald Trump-esque figure. After all, I have knowledge that he's a known pedophile sitting in the highest office in the land. I also am aware he wont' be there for long due to controlled scandal. This was done more for the desire of the Chinese and Russians to control three terms of the White House, versus just two if they had run their selected candidate in the 2016 election. It's my understanding they have set up nearly 13 years of control over US Republic affairs, and Donald Trump was a bridge to help achieve this goal. He was also willing in order to achieve his own amnesty and keep his brand name, as well as his family's legacy through real estate. Combine all that, and we all got Donald Trump. As for visa's halting the flow of immigration… that's more complicated than just Trump. Illegal immigration is a real problem in all nations with open boarders, and it was used as a weapon by the cabal against the American people… so there is some responsibility to reducing the flow of immigrants. The deep question is what to do with good people working and earning a living here, and then what to do with their naturally born citizen children (DREAMERS). Sadly, I do feel some very good and productive people will be headed back to their country as part of an overall change in the immigration policy, which I do believe is necessary. I pray it's done humanly. And you know what, that's a great humanitarian cause to help those out financially back in their home country who have been or are being deported! When God gives you lemons, make lemon aide!!!!!!
Q: Some say the Dinar will have 3 zeros taken off......like the 25000 note becoming 25 and we will get $3 and change for that… so says over and out and Jester. What say you?
A: No zeros taken off on any currency in terms of conversion. Where the zeros come off is at the FOREX level, for instance… the Dinar is at 1,170. I see the reality of the IQD being valued at $11.70 after the revaluation, and thus two zeros have been reduced. But the actual face note of what your holding would then be redeemed at $11.70 USD. Understand, international law says that if you print a currency (which is a very small bond against the assets of a sovereign nation) that nation or the nation collateralizing new currency must satisfy all old debts as they were issued. And since China is absorbing the debts for the USA, Iraq, Vietnam, Indonesia, Afghanistan, Iran, and Zimbabwe… their printed face values must be honored 1:1. I think people misunderstand how the system will be flipped, so they freak out over zeros being removed. It's more about the decimal point shifting to make each currency properly valued on an international platform. I mean seriously, with Vietnam's booming economy, should 1.00 USD = 22,300.00 VND? That makes no sense. Nor 1.00 USD = 1,170.00 IQD. The western world attempted to convince everyone that their currency was the most valuable, when in truth, it was the least and this revaluation is needed to bring humanity back to a true and fair economy understanding… that's all.
Q: We were given the email address to reach the white hats with information about dark behavior, but do you think it includes ripping people off, or do we have to wait for them to be otherwise reprimanded?
A: Garden in your own garden, stay out of others weeds. Dismiss all such emails and don't send your currency to anyone. Treat it as if it were cash because it shall soon be.
Q: My residence is Sarasota, FL however, due to a family emergency I am away and will be for a couple months. I have all my documentation and currency with me. Question. Can I exchange in my new town or do I have to go back to FL to do my exchange?
A: If you're still in the USA you're fine. Just call the 800#s when they show up, and let them know on the phone you're traveling and that you don't know where to go with your currency. They will direct you. You don't need receipts. Again, your currency will be treated as cash, and you don't need receipts to exchange cash. Nor are you taxed when exchanging currency normally.
Q: Can we get an international or NON-800 (First Call) numbers, for people outside of North America to call, to get their country's call in number?
A: You're over thinking the process. When the proverbial RV switch is flipped, and the old system is 100% replaced by the new system, which is what we are waiting on in terms of getting 800#s to call and set appointments, there's no advantage anywhere in the world. Gold backed currency just is, everywhere in the world, in any amount. So instead of finding a short cut and running into a bank, step back, choose where and when you want to go in, and do you business with ease and peace because you studied the larger picture and know what the hell's going on. There's no rush. This is just our new reality post RV--and why this event is such a big deal--as it will literally change every life, every nation, every culture on the planet overnight.
Q: Can you share a potential conversation when we seat down to exchange? What's the best or simplest way to ask for sovereign rates?
A: here's what I plan on doing… making my appointment at a time and day that's convent for me and my family. Walking in with everything buttoned up, paperwork, identification, counted currency, lists of trust names, lists of cashier checks, lists of wires with account info, humanitarian projects, and a list of questions I want answered at the table. I want to feel prepared so I'm not leaping at the bankers demanding rates. If they ask me who much I want for my currency after they count and verify it, I'll say what it's really worth… and I hear I'm entitled to sovereign rates as a private redeemer… can you elaborate on that reality and process? Let them talk. The exchangers are there to get you whatever you need, they just don't want to over or under burden you depending on your state of mind and aspiration. So just be honest with them about the sovereign rates, let them know you know about them, but I wouldn't go into specific values right away. Just throw it out there, see what they say. See where they are at intellectually on how the world really works. Remember, if there were no sovereign rates the screen rate on the ZIM is enough to give someone a heart attack if they were unaware of the GCR/RV… so put some perspective on the negotiation. A: Absolutely not. Feel out the banker(s) and share your hearts desire with what you will be doing with the money to help others. That's what they are trained to listen for, and honestly, all you should be thinking about when discussing the transaction aspect of your appointment. Let them help you find your rate versus dictating. People are so wounded from past financial dealings they struggle to think top down. Sad.

A: When you get the 800#, call it, tell them you have ZIM and where you live by zip code or postal code. Schedule an appointment. A: It is confusing, isn't it. See they never teach you how the banking system really worked in high school, college or masters work. They didn't because an ignorant population is easier to control. And while the NPTB won't be teaching the new system either, they aren't trying to steal from you anymore and reduce your standard of living at every turn. As for the Tier 4 release, that's basically global currency transactions between the public, of all nations, in all currencies and denominations. They handled Tiers 1-3 first in preparation for Tier 4 so the general public wouldn't notice any disruption in service. All go means all 209 sovereign nations adhering to the new financial asset backed treaty known as the Paris Agreement on Climate Change that was put into force on November 5, 2016.

As HSBC took control of the ZIM program and will be handling the oversight as paymaster. So you can choose any bank to redeem. However, when you call the 800# tell them you have ZIM, and they will direct you to a redemption center that specializes in that currency specifically as it's different than the rest. Q: Why should we trust the banks when they have such a compromised past?
A: You're trusting God not the banks. Remember, if you're getting a nickel its because the coast is clear and your money is protected. What you do with you money after the exchange is up to your own skill and judgment, and many will attempt to take what you suddenly have… but the exchange process itself is safe thanks to some very selfless and dedicated men and women we will never know. A: Good questions… NDA means Non Disclosure Agreement, so to mentor someone after the fact is breaking your NDA. Just saying. If people have not prepared for this, I'm sure it's not because you didn't offer to help numerous times. They just didn't believe in God's mercy this much. Understandable, yet inaccurate. So they must bear that burden less your help in my opinion. As for a co-NDA, doubtful. And yes the bank can act as a fiduciary agent. So can a lawyer, an accountant, a certified estate planner, and an assigned trustee… you'll have many options to help people through the post-RV process without you personally holding their hand specifically.

A: To the first question, as long as you have a valid drivers license and passport, birth certificate, voter registration card, school ID or utility bill… you'll be fine no matter where you are. Again, this is just a currency exchange it's not rocket science. However the Uber scenario while feasible is not optimal, just because you're inviting a stranger into your presence holding a large amount of cash. And if you hold ZIM, and incredibly large amount of cash. If there's no other way, then OK. But otherwise, have a friend or family member drive you. Try and keep everything currency related on the low down pre and post RV for obvious safety reasons.
Q: I have friends who started with one group, and decided 'just in case', to invest by themselves elsewhere, since the group seemed to be a little risky. A: If you're in a group, and have already turned in your currency, you can both redeem your in-hand currency and keep your group exchange profits… that's not double dipping. If you're not in a group, don't get in a group. More problems than solutions at this point, even if you want to create a redundancy strategy. There's no struggle to redeem at a US or Canadian bank now, even with large amounts of ZIM. Double dipping is exchanging your currency and buying more first basket currency… the purpose of the global release is to eliminate double dipping, even by high frequency traders which is why the Dow was artificially raised above 20,000 on Wednesday of this week btw. A: Good question. First off Donald J. Trump is President. That's different. Really different as everyone is finding out. A: GESARA is not a rumor, it's reality. Signed by 209 sovereign nations and forced into implementation within 120 days after the agreement was put into force on November 5, 2016, which means by February 2, 2017 you'll be in GESARA compliance wherever you exist on the planet. So yes not only will everyone get what they need moving forward, 10 million dollars will appear like a trifle number sooner than later just because of your ZIM redemption alone. Q: What all we need to bring with us when to go to exchange? I had head to bring in a "live birth certificate" when we go in because it has special codes or something to that effect.
A: Bring what you would normally bring into any bank when opening a checking or savings account, including trust, LLC, and 501c3 paperwork if they already exist. A: I used to think so on both accounts, but not now. They have everything under control and don't need to play games with public perception. In terms of disclosure for alien life, absolutely not. A: In a weird way, who else can you worth with? Seriously, who else would understand the volume of money or the journey to getting it? I feel many will opt out of the NDA to preserve their freedom of speech, simply because the ZIM is so much, you can still do everything you want will something less than the screen rate… so why not take less and keep your voice? A: Not necessarily, but don't burden someone who isn't prepared to handle these kinds of numbers. That doesn't do them any good, you any good or the exchanger any good answer their nervous (is this legal?) kind of questions. Only bring with you people who are prepared and aware of the larger picture, not just financially adept because those might be the ones that cause the most problems. Lawyers specifically. They're always thinking of the worst case situation, as that's how they're trained. Think of the RV as a gift, and receive said gift the way it was intended--don't try and restructure the deal to fit in some old paradigm (which most everyone will try to do who is not familiar with the GCR/RV history).
Q: What is your advice re: personal security post-exchange?
A: Do no harm. No harm will come to you. And stay low in terms of publicity and fame, as they attract both good and bad attention; whereas humility and invisibility attract God's favor and ultimately the best physical protection. I realize this may not be possible for everyone is all cases, but I plan on reducing my public profile to almost nothing and working through public surrogates who take a professional vow of silence in order to best protect my identity. Think about it, long term, subtlety is the wise, prudent and spiritually highest pathway for protecting both yourself and your family through generations of this scope of wealth. So less really is more in terms of protection.

