**************************************** Mother Earth is extremely important to us. She is the sacred vessel that contains the singularity that gave birth to our galaxy. She and she alone holds within her the Light energy stargate that sustains all the realities which make up our galaxy.
It is 2:00 am here at Kathryn's house, and we have awakened her with Mother's current favorite song, "Rise and Shine..." because we wish to give her an important message to pass on to you. Sananda made the announcement yesterday in our Newsletter about the Blue Avians, who will lead your Galactic Federation team through this current phase of Earth's journey. I would like to add more to that story to help you prepare for the astonishing events in your near future.
You see, it will require a sudden leap in consciousness for all on the Earth plane to suddenly drop all forms of prejudice based on physical appearance, since many of your loving protectors will be very different in appearance from you. I will begin with a bit of description, so you can understand that, completely unbeknownst to you, many different species of beings exist who have reached high levels of civilization and spiritual development. Some have even visited Earth in the past to help with your evolution. The first reason for this blindness is of course that you are behind a dense Veil of Forgetfulness; the second reason has more to do with the deliberate subtrifuge and cover-ups under the influence of the dark ones whom we have called the cabal. It was part of the institution of rampant militarism and subjugation to keep you "in the dark" about friendly allies just beyond your vision.
It is now time for all of you who are preparing for your Ascension to share your knowledge in the most cordial way you can, to help others accept the simple truths we are giving you here. Of course, as you say, a picture is worth a thousand words. This is why Sananda has given you the instructions to take photographs of the daytime sky now, to capture as many pictures of our Galactic fleets as you can and share them widely. You know from experience that the more exposure people have to a new phenomenon, the more they come to accept it. Like the introduction of cell phones, you will become so accustomed to their presence that it will no longer strike anyone as an unusual occurrence to see ships in the sky.
Let us begin with familiarizing you with the various types of ships you can expect to observe, and what their uses are. There is an enormous Mothership parked just behind your sun. You will occasionally see her presence as a pink crescent peeking out from behind the sun. She does this so that you can see her and take photos for others. You have heard it called Niburu.
Niburu is as large as a planet, but it is in fact the Mothership that has come from the area of Andromeda to join you here at this historic time. Our beloved Sekhmet, Mother to the ancient Egyptian people and an important aspect of Mother God, is the Commander of the ship and is already an enormous help to you as Teacher and Mentor to Earth's people. Some of you are familiar with her physical presentation as Lioness/Sphinx. She is most animated and jovial and will be a tremendous resource for you in your trainings for Earth's New Golden Age.
Of course Niburu will not disrupt your solar system in any way. There are thousands of scout ships aboard her that will transport beings who are eager to be of service to you. They bring gifts to upgrade your civilization to a sustainable and peaceful society without any need for the destructive technologies that are currently overtaxing Terra and destroying your air, land and water. They will help with the final cleanup of toxins in your environment as well, and you will be astonished to see the sparkling colors and exhilarating freshness of your Paradise Planet after her "spring cleaning."
The Blue Avians also come with a large Mothership and many auxiliary scout ships. They are very dignified humanoid beings of high intelligence, with a head which looks a bit like your eagle. Along with many Arcturianscouts and numerous other beings from afar, they are circling about in your skies. As they await the signal to begin Landings, they sometimes fly in formations for your enjoyment, sometimes for the sheer joy of flying together, like your own pilots who call themselves the Blue Angels. There are now ships from more than 200 distant planets waiting to meet you and more arriving daily.
The Light energy of these beautiful beings in your skies has been instrumental in helping you to restore the Christ Grid around your planet which had been destroyed and replaced by the dark Matrix grid of Anunnakiorigins. For a time they have existed simultaneously as you and your Galactic Brothers and Sisters have strengthened the Christ Grid and gradually dismantled the Matrix.
As the frequencies rise on your planet, you will also begin to notice that you are able to see your loving higher dimensional Masters and Archangels in photographs, standing around you in your family photos. Won't this be fun? We want you to have the "proof" you have been longing to see, and it will make it much easier for you to convince your family and friends of the existence of the Company of Heaven when you take the photos in their presence and introduce them on the spot. For this purpose, they will initially present themselves in human form so as not to alarm the newcomers to Galactic society. You have been exposed to so much fear-mongering, bad press about "aliens" that we must begin gently.
You, dear Lightworkers, will begin teaching others that there are no "aliens." There are only groups of conscious beings who are as much at home on their own planets as you are on yours, and they will be your honored guests. They would never be so rude or disrespectful as to call you aliens. They see you as their adventurous and courageous younger brothers and sisters, and they will be protective and loving toward you.
You see, the Company of Heaven is not a homogeneous group of humans in flowing robes. Our children come in all forms, many humanoid in appearance but with striking differences. For instance, the Kumarans, including your beloved Sananda and Sanat, in their Galactic form, are very tall, slender and graceful, with long necks, smooth and nearly featureless faces. They have no need for mouths because they communicate telepathically and have evolved to such a degree that they are nourished by our sunlight directly, without need for extra food. They have been described by humans as similar to the preying mantis, but in fact our Co-Creative children, in training with us, designed the beneficial insect, the preying mantis, in honor of the Kumarans.
We have purposefully told you through our channelers for years now that you will be experiencing wondrous and awesome things in your future. This was to prepare you for the events we knew were coming. It is unfortunate that the events did not unfold as quickly as we had anticipated, but the truths remain - you are going to be thrilled and amazed at the wondrous gifts we have in store for you. We present these messages to acclimate you to the monumental changes, to ease your way out of the epidemic anxiety you have lived with in the past. We wish for you to enjoy these coming adventures without any of the old fears and prejudices you were taught.