A: Actually most already have. What we are waiting on are the big movers resetting in value, as well as a few currencies being reintroduced in the sovereign basket of tradable currencies like the ZIM.

A: The screen rate we are told is 1:1 or 1 ZIM per 1 USD. That's a par value. No matter what sized note they hold, the face value will be honored at a 1:1 ration. What I would tell them is to take in the note and ask for whatever they can imagine receiving, as most can't even think about numbers that high. Also, tell them to ask to see the screen rate, as it is their legal right to do so. Again, you want your friends and family happy, not burdened by your generous gift. I've been telling my friends to think about number they want and ask for that versus focusing on the rate. The math is just too tough for the untrained mind.

There have been four separate, intensive federal investigations by the United States Congress—a three year investigation, 2001, 2002, 2003, by the United States Senate, Tom Coburn’s committee, by the Inspector General of HHS in 2008, by the Office Integrity in 2014. When we see the many challenging things taking place around the World, it is obvious that this is a very confusing and sometimes frightening time. They are a beloved Son or Daughter of God who is on Earth during this auspicious time for a reason. There is a powerful stirring taking place within the Divinity of every person’s heart. This is causing people to remember that they have an important mission to fulfill and that they have come to Earth to accomplish a critical facet of their own, and Humanity’s, unfolding Divine Plan. Some of the people may not yet remember the specifics of their mission on a conscious level, but the prompting in their heart is causing them to go within and to seek answers. When we go within to seek answers, the floodgates of Heaven open in response to our questions and our heartfelt pleas. Sometimes we do not realize this because we fail to take the time to listen for answers to the questions we are asking. Nevertheless, our prayers are always heard and they are always answered. Every single day, the Awakening taking place at this time is
inspiring literally BILLIONS of people to go within and to reach out to God or a Higher Power in one way or another.
With every request, the Light of God flows through the Divinity within the heart of the person making the request and floods into the person, place, condition or thing the person is asking God to help. The Light of God penetrates into everything that conflicts with that Light and pushes it to the surface to be healed and transmuted back into its original perfection. This is why it appears as though things are getting worse. But once that negativity has been healed and transmuted, the Light of God will then fulfill the highest good of whatever the person is requesting. Things only seem to be getting worse because we look at the outer world and we can easily see the horrific negativity being pushed to the surface at a mind boggling pace. What we do not see, however, is the incredible Light of God that is pushing those confusing and painful things to the surface. The important thing for us to KNOW is that this greatly intensified purging
would not be occurring if it were going to cause more harm than good. This accelerated purging is happening because Awakened Humanity is remembering that WE ARE THE ONES who have either deliberately or inadvertently miscreated these painful things sometime during our Earthly sojourns. And we realize that WE ARE THE ONES who are responsible for transmuting these gross mutations back into Light before we can cocreate the lives we have been longing for since our fall into separation and duality aeons ago. Within the embrace of God’s Divine Grace and the intervention of our I AM
Presence, we have all agreed to experience the intensity of this purging process, because we know that the faster the negativity surfaces the sooner we will be able to transmute it back into Light. Then the way will be cleared, so that we can cocreate the patterns of perfection for the New Earth tangibly in our lives. Those are the exquisite patterns of Divine Love, Oneness, Reverence for ALL Life, Eternal Peace and God’s Infinite Abundance.
HUMANITY’S HEART CALL TO ACTION
The wonderful thing is that this greatly accelerated influx of Divine Light is also raising Humanity’s vibrations. This is helping people to raise their heads above the negativity surfacing to be healed. Once we get our heads above the mud puddle of our painful human miscreations, our I AM Presence is able to easily communicate with us and will motivate us into action. Millions of people are now listening to their Heart’s Call and taking action. They are no longer willing to just stand by or to be silent in the face of adversity. Awakened people no longer feel helpless or hopeless. They realize that they are not just the victims of circumstance; they are the cocreators of their lives. They feel empowered and they KNOW that when they join with other people their ability to change the course of history is limitless. Evidence of this Truth is the fact that women, men and children around the World are taking to the streets and to social media to protest the abhorrent
things that our leaders, our corporations, and people in general are doing to one another that do not reflect the fact that WE ARE ONE and there is no separation. This means quite literally that there is no such thing as “us and them.” What we do to harm one part of Life harms ALL Life. What we do to enhance and bless one part of Life enhances all Life. The time for us to REMEMBER that profound Truth and to act from that knowing is NOW!

As the negativity is pushed to the surface and transmuted back into Light, we must replace those discordant human miscreations with patterns of perfection from the New Earth that will enhance all life. Sen. John McCain and Speaker of the House Paul Ryan are both being financially supported by ultra-leftist George Soros.
If the creator of the James Bond spy novels, Ian Fleming, were alive and writing a new thriller today, it wouldn’t be a stretch to believe he’d base his diabolical, untouchable villain on the life and activities of George Soros, including allegations of his being a Nazi-sympathizer (see video below).
According to a reliable source, OpenSecrets.org, the list of politicians who accepted cash from multi-billionaire provocateur George Soros includes several Republicans who were already suspected of being RINOs (Republicans In Name Only) or out-and-out liberal-left collaborators or “useful idiots.”
The list includes the who’s-who of the Republican Party “establishment” who campaign as conservatives but legislate or govern as the progressives who are members and who control the Democratic Party lock, stock and barrel.
Besides the names of politicians listed below, Soros — who is believed to be worth about $25 billion — has contributed financing for hundreds of left-wing groups through his so-called “philanthropic groups” the Open Society Foundations.
As a political operative he personally supports environmental activism, disarming of American citizens, increasing the number of Third-World immigrants, and the New World Order movement.
He had openly shown his opposition to voter ID laws and support for anti-police groups like Black Lives Matter. It’s been alleged that Soros spent $33 million to canonize Michael Brown and vilify the police officer who shot the rampaging 6’8″ 300 Lbs. attacker in the city of Ferguson, Missouri. Soros also paid for many of the protesters imported to provide an intense violence and destruction.
One surprising revelation on the below list is the fact that Soros claims he “donated” the same amount to the Republican Speaker of the House Paul Ryan, R-Wisconsin, that he gave to far-left New York Senator Chuck Schumer the new Senate Democrat Minority Leader. Also on the list is the news media’s favorite Republican, Arizona Sen. John McCain, as well as Ohio’s Republican Gov. John Kasich, who remained anti-Trump until the very end.

On one side, those who claim that humans operate purely on the basis of stimulus-response, like machines; on the other side, those who believe there is a gigantic thing called freedom. A thought-form is a picture-plus concept in the mind that tends to guide behavior.
A dominant thought-form in Earth civilization today is: universal rule through gigantic, highly organized structures; e.g., mega-corporations that owe no allegiance to any nation.
Imagine a few thousand such corporations with interlocking boards and directorates; colluding with super-regional governments and their honeycombed bureaucracies; combined with regional armies, intelligence agencies and technological elites; hooked to a global surveillance operation; in control of media; cooperating with the largest organized religions on Earth.
Imagine all this as essentially one organization—and you see the thought-form in its wide-screen version.
Top-down as top-down has never been before.
Functions and compartments defined and specialized at every level, and coordinated in order to carry out policy decisions.
As to why such a thought-form should come to dominate human affairs, the simplest explanation is: because it works.
But beneath that answer, for those who can see, there is much, much more.
Individuals come to think that “effective” and “instrumental” and “efficient” are more important than any other issues.
Such notions and thought-forms replace life itself.
The Machine has come to the fore. All questions are now about how the individual sees himself fitting into the structure and function of The Machine.
Are human beings becoming social constructs?
Populations are undergoing a quiet revolution. We can cite some of the reasons: television; education; job training and employment requirements; the Surveillance State; government organizations who follow a “zero tolerance” policy; inundation with advertising.
Yes, it’s all geared to produce people who are artificial constructs.
And this is just the beginning. There are a number of companies (see, for example, affectiva.com) who are dedicated to measuring “audience response” to ads and other public messages. I’m talking about electronic measuring. The use of bracelets, for instance, that record students’ emotional responses to teachers in classrooms, in real time. (Bill Gates shoveled grant money into several of these studies.)
Then there is facial recognition geared to the task of revealing how people are reacting when they sit at their computers and view websites.
Push-pull, ring the bell, watch the dog drool for his food. Stimulus-response.
It’s not much of a stretch to envision, up the road a few years, whole populations more than willing to volunteer for this kind of mass experimentation. But further than that, we could see society itself embrace, culturally, the ongoing measurement of stimuli and responses.
“Yes, I want to live like this. I want to be inside the system. I want to be analyzed. I want to be evaluated. I want to accept the results. I want to be part of the new culture. Put bracelets on me. Measure my eye movements, my throat twitches that indicate what I’m thinking, and my brain waves. Going to a movie should include the experience of wearing electrodes that record my second-to-second reactions to what’s happening on the screen. I like that. I look forward to it…”
In such a culture, “Surveillance State” would take on a whole new dimension.
“Sir, I want to report a malfunction in my television set. I notice the monitoring equipment that tracks my responses to programs has gone on the blink. I want it reattached as soon as possible. Can you fix it remotely, or do you need to send a repair person out to the house? I’ll be here all day…”
People will take pride in their ongoing role as social constructs, just as they now take pride in owning a quality brand of car.
The thought process behind this, in so far as any thought at all takes place, goes something like: “If I’m really a bundle of responses to stimuli and nothing more, then I want to be inside a system that champions that fact and records it…I don’t want to be left out in the cold.”
Here is a sample school situation of the near future: for six months, Mr. Jones, the teacher, has been videotaped, moment by moment, as he instructs his class in English. All the students have been wearing electronic bracelets, and their real time emotional responses (interest, boredom, aversion) have also been recorded. A team of specialists has analyzed the six months of video, matching it up, second by second, to the students’ responses. The teacher is called in for a conference.
“Mr. Jones, we now know what you’re doing that works and what you’re doing that doesn’t work. We know exactly what students are positively reacting to, and what bores them. Therefore, we’re going to put you into a re-ed seminar, where you’ll learn precisely how to teach your classes from now on, to maximize your effectiveness. We’ll show you how to move your hands, what tone of voice to use, how to stand, when to make eye contact, and so on…”
Mr. Jones is now a quacking duck. He will be trained how to quack “for the greater good.” He is now a machine toy. Whatever is left of his passion, his intelligence, his free will, his spontaneous insights, his drive to make students actually understand what they’re learning…all subordinated for the sake of supposed efficiency.
Think this is an extreme fantasy? See the Chicago Tribune, June 12, 2012, “Biosensors to monitor students’ attentiveness”:
“The Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation, which has poured more than $4 billion into efforts to transform public education in the U.S., is pushing to develop an ‘engagement pedometer.’ Biometric devices wrapped around the wrists of students would identify which classroom moments excite and interest them — and which fall flat.”
“The foundation has given $1.4 million in grants to several university researchers to begin testing the devices in middle-school classrooms this fall.”
“The biometric bracelets, produced by a Massachusetts startup company, Affectiva Inc, send a small current across the skin and then measure subtle changes in electrical charges as the sympathetic nervous system responds to stimuli. The wireless devices have been used in pilot tests to gauge consumers’ emotional response to advertising.”
“Gates officials hope the devices, known as Q Sensors, can become a common classroom tool, enabling teachers to see, in real time, which kids are tuned in and which are zoned out.”
“Existing measures of student engagement, such as videotaping classes for expert review or simply asking kids what they liked in a lesson, ‘only get us so far,’ said Debbie Robinson, a spokeswoman for the Gates Foundation. To truly improve teaching and learning, she said, ‘we need universal, valid, reliable and practical instruments’ such as the biosensors.”
“The Gates Foundation has spent two years videotaping 20,000 classroom lessons and breaking them down, minute by minute, to analyze how each teacher presents material and how those techniques affect student test scores.”
“Clemson received about $500,000 in Gates funding. Another $620,000 will support an MIT scientist, John Gabrieli, who aims to develop a scale to measure degrees of student engagement by comparing biosensor data to functional MRI brain scans [!] (using college students as subjects).”
When you boil it down, the world-view represented here has nothing to do with “caring about students.” It has everything to do with the Pavlovian view of humans as biological machines.
What input yields what response? How can people be shaped into predictable constructs?
As far as Gates is concerned, the underlying theme, as always, is: control.
In this new world, the process of thinking and comparing and independently judging, and the freedom to make individual choices…well, for whatever that was worth, we can’t encourage it for a whole society. It’s too unpredictable. We don’t have time for that sort of thing. No, we have to achieve reduction. We have to seek out lowest common denominators.”
This is what universal surveillance is all about. The observation of those denominators and the variances from them—the outlying and therefore dangerous departures from the norm.
“Well, we’ve tracked Mr. Jones’ classroom for a year now, and we’ve collated all the measurements of reactions from the students. It was a wonderful study. But we did notice one thing. All the students showed similar patterns of reactions over time…except two students. We couldn’t fit them into the algorithms. They seemed to be responding oppositely. It was almost as if they were intentionally defecting from the group. This signals some kind of disorder. We need a name for it. Is it Oppositional Defiance Disorder, or is it new? We recommend attaching electrodes to those two students’ skulls, so we can get a better readout of their brain activity in real time.”
You see, everything must be analyzed on the basis of stimulus response. Those two students are suffering from a brain problem. They must be. Because if they aren’t, if they have the ability to choose and decide how to respond, then they have free will, and that can’t be measured. Much deeper, that also suggests an X-factor in humans, wherein the flow of chemicals and atoms and quarks and mesons and photons don’t tell the whole story. The rest of the story would imply the existence of something that is…non-material…above and beyond push-pull cause and effect.
The gatekeepers of this world are obsessed with ruling that out. They guard Reality itself, which is to say, their conception of Reality. They are willing to spend untold amounts of money to make that Pavlovian conception universally accepted and universally loved.
Because they own that conception. They are the self-appointed title holders. They are the kings of that domain.
I feel obligated to inform them that their domain is much, much smaller than they think it is. And in the fullness of time, which is very long, the domain is going to fall and crack and collapse and disintegrate. And all their horses and all their men won’t be able to put it back together again.
Perhaps populations will have to endure a hundred years of stimulus-response society, to understand what it means. But eventually, a man like Bill Gates will be forgotten. He’ll be a small footnote on a dusty page in a crumbling book in a dark room on a remote island of one unworkable computer.
A morbid venal fool who chased, for a brief moment, fool’s gold.
There is an irreducible thing. It’s called freedom. It is native to every individual.
Sometimes it rears its head in the middle of the night, and the dreamer awakes.
And he asks himself: what is my freedom for?
And then he begins a voyage that no device can record, measure, or analyze.
If he pursues it long enough, it takes him out of the labyrinth.
Pavlov wrote: “Mankind will possess incalculable advantages and extraordinary control over human behavior when the scientific investigator will be able to subject his fellow men to the same external analysis he would employ for any natural object, and when the human mind will contemplate itself not from within but from without.”
Basically, Pavlov was promoting the idea that whatever an individual perceives and feels about his own experience is a confused mess and an obstruction.
Rather, the individual should ignore all that tripe, and instead, allow himself to be a “natural object,” see himself as a clean and simple response mechanism, as planned inputs cause him to behave in various ways. Then, he’ll be contemplating himself “not from within, but from without.”
In other words, then he will have no life.
Bill Gates and other elite planners are working toward this end.
When Ray Kurzweil talks about hooking brains up to super-computers, he is envisioning a process of downloading that goes beyond choice. Somehow, automatically, the brain and the individual (he apparently believes they are the same thing) will receive inputs that translate into knowledge and even talent. This is another fatuous version of Pavlov.
In Brave New World, Huxley wrote: “Hot tunnels alternated with cool tunnels. Coolness was wedded to discomfort in the form of hard X-rays. By the time they were decanted the embryos had a horror of cold. They were predestined to emigrate to the tropics, to be miner[s] and acetate silk spinners and steel workers. Later on their minds would be made to endorse the judgment of their bodies. ‘We condition them to thrive on heat’, concluded Mr. Foster. ‘Our colleagues upstairs will teach them to love it’.”
Stimulus-response.
If researchers developed this technology, who could doubt that elite planners would push it forward? It would be the culmination of their dream.
The freedom of the individual, his innate capacity to make wide-ranging choices, is the monkey wrench in the program. It is anti-stimulus-response.
This is why you would have to search far and wide to find, in one school, anywhere, on any level, a course that examines and promotes individual freedom.
It is anathema to the plan.
It is the silver bullet for the vampire.
Freedom comes from Within the individual, not from Without.
On the level of political control, freedom emerged and broke through during centuries of struggle.
Now, and in the future, every individual carries that torch.
So it is incumbent on the individual to understand the scope and meaning and power of his own freedom, and to decide for himself what his freedom is FOR.

The unspoken secret in plain sight

Here is a staggering statistic from the National Alliance on Mental Illness (NAMI): “More than 25 percent of college students have been diagnosed or treated by a professional for a mental health condition within the past year.”
Let that sink in. 25 percent.
Colleges are basically clinics. Psychiatric centers.
Colleges have been taken over. A soft coup has occurred, out of view.
You want to know where all this victim-oriented “I’m triggered” and “I need a safe space” comes from? You just found it.
It’s a short step from being diagnosed with a mental disorder to adopting the role of being super-sensitive to “triggers.” You could call it a self-fulfilling prophecy. “If I have a mental disorder, then I’m a victim, and then what people say and do around me is going disturb me…and I’ll prove it.”
The dangerous and destabilizing effects of psychiatric drugs confirm this attitude. The drugs DO, in fact, produce an exaggerated and distorted sensitivity to a person’s environment.
You want to know where a certain amount of violent aggressive behavior on campuses comes from? You just found it. The psychiatric drugs. In particular, antidepressants and speed-type medications for ADHD.
You want to know why so many college students can’t focus on their studies? You just found one reason. The brain effects of the drugs.
The usual variety of student problems are translated into pseudoscientific categories of “mental disorders”—and toxic drugging ensues.
A college student says to himself, “I’m having trouble with my courses. I don’t understand what my professors want. My reading level isn’t good enough. I don’t like the professors who have a political bias. I’m confused. I miss my friends back home. I feel like a stranger on campus. I’d like to date, but I don’t know where to start. There are groups on campus. Should I join one? Well, maybe I need help. I should go to the counseling center and talk to a psychologist. That’s what they’re there for. Maybe I have a problem I don’t know about…”
And so it begins.
The student is looking for an explanation of his problems. But this search will morph into: having a socially acceptable excuse for not doing well. Understand the distinction.
After a bit of counseling, the student is referred to a psychiatrist, who makes a diagnosis of depression, and prescribes a drug. Now the student says, “That’s a relief. Now I know why I have a problem. I have a mental disorder. I never knew that. I’m operating at a disadvantage. I’m a victim of a brain abnormality. Okay. That means I really shouldn’t be expected to succeed. Situations affect my mood. What people say affects my mood.”
And pretty soon, the whole idea of being triggered and needing a safe space makes sense to the student. He’s heading down a slippery slope, but he doesn’t grasp what’s actually going on. On top of that, the drug he’s taking is disrupting his thoughts and his brain activity. But of course, the psychiatrist tells him no, it’s not the drug, it’s the condition, the clinical depression, which is worsening and making it harder to think clearly. He needs a different drug. The student is now firmly in the system. He’s a patient. He’s expected to have trouble coping. And on and on it goes.
Buckle up. Here is the background. Here is what psychiatry is all about—
Wherever you see organized psychiatry operating, you see it trying to expand its domain and its dominance. The Hippocratic Oath to do no harm? Are you kidding?
The first question to ask is: do these mental disorders have any scientific basis? There are now roughly 300 of them. They multiply like fruit flies.
An open secret has been bleeding out into public consciousness for the past ten years.
THERE ARE NO DEFINITIVE LABORATORY TESTS FOR ANY SO-CALLED MENTAL DISORDER.
And along with that:
ALL SO-CALLED MENTAL DISORDERS ARE CONCOCTED, NAMED, LABELED, DESCRIBED, AND CATEGORIZED by a committee of psychiatrists, from menus of human behaviors.
Their findings are published in periodically updated editions of The Diagnostic and Statistical Manual of Mental Disorders (DSM), printed by the American Psychiatric Association.
For years, even psychiatrists have been blowing the whistle on this hazy crazy process of “research.”
Of course, pharmaceutical companies, who manufacture highly toxic drugs to treat every one of these “disorders,” are leading the charge to invent more and more mental-health categories, so they can sell more drugs and make more money.
In a PBS Frontline episode, Does ADHD Exist?, Dr. Russell Barkley, an eminent professor of psychiatry and neurology at the University of Massachusetts Medical Center, unintentionally spelled out the fraud.
PBS FRONTLINE INTERVIEWER: Skeptics say that there’s no biological marker—that it [ADHD] is the one condition out there where there is no blood test, and that no one knows what causes it.
BARKLEY: That’s tremendously naïve, and it shows a great deal of illiteracy about science and about the mental health professions. A disorder doesn’t have to have a blood test to be valid. If that were the case, all mental disorders would be invalid… There is no lab test for any mental disorder right now in our science. That doesn’t make them invalid. [Emphasis added]
Oh, indeed, that does make them invalid. Utterly and completely. All 297 mental disorders. They’re all hoaxes. Because there are no defining tests of any kind to back up the diagnosis.
You can sway and tap dance and bloviate all you like and you won’t escape the noose around your neck. We are looking at a science that isn’t a science. That’s called fraud. Rank fraud.
There’s more. Under the radar, one of the great psychiatric stars, who has been out in front inventing mental disorders, went public. He blew the whistle on himself and his colleagues. And for years, almost no one noticed.
His name is Dr. Allen Frances, and he made VERY interesting statements to Gary Greenberg, author of a Wired article: “Inside the Battle to Define Mental Illness.” (Dec.27, 2010).
Major media never picked up on the interview in any serious way. It never became a scandal.
Dr. Allen Frances is the man who, in 1994, headed up the project to write the latest edition of the psychiatric bible, the DSM-IV. This tome defines and labels and describes every official mental disorder. The DSM-IV eventually listed 297 of them.
In an April 19, 1994, New York Times piece, “Scientist At Work,” Daniel Goleman called Frances “Perhaps the most powerful psychiatrist in America at the moment…”
Well, sure. If you’re sculpting the entire canon of diagnosable mental disorders for your colleagues, for insurers, for the government, for Pharma (who will sell the drugs matched up to the 297 DSM-IV diagnoses), you’re right up there in the pantheon.
Long after the DSM-IV had been put into print, Dr. Frances talked to Wired’s Greenberg and said the following:
“There is no definition of a mental disorder. It’s bullshit. I mean, you just can’t define it.”
BANG.
That’s on the order of the designer of the Hindenburg, looking at the burned rubble on the ground, remarking, “Well, I knew there would be a problem.”
After a suitable pause, Dr. Frances remarked to Greenberg, “These concepts [of distinct mental disorders] are virtually impossible to define precisely with bright lines at the borders.”
Frances might have been obliquely referring to the fact that his baby, the DSM-IV, had rearranged earlier definitions of ADHD and Bipolar to permit many MORE diagnoses, leading to a vast acceleration of drug-dosing with highly powerful and toxic compounds.
If this is medical science, a duck is a rocket ship.
To repeat, Dr. Frances’ work on the DSM IV allowed for MORE toxic drugs to be prescribed, because the definitions of Bipolar and ADHD were expanded to include more people.
Adverse effects of Valproate (given for a Bipolar diagnosis) include:
* acute, life-threatening, and even fatal liver toxicity;
* life-threatening inflammation of the pancreas;
* brain damage.
Adverse effects of Lithium (also given for a Bipolar diagnosis) include:
* intercranial pressure leading to blindness;
* peripheral circulatory collapse;
* stupor and coma.
Adverse effects of Risperdal (given for “Bipolar” and “irritability stemming from autism”) include:
* serious impairment of cognitive function;
* fainting;
* restless muscles in neck or face, tremors (may be indicative of motor brain damage).
Dr. Frances self-admitted label-juggling act also permitted the definition of ADHD to expand, thereby opening the door for greater and greater use of Ritalin (and other similar compounds) as the treatment of choice.
So…what about Ritalin?
In 1986, The International Journal of the Addictions published an important literature review by Richard Scarnati. It was called “An Outline of Hazardous Side Effects of Ritalin (Methylphenidate)” [v.21(7), pp. 837-841].
Scarnati listed a large number of adverse effects of Ritalin and cited published journal articles which reported each of these symptoms.
For every one of the following (selected and quoted verbatim) Ritalin effects, there is at least one confirming source in the medical literature:
* Paranoid delusions
* Paranoid psychosis
* Hypomanic and manic symptoms, amphetamine-like psychosis
* Activation of psychotic symptoms
* Toxic psychosis
* Visual hallucinations
* Auditory hallucinations
* Can surpass LSD in producing bizarre experiences
* Effects pathological thought processes
* Extreme withdrawal
* Terrified affect
* Started screaming
* Aggressiveness
* Insomnia
* Since Ritalin is considered an amphetamine-type drug, expect amphetamine-like effects
* Psychic dependence
* High-abuse potential DEA Schedule II Drug
* Decreased REM sleep
* When used with antidepressants one may see dangerous reactions including hypertension, seizures and hypothermia
* Convulsions
* Brain damage may be seen with amphetamine abuse.

Along every path, there comes a point that, when crossed, marks the place where a new and higher awareness arises regarding your higher purpose and the reasons that you chose the path you did. At this point there frequently arises an awareness that the worst or most difficult part of your journey is behind you, and from then on the path will provide you with increasing opportunities to practice your mastery and your living as the Presence of God embodied.

The more you align with this new point of no return, the more you move into new awarenesses with such presence, that you will never again choose to live in a limited state of being. It will seem as though you are on a completely new path and you will experience ongoing feelings of lightness as you continue to move into uncharted territories. The newness you will be feeling is simply reflected in part, by the vacuum left behind by your no longer practicing the old paradigms or ways of so-called thinking. Their absence initially created an energetic space for the new or higher awareness to begin taking its place in the vacuum, and demonstrate that this new awareness is fully capable of picking up where the old left off, and of going beyond where the old paradigm could not go. With the proving to the self that the new or higher awareness really is suited to do what needs be done in your every day, will come the feeling of true and real comfort, that this new and seeming un-charted territory is a happy place to be, and the desire to find out all that it has to offer grows.
It is no fluke that this new point of no return has been crossed, and like stepping gingerly into a beautiful lake, first with just the toes to sense the waters temperature, there comes now the great desire to immerse completely as the warmth of the water has been sensed to be just perfect. This is the joyous and thrilling replacement for all the times spent earlier in the muddied and fouled waters of false or un-real thinking. This new point of no return represents the time of true return to real thinking, or God-thinking. The muddied and fouled waters always represented the time of limited ego personality beliefs, or thinking outside of God and the Presence of God within you. The soul has moved you to and through this new point of no return, for it has communicated successfully to you that all of the experiences you have asked for in separation consciousness have been fulfilled and no more new experiences of limitation are needed in any way.
Now spend your time getting used to listening, and trusting that what is heard is really to be acted upon. This is a time for far more happy and accurate discernment, as it becomes daily more and more easy to choose the new awareness, leaving the old paradigms alone and un-touched. There has already come the happy awareness that the old paradigms always bark the loudest and have been first to come up in the mind for attention and selection. At the same time has also come the new awareness that selection of those old paradigms will not and cannot produce the higher results now needed. The awareness has come that those old paradigms simply were not able to do what is now needed, yet served a purpose for an earlier time to produce certain specified results, and only those. And now, that no more of those limited kinds of results are needed or wanted, those old paradigms can rest in peace, and be sent back to the energies from where they were originally created, to be re-created by God and the Presence of God within you to produce a far higher, beneficial result.
This is the happy practice of crossing this new point of no return, and going on. This is what everyone has come for in their choice to return to Oneness, and ending the ideas of limitation and separation. This is the happy practice of becoming a listener for the real thinking of God to fill the consciousness, instead of engaging in the old practice of listening to the ideas of the limited ego personality self, which never provided lasting fulfillment. The crossing of this new point of no return shows, with ever greater frequency, that ideas practiced in the clear waters of God-thinking always provide complete and lasting fulfillment to the soul, are happy ideas that serve family, community, Gaia and more. The idea to even think of returning to old ways before this new point of no return was crossed, have become either reprehensible or no longer exist.
The reflection back into earlier phases of life experiences will always reveal where the point of no return has been crossed every time, and simultaneously, reveals where a new or higher learning begins to take place. Only where that line has not been crossed, or pulled back from in fear, would also simultaneously reveal where life became more difficult or arduous, and pain levels, whether emotional, mental, or physical, became more intense. This would also point to the time shortly afterwards, and where perhaps a new opportunity arose and the point of no return was crossed successfully. Each time the point of no return has been successfully crossed, it has become easier to welcome in a new and higher way of thinking and being, which also reflects a happier and healthier life from that point on. In 1994, after a lifelong aversion to politics, I ran for a seat in the US Congress out of the 29th District in Los Angeles. My platform was Health Freedom.
At the time, the FDA was raiding offices of natural practitioners, and threatening to cut off citizens’ access to a full range of nutritional supplements.
I watched a trial, if you can call it that, in downtown Los Angeles, in which the federal government was prosecuting a young man for selling, and making health claims about, a substance that occurs naturally in the body.
The defendant told the Judge he was prepared to present extensive evidence that the substance was safe and effective. The Judge refused, saying the only issue was: did the defendant violate an FDA rule? If so, he was guilty. At that point, the trial was over, and indeed, the Judge soon pronounced a verdict and the young man was led away to serve a prison sentence in a federal lockup.
At that moment, I began to construct my case against the State, and consider what Health Freedom was all about.
Let’s start here. The FDA, the CDC, and several other federal agencies have blood on their hands. This blood doesn’t wash away. On July 26, 2000, Dr. Barbara Starfield, a revered public health expert at the Johns Hopkins School of Public Health, published a review in the Journal of the American Medical Association: “Is US Health Really the Best in the World?”
Starfield concluded that that US medical system kills 225,000 Americans a year. That would extrapolate to 2.25 MILLION deaths per decade. I subsequently interviewed Starfield (2009), and she told me the US government has never made a significant effort to end this ongoing holocaust.
So, when the government talks about FDA rules governing safety and efficacy of treatments, they should be referring to their own crimes, since, for example, FDA-approved medicines are responsible for roughly half the 2.25 million deaths per decade.
On the other hand, natural health treatments kill virtually no one.
And here is where the situation becomes basic. The decision by a responsible adult, to manage his own health, by his own measure, and to seek out any other person to help him in that regard, is not the business of the State.
The State can license anyone it chooses to, as a health practitioner. Who cares? But there is no exclusive monopoly on healing. There is no monopoly on recovery from illness. There is no monopoly on the quality of a life.
The legal aspect of this is clear: contracts vs. licenses. The State has no Constitutional right to turn its licensing procedures into monopolies. On the other hand, two consenting adults can designate each other “patient” and “healer,” accepting full responsibility, with no future liability attached, for the outcome of their treatment-arrangement (contract).
The State has no Constitutional right to stick its nose into this business.
The State needs to clean up its own act, which is a euphemistic way of saying the State needs to stop killing 2.25 million Americans per decade. Obviously, the government front of “we can’t let people try to heal themselves apart from licensed practitioners, we must protect the people” is a piece of phony propaganda.
It’s a piece of Nanny-Mommy-Daddy State bullshit. This country wasn’t founded on the premise of the government protecting everyone everywhere all the time.
The State has no right to presume it knows, in advance, what will happen when two responsible citizens decide to engage in their own healing contract.
There’s more. If one state in the Union decided to allow this form of responsible contract in the field of healing, people from all over the country would move there—seeking freedom. As a result, the economy of that State would bloom. Other States, seeing this, would follow suit. There would be a genuine Health Freedom revolution…
And the government of the country could focus on an effort to stop killing people through medical interventions.
As for the people of America, their job is to stop giving in to a reflex- reaction of fear when they contemplate health freedom. “Oh, we can’t just let people decide, on their terms, which health treatments to choose. That could lead to terrible consequences.”
The terrible consequences are right in front of your face. They’re already here. They stem from the federal government’s attempt to run a monopoly on healing, which turns out to be a killing field.
That’s the result of rules and regulations set by the experts.
People either have freedom to choose or they don’t. They have a right to be right or wrong in those choices, or they don’t.
There is no State Mommy or Daddy decreed by some higher power.
I guarantee you will remember the tale of the Wooden Bowl tomorrow, a week from now, a month from now, a year from now.
A frail old man went to live with his son, daughter-in-law, and four-year-old grandson. The old man's hands trembled, his eyesight was blurred, and his step faltered The family ate together at the table. But the elderly grandfather's shaky hands and failing sight made eating difficult. Peas rolled off his spoon onto the floor. When he grasped the glass, milk spilled on the tablecloth. The son and daughter-in-law became irritated with the mess. 'We must do something about father,' said the son. 'I've had enough of his spilled milk, noisy eating, and food on the floor.' So the husband and wife set a small table in the corner. There, Grandfather ate alone while the rest of the family enjoyed dinner. Since Grandfather had broken a dish or two, his food was served in a wooden bowl. When the family glanced in Grandfather's direction, sometimes he had a tear in his eye as he sat alone. Still, the only words the couple had for him were sharp admonitions when he dropped a fork or spilled food. The four-year-old watched it all in silence.
One evening before supper, the father noticed his son playing with wood scraps on the floor. He asked the child sweetly, 'What are you making?' Just as sweetly, the boy responded, 'Oh, I am making a little bowl for you and Mama to eat your food in when I grow up. 'The four-year-old smiled and went back to work.. The words so struck the parents so that they were speechless. Then tears started to stream down their cheeks. Though no word was spoken, both knew what must be done. That evening the husband took Grandfather's hand and gently led him back to the family table. For the remainder of his days he ate every meal with the family. And for some reason, neither husband nor wife seemed to care any longer when a fork was dropped, milk spilled, or the tablecloth soiled. On a positive note, I've learned that, no matter what happens, how bad it seems today, life does go on, and it will be better tomorrow. I've learned that you can tell a lot about a person by the way he/she handles four things:
a rainy day, the elderly, lost luggage, and tangled Christmas tree lights. I've learned that making a 'living' is not the same thing as making a 'life.' I've learned that life sometimes gives you a second chance. I've learned that you shouldn't go through life with a catcher's mitt on both hands. You need to be able to throw something back sometimes.
I've learned that if you pursue happiness, it will elude you But, if you focus on your family, your friends, the needs of others, your work and doing the very best you can, happiness will find you I've learned that whenever I decide something with an open heart, I usually make the right decision. I've learned that even when I have pains, I don't have to be one. I've learned that every day, you should reach out and touch someone. People love that human touch -- holding hands, a warm hug, or just a friendly pat on the back. I've learned that I still have a lot to learn. I've learned that you should pass this on to everyone you care about .I just did.

With loving greetings from all souls at this station, this is Matthew. Contentiousness regarding the United States President’s policies shows a sharply divided nation and a wary world, and just as world peace starts with one person having peace of mind and heart, then another and another, so it is with unity of spirit in a global society. Never does this mean agreeing with ideologies or condoning actions that violate your principles and values! On the contrary, introspection illuminates aspects of self that need to be strengthened for conscious and spiritual growth, and this includes embracing similarities that unite instead of differences that divide.
Emails sent to my mother since the election reflect various concerns of many people in the US and of citizens elsewhere as to how the new administration’s agenda will affect their countries. While we knew that the extraordinary “standoff” of the high and low vibrations in this situation could not long continue, there was no clarity in the energy field of potential as to how it would unfold to serve the highest good of all. Then, lo and behold, it was as if the two vibratory camps said, “Shall we dance?”
The day after the inauguration ceremony, Earth was ablaze with light. Known as the Women’s March, men, young adults and children joined women in hundreds of cities throughout the US and some in several other countries. It was not only the many areas or the millions of marchers who represented the spectrum of societal diversity that so remarkably lit up the planet, it also was their unified purpose. The media publicized the events as “anti-Trump protests,” but we don’t see it that way. The harmonious marchers weren’t protesting what they don’t want, they were giving their power to what they DO want: peace; equality, respect, healthcare and legal rights for everyone in your world; clean energy to preserve the planet.
A few days later an executive order that imposed a 90-day specific travel ban evoked quite different reactions around the world—anger, fear and confusion. The low-level vibrations emitted by those strong emotions are offset by the light in the protestors’ compassion for all who are personally affected, and a higher purpose is being served as well. The ban acted like a strobe light to bring to the world’s attention the wrongs in its discrimination, and this is a firm stride toward transmuting the energy of divisiveness into the energy of unity. All of you are inextricably connected at soul level, thus what harms one, harms all; what benefits one, benefits all.
So, not always are things as they seem. You have a saying, “Every cloud has a silver lining,” which suggests that something positive can exist even in a situation that appears to be entirely the opposite. Indeed!
Often we have urged you, “Do not fear,” and to all who wrote to my mother about their fears for their families and the world, we say please don’t feel fearful about anything! Be ever mindful that the energy of that powerful emotion is a two-edged sword: It is the fuel that empowers the dark ones, and the universal law of attraction that is in constant motion pertains personally and globally. The energy of fearful thoughts and feelings brings back more fearful situations; conversely, the energy of confidence and optimism brings light-filled sensations and improved circumstances.
Historically, beneficial change hasn’t started at the top and trickled down, it has started with grassroots efforts and surged upward. Feel heartened by knowing that movements to right wrongs and uplift the weak and downtrodden are growing in numbers and success around the globe. Fits and starts and occasional detours along the path of progress will be evident a while longer, but pockets of opposition will become fewer as vibrations cannot long support anything with dark intent. It won’t happen overnight, but ultimately only people acting in consonance with the light and light-based activities will prevail.
Bernie Sanders and the philosophies he espouses are within those parameters, so let us digress a bit and reply to readers’ questions about him. He supported Hillary Clinton because he felt she was the better of the two nominees, and he spoke in her favor only after the Democratic National Committee agreed to include as party planks the issues of importance to his supporters. Yes, he did discover that vote count in numerous primaries was rigged and in moments regrets not challenging that on behalf of the majority who voted for him; he has no idea that if the cheating had been exposed, vibrations would have carried him to the presidency in a landslide victory. He doesn’t know if he will run for president in 2020; however, he intends to remain in the public eye as a strong advocate and congressional voice for the reforms that gained him so many adherents.
Now then, let us speak about those who feel they are inadequate lightworkers because they can’t participate in marches or be active in progressive organizations or financially support worthy causes. Dear ones, by sending light to those who can be involved, you amplify their effectiveness tenfold. The light you sent to the marchers and the travel ban protestors had that effect, and it also fortified their determination to continue efforts toward fair and just resolutions. To be sure, many lightworkers were in the crowds those days, but most other participants don’t even know that term, nor is it necessary. The light in their passion for the world to become a better place for all is helping that world bloom into fruition.Never underestimate the power of the light you are radiating out into the world!

Bruce: Good evening everybody. Where are we and where are we going? We heard a lot of things happening in terms of out west with groups and with some of the pre-paids getting liquid. Also the ZIM platform trades becoming available and liquid. Then we heard they were going to have access very shortly to those funds. They could see them in their accounts but not quite disperse the funds, couldn’t get access to those funds yet even though they get paid and have access about time we go for our exchanges. So we have a collision course or a shot gun start where all start at same time.
Bruce: There were some jurated farm claims needed to be handled. Those started to be paid out Friday and continuing through the weekend. Something handled and done separate from the Prosperity package. Something that would go prior to that. Those are being handled.
Bruce: Now we heard yesterday that everything at a certain time yesterday early afternoon were complete. That the US Treasury had signed off. The go ahead was given. Certain Dignitaries and others out west witnessing and approving of it. Then we heard certain of these people left the area and went to monitor what was going on at another location out east. Those things moving along nicely and continue to moving along nicely.
Bruce: Our understanding is two ways to look at it. What happened at yesterday morning, at 2:36am EST was that the redemption centers, about 6800 off site redemption centers in the US and Canada went to high alert status at 2:36am yesterday morning. You say why is that different? I think it is different because they kind of from a security point of view it is on more of an alert and ready to go and the people in the redemption centers are also ready to go. Yesterday afternoon the rates had been populated and could be seen on the bank screens. My understanding that is still the case today.
Bruce: Iraq. I got word from one of our sources in Iraq at 1:48pm afternoon today Iraqi time today, that Prime Minister Abadi announced that the gangs and forces for dash or ISIS had essentially laid down and retreated and are no longer a militarian threat. This was announced in Iraq. We have not seen this on the news here. It could be coming up here quickly. I don’t know when.
A lot of the news from Iraq is held back from news coverage here. You guys know when we are looking for the liberation of Mosul, and the flag has been up for two weeks now. A lot of positive things taking place in Iraq and we are sort of looking for a public revelation what their new rate is and that would be put out internationally. That could be the next from of announcement we get from Iraq. Iraq has done basically all they need to do, and ISIS is no longer a threat in Iraq according to Prime Minister Abadi.
Bruce: What about Syria, and other areas around the world? We believe our President have put together special force groups in 6 different countries and given the directive to clean up everything that is needed to clean up regarding ISIS. They have a time frame to get that done even if it is 60 to 90 days for that clean up. Don’t be surprised if it happens more quickly. It is a positive thing for us to have that threat removed from the Middle East and other parts of the world . That is a good and we like to see happen and go away. That occurred today.
Bruce: The other thing is that at 5pm EST today, we got word through contacts at Chase Bank and at Citibank on two different coasts that the banks with foreign currency departments inside the branches, nothing to do with the redemption centers, that the banks themselves were to begin contacting people, their clients or people that purchased currency they know about. They were to contact the people at the time banks closed at 5pm EST to set up exchanges for them to come in and exchange at the screen rates. We know the rates are on all the screens at the banks. We heard some very good rates on Dinar and Dong. The rates are higher than we thought they would be for the screen rates, quite a bit higher. That is exciting.
These exchanges are not testing ones and not teaser rates. This would be the real mccoy. If that took place at 5pm tonight, what does that mean for us? That means we are close for us to be contacted with a toll free number to put that out whether on the call live or tomorrow or the next day whenever that is for you guys to set an appointment and go to the redemption centers. They want to get the ZIM holders in first. I think this is an amazing time for tonight. Maybe not tonight, but it could or it could happen the next couple of days. I have been told by people in the know this would be my last call prior to the RV. I hope this is correct and true. I hope I don’t have to make a callThursday. I hope I make a pre-celebration call before Thursday.
Bruce: You know what we do here is to try to put together the Intel I get in a way you can appreciate and you can discern the truth from it as I do. What we are offering is something not the same old stuff. It varies and changes between calls. People that have been listening to the call know that. They know it is not always the same. I am kind of offended by that. If you are not listening you can think that why is it so special and what is different from tonight? It is a lot different. I am encouraged and you should be also.
Bruce: What we hear on the Senate confirmations on the Cabinet positions for the President. You had seen on the news today that Betsy DeVos was approved as Secretary of Education. That was a close one. It was where Vice President Pence casted the tie breaking vote. That happened close to lunch time today EST. Then we had Jeff Sessions today in that his vote today was a procedural vote in the Senate. That went through to 52 to 47. We are waiting for him to get a confirmation vote tomorrow in the Senate. Then he will be ready to be sworn in. We are very interested in the new Treasury Secretary who will be Steven Mnuchin. He is in the position now to get a procedural vote in the Senate, but I don’t know for sure that could happen tonight or tomorrow.
When that happens he would get the confirmation vote to follow. I do not know if that can occur on the same day or not. Then he gets sworn in. I have heard two to three different ways it could be affecting us. I heard when the vote goes through for him the final vote that is all we need to know he is going to be confirmed and everything is a go for us. I have heard this could occur prior to the actual swearing in ceremony it could be a go. Then I have heard after he is fully sworn in it could be a go. A most recent version of that is we know he is going to be confirmed is enough to release what you and I are concerned with a 800 toll free number to set our appointments. That is another variable. Something to keep our eye on. I have been watching the news to see this come through.
Bruce: Another variable is under Secretary of the Treasury could also release this for us without him having been sworn in or even completely voted on because they know he will be confirmed. That is where we look at it with a political point of view.
Bruce: People are back in Reno to make some announcement or witness the release of what we are looking for. I can’t go into anymore information with that, but that could be very positive for us to keep an eye on. It is hard to say based on this how just exactly how close we are. This information from today is the best Intel we have had in a long time. I am excited about the timing, and excited some of the banks in their branches are to do exchanges, We are on high alert and excited about that. Excited our time is very close with this information. With that being put out, this is as close we can put it out without calling it. You know this day is exciting for all of us.
Sue: Everybody, I was sharing with Bruce because I go online and kind of research for the community for the Big Call . I was watching all the different opinions and I said to Bruce what you are. We are like the RV weathermen. It is okay as long I can have my wedding if it pours rain. But people out there say the weather man said it will be beautiful and when it rains they freak out. To the people of Europe who still believe in freedom

You can say all you want to about the history of Europe, but you also have to say that Europe was the cradle of liberty for the whole world.
The main struggle was held there. And finally, the clear idea of individual freedom emerged.
Then, gradually, in the wake of two World Wars, a new theme took hold. You could call it comfort, or security, peace for all, share and care, the good life.
Under a dominating tax rate, citizens had “services” provided by their governments. Many pleasant services.
Why not? All was well.
Even when these governments were placed under the umbrella of the European Union, most citizens of member countries perceived no real problems—as long as the services continued to flow.
But there was an addendum to the basic contract. The national governments, and their superiors at the EU…they were the Providers, and they could, at their whim, turn the screw and apply new oppressive rules to the citizenry. And they could, if resistance appeared, drop their pose of benevolence and take on the role of Enforcer.
And if they did, where would liberty and individual freedom go?
It would go away.
Escalating floods of migrants entered Europe. This was a turning of the screw. Brought about by “upper management” of the Providers. The crimes and disruptions of these migrants have been well documented in independent media. The people of Europe had no say about the invasion. In fact, it soon became a prosecutable offense to write about it or speak about it in a public forum.
The lords of government would brook no opposition.
The basic liberty—speaking freely—was on the line and under the boot heel.
In fact, for years, a campaign of political correctness in speech had been waged all over Europe. It covered many areas. The EU had been aiding and abetting it.
The “good life” was cracking at the seams. It wasn’t all good anymore.
The Provider was becoming the Enforcer.
Looking back on the change, it was always obvious that it was waiting in the wings. The Providers weren’t messiahs of a socialist utopia. That pretense was merely an intermediate phase in a much larger operation.
Mollify the citizenry for a time, “give them services,” and then when they were lulled into complacency, when they felt safe and secure, when they’d traded liberty for something that looks like liberty, start the chaos.
And clamp down. Assert overt control.
The EU structure was never extreme enough for the overlords. After all, it was a confederation of separate nations. The covert operation was One Nation of Europe, drained of separate traditions, with all former, distinguishing, national characteristics removed. The goal was one continental entity, seeded with enough migrants to eliminate visible differences, and roiled in conflicts.
To make a stew, heat and stir.
Eventually, eliminate the memory that, at one time, individual freedom was birthed in those countries. And one step further: eliminate the knowledge of what individual freedom is.
Bring in immigrants from cultures where authentic freedom, with its attendant responsibilities, means nothing.
The operation is well underway.
The lords of government never wanted utopia. They wanted, and want, submission. They achieved the soft version. Now they’re aiming for the hard.
This is modern European history not taught in schools. Schools would ban even a hint of it.
So the struggle begins again.
It has many faces—some of them ideological, which is to say, embedded in groups for whom national and ethnic identity is the foremost concern.
How long will it take before The Individual, defined by HIS OWN choice and vision, APART FROM SUCH IDENTITY, reemerges?
That was the original battle of the ages: the liberation of each individual.
It wasn’t easy then, and it won’t be easy now.
But it begins in the mind.
And not the group mind.
Not in any group.
In 1859, John Stuart Mill wrote:
“If it were felt that the free development of individuality is one of the leading essentials of well-being…there would be no danger that liberty should be undervalued.”
Escaping from, and dissolving the trap that is now Europe may be the work of cooperating groups; but the reason for the escape will ultimately come back to the individual, his power, and his independent self-chosen destiny.
He carries the torch.
Though it may not seem so, his flame vaporizes collectivism.
It was always so, and it is now.
Europe’s great thinkers and writers were the very people who made this clear: freedom exists and it pertains to the individual, not the group, not some shadowy entity, not a collective; freedom is not simply a word or a floating ideal waving its banner in the air; it is the soul’s platform, from which all good things become possible; it is the starting point of a life; it is the blood that runs through a dream of a created future, a better future; it is the brother of the individual’s accountability for his own actions.
Throw a blanket over freedom, and no one is accountable.
This is why so many people now deny freedom. They want to remain unaccountable.
They want everything for nothing, and they want the right to spend that everything, or burn it, tear it up, destroy it. And then ask for more.
For them, the countries of Europe are just places. Easy places to exploit.
But no matter the circumstances, the inner core of the struggle is the same: the liberation of the individual from all the forlorn hopes that lead him back to searching for the utopia he once believed was coming.
That painted illusion is going away.
The individual, falling back on his own resources, will need to relearn half-forgotten lessons. He will have to ignite his own energy.
The challenge can be bracing, and much more. It can awaken sleeping corridors of the spirit, where he once walked in power.
And can walk again.
Profound dissatisfaction and resistance can breed joy.
Once upon a time, he knew that, and then he abandoned the knowledge for a syrupy potion of a New Age; now the bottle is dry.
Now, he is the creator of his own enterprises; his own destiny.
I say Europe will live again.

Greetings, Lightbringers! We are pleased to have this time to speak with you today.
And we see that despite the tumult that is pouring out around you, the vast majority of you are seeing beyond the events that appear to be dividing whole populations, in a number of countries.
Most Light Bearers are understanding quite well, using their awakening levels of intuition and inner sight, that this is not a time of division, though it may appear to be.
It is in fact, a time of Unity, in which humankind is speaking out for its own, and on its own.
Emblematic of this outpouring of the commands of the higher selves of millions, is the conscious awareness that the Divine Feminine is more apparent, more palpably present, and more fully expressed now on the Earth than She has been for many thousands of years.
It was one of the requisite points of the dissolution of the pillars of Atlantean society, that the Feminine would be downgraded to that of a position of smallness and subservience under the male dominance.
And through various means—political, economic, social, technological, and etheric—that strange misbalance has remained over the centuries.
Until now.
Much of the posturing, yelling, name-calling, and shirking of responsibility that you are witnessing from a number of authoritarian leaders in both East and West, has to do with a desperate attempt to retain this imbalance, as they are aware that their current stance and the entire structure they answer to depends upon it.
And yet, that false structure is crumbling now, as assuredly as the higher dimensional forms and precepts of Atlantean society once crumbled.
For the tide has shifted.
This new era does not tolerate the forms of narrowness and constriction of either thought or form that the former era required of Earth’s people, while using fear as its basis of control.
And so you see now the People of the Earth making pronouncements which, energetically and often outwardly, carry far greater weight and substance, and have far more powerful consequences, than the pronouncements of your supposed leaders.
There are world leaders who are aware of this shift, and are not attempting to oppose it—some of you might be surprised to hear which leaders, known for a love of militarism and isolationist stance, are quietly in favor of this new outspoken form of mass empowerment, spreading not only through the United States and Europe, but around the world.
Other leaders are in a quandary, still following their contracts to their overlords and attempting to behave as if all were business as usual, yet knowing quite clearly, and feeling quite powerfully, that their time is done.
For the tide of the Divine Feminine rises ever higher, as the return of that Goddess energy and expression within human consciousness grows stronger by the hour.
There is increasingly less and less room in human thought or tolerance for the old forms of oppressive control, the dumbing-down of whole populations, secrecy regarding the Galactic presence, the hiding of life-saving technology and natural cures, Earth’s true history, the need for real education, and most importantly, the soul-infused realization of an entire planet of beings that it is time now for them to claim their sovereignty once again, and for all time.
We do not say all of this to downplay the immensity of your inner work.
For we see you struggling many days to throw off the shackles of third dimensional life, having to reinvent not only Earth life but the most basic understanding of Who you are, and how you function in this Universe.
We are aware of the gargantuan nature of this task, and our beholding of it is a mixture of awe and something akin to envy at your being the ones to experience first-hand the beautiful nature of this miracle and its unfolding.
For you have more than what you call “front row seats” to this astounding transformation, dear ones.
You are the makers of it yourselves.
And so when you phone or write your representatives to voice your refusal to accept a poor choice of nominee or new “law” passed by an authoritarian madman, or when you sign a group declaration, or march in the streets to demand and command forth a higher form of living than what the old ruler/usurpers have decided you may have—none of that is futile, and all of it is a beautiful form of Becoming.
The day will come when none of this is necessary.
A day when you will look out upon a peaceful world of green perfection, flowering in purity and offering clean air, food, and water.
When you will see children educated in kindness, fairness, compassion, and Truth.
When you will create your own governing bodies, which rotate decision-making so that all, in turn, have their chance to represent and use their voice.
And when you will happily take up your place in the Intergalactic Confederation of Worlds, no longer shut off from the vast number of cultures that populate your part of the Universe.
Can’t this happen now? you ask.
And we would say, it is happening, dear ones.
Yet you would not come up from a very great depth in the sea so quickly that you would get what are called “the bends.”
Nor would you leap from the atmosphere of one planet into the atmosphere of another, even if it were breathable, without giving your system adequate time to adjust and recalibrate.
In this same way, you are learning to become fifth dimensional, taking on the attributes of a fifth dimensional world, a fifth dimensional people, in steps and stages.
You are taking on the Light codes of new information meant to awaken your heart-minds to new levels, in phases that are acceptable to you, without your minds or bodies reacting with shock from an overload of new and higher frequencies, in a too-much, too-soon scenario.
We are aware that there is some fear-spreading information afoot, such as assurances from the dark hats that Ascension is being successfully held off by such phenomena as chemtrails and special technologies meant to “keep out the Light.”
We find this a serious notion, in terms of how seriously most of you take this information, and a humorous one, in terms of the actual efficacy of these attempts.
Understand that this Light is coming into your planet now, and you are experiencing such at a level, that Nothing can shield or fend off the powerful effects—the entire new Reality—that it carries.
You are experiencing such because you actively chose to be here in this new era of enlightenment, and not because some false outer structure is declaring that you may experience it.
That is the sort of construct that you are fast overcoming, and refusing to be held back by.
It is your idea of yourselves–your vision–that is unstoppable now, dear ones.
Anyone viewing your planet can see as much, unless they are in the deepest forms of denial.
And so we ask that you come out of any last vestiges of denial, and move forward, and refuse to be taken in by the ploys for fear or anger or divisive separateness that for so long have weakened or diluted or dissolved previous movements toward human freedom.
This time—this particular “revolution”—cannot be denied.
We stand with you—we are you, more than ever now.

Call centers and their off site staffs were given a hard time tonight to be at their positions and ready after sun down on the east coast. No "go time" was given. And no firm time from White Hats camp (or clue about Dunford's performance commitment) was given for tonight. However, nothing negative was hitting the intel circuit all day, which is highly unusual.
We were told 20 civilian call centers transferred to military bases, including staff, six weeks ago. And what was the redundancy strategy for said call centers suddenly became the primary strategy after the WF / Syria / Israel / ISIS fiasco. So the back up plan is now primary and vice verse for the call centers. Maybe that was always the plan?
ZIM exchange locations swapped locations and staff as well, but are on separate military bases that are overseen by HSBC (and the Elders in ZIM heavy geographic locations). We had heard this six months ago, but the call centers transferring was a new one.
Smaller RV currencies (VND, IQD, IDR, AFA) are still functioning on a normal off-site civilian redemption center strategy, as well as now specific branch banks that deal in currency. But HSBC will become the biggest bank in the USA bar none, not WF.
All private redemptions can still accomplish some elevated sovereign rate, but currency specific bank branch locations will not have as much leeway with rates, yet still accomplish a slightly higher contract rate if exchange is accompanied with an investment.
Everyone who will be exchanging privately at any of these off or on site locations will be safe, safe, safe, safe… thus, there is no reason to worry. And your money is safe, safe, safe too.

President Trump has begun his public exodus from perceived power, but we know privately his resignation was signed this weekend on MacGill AFB in South Tampa, Florida.
Watch now as everyone and anyone will be jumping off the fraudulent Trump bandwagon--which many have already noticed started in earnest on Monday. Donald won't have a friend in D.C. by the end of the week.
We are told Trump will resign after Israeli's BiBi Netanyahu arrives for a meeting on February 15, due to potential ethics violations surrounding his business interests--which was ALWAYS the plan.
Netanyahu's indictment by the Knesset will follow shortly thereafter. Ukraine's Poroshenko's resigning via the Minsk Agreement will follow shortly after that.
All geopolitical resignations will come before the end of the month, as will completion of the financial reforms.
There is also a sad prevailing belief within the banking world that 50% of those redeeming will be living back in poverty within 2 years. Do considered the structured payout option for as long as you can negotiate when exchanging.
Think of it like winning the Powerball or lottery, and taking the annual payouts versus the lesser lump sum. Not as sexy sure, but much easier to manage your life and allows for more mistakes as you adjust to your new sudden wealth.

6. According to my intel the packages are in the hands of managers to be opened when instructed. The managers will notify the site managers when instructed.
7. I do not have a package. I will never have a package. I will receive the 800 numbers if they exist. For months they have had my physical address so they can send the package containing RV instructions.
8. There are very few facts available so most of us do our best at sifting through the intel.
1. TNT members have reported 42 banks which are buying and selling Dinar, though not yet at the revalued rate.
2. Iraqi PM Abadi was expected to soon announce the liberation of Mosul and revaluation of the Iraqi currency.
3. Some banks have initiated foreign currency training programs to more employees on how to process those currencies, and what will take place during exchanges.
4. The banks were sent a message telling them to get ready.
5. Based on what I’m hearing, it’s ready to go
6. The screen rates are still about what they were three months ago:
Dinar is still over $3, up to $4.
Dong is still about 47 cents, depending on what screen you’re looking at.
Rupiah is in the $1.10 range.
Zim is still from 11 cents to $1.25, depending on who you’re talking to.
Afghani is still $2+.
Rial is still $3+.
7. RayRen reply to a caller who saw a certain currency at a screen rate of about $7.
a. A member said that they saw a rate on that currency which was higher than any rate that has been given me - hearing $28 and $32.
b. This currency has been hovering around $3.
c. If this currency does come out at that $7 screen rate, it will be the sleeper.
8. Those seeking contract rates should get in quickly because they are not going to be here for a great length of time.