So, get ready for the surprises, Beloved Ones. Listen to you heart beat, and keep yourself calm and at peace while you also experience excitement in a new way - completely without the component of fear you have been used to. Joy does not make your heart pound and your adrenaline rush in. That is fear. This is why we have given you so many lessons to help you learn to manage every feeling, every thought and every action. These trainings have prepared you to be First Wavers, our steady Pied Pipers for the rest of humanity.
Sananda described the beautiful rainbow bridge you are prancing and skipping along as you make your way to our awaiting arms. See it always in your mind's eye, Dear Ones. We are here to envelop you in our Love any time you ask. It is our most exquisite pleasure to Love you and to be loved in return. You have come full circle and are now returning Home. You see, the story of the Prodigal Son (and Daughter) was written for you. We rejoice in your return.

“Every part of your body has its own consciousness or its own soul.” These transformative words, spoken by indigenous medicine women, began my journey within to discover the extraordinary healing capacity of the human body.
When this perspective was introduced to me, I was suffering from a severe chronic pain disorder. I suddenly imagined incorporating this concept into my meditation routine. I thought, Can my body hear me…can I talk to it to gain its cooperation in healing this condition?
That night, after reaching a state of deep calm through meditation, I inwardly engaged my body in a heartfelt conversation, with hope, but having no idea what to expect. After about one hour of this focused communication, something amazing happened. My tissues began to respond. Connective tissue pulled and stretched apart layers of scar tissue. Nerves fired and my calf muscles began to perform flexion and extension exercises independently of my conscious control. As this response continued, one of my calf muscles that had become paralyzed by the neuropathic condition — diagnosed as Reflex Sympathetic Dystrophy — came back to life as electric-like jolts shot through the area.
My heart pounded as I realized that the path to my freedom from this condition had finally begun. With a background in acupuncture and Oriental medicine, I knew too well how prevalent chronic pain is in this country and I wondered what the implications of this phenomenon could mean to so many others who were suffering. As I continued to make progress with my condition, I organized my approach into a system that I could teach to clients and shifted my professional focus to hypnotherapy.
When instructing my clients, I explain that a regular meditation practice is necessary to train the brain to enter alpha and theta brain wave states. While in these states, communication between the conscious mind and the physical body is dramatically enhanced. I have found that when communicating, there are three key steps to gaining the cooperation of the body:

▪ Approach your body with genuine compassion, understanding that it is made up of conscious cells who experience emotions.
▪
▪ Build trust by engaging your body in mental conversations about your desire for the two of you to cooperate and overcome the ailment.
▪
▪ Allow changes in the conversation by using different thoughts and words that elicit spontaneous elevated emotions.
Backster, formerly an interrogation specialist for the CIA, wrote about the defining moment which led him to his real work in this world, in his book Primary Perception.[2] This moment occurred one February morning in 1966 when he decided to plantss-ismonitor the Dracaena plant in his lab utilizing polygraph equipment. He attached the electrodes to a leaf and began to think about ways that he might induce a surge in electrical activity in the plant. In humans this surge in electrical activity is associated with intense emotions. He suddenly imagined burning the electroded leaf.
The same instant this idea entered his mind, the polygraph pen shot to the top of the chart showing an extreme reaction on the part of the plant. Amazed, he walked to his secretary’s desk to retrieve a set of matches while pondering the possibility that this plant was somehow detecting the force of human intention.
When he returned with the matches, the plant was still showing the same high level reaction which would interfere with tracking additional changes on the chart. Backster decided to “remove the threat” by returning the matches to the desk. At this point, the chart displayed a downward trend as the plant apparently began to calm down.[3] When Backster attempted to repeat the same results by pretending that he was going to burn the plant, there was no reaction. The plant seemed to sense the difference between real and artificial intent. He eventually discovered that plants become attuned to their primary care takers, responding to both their positive and negative emotions and to their return after being away for a time.[4] Chart findings also showed that plants prioritize the emotions of their primary care takers over the emotions of others nearby.
Backster later expanded his research to include testing human cells for signs of consciousness. He collected white blood cells from human donors, electroded them in a test tube and then recorded the cells’ reactions as the donors experienced different emotional states.
He found that spontaneous emotions were necessary in order to elicit an electrical reaction in the cells. For instance, if a donor forced herself to feel an emotion, the cells would not respond. However, when she received a distressing phone call from her daughter, the cells reacted significantly.[5]
He noted that distance seemed to be irrelevant in these experiments. For example, a donor left his electroded cells behind in the lab, then kept a detailed log of any stressful emotions experienced on his trip home to another state, such as missing a turn on the freeway, standing in a long line at the airport, and the take-off of his plane. Later, his logged incidents compared with the chart recording showed strong correlations between the timing of the stressful events and the electrical reactions in his cells. The chart became quiet again when he arrived home and went to sleep.[6]
These experiments were conducted while using equipment that screened out electromagnetic radiation — the usual energies used for information transmission. The cells behaved as if the screens weren’t there, suggesting that this communication is carried by a field still unidentified by conventional science.[7] Some scientists believe that the further development of quantum physics may help guide us to understand this field that communicates emotional intent between living things.[8]
Quantum Entanglement is a process where two particles of matter which have interacted with each other, still behave as if they are connected after being separated by many miles. When an energetic change is made to the properties (position, momentum and rotational spin) of one of the particles, the properties of the other distant particle will change at the same instant.
This scientific phenomenon and the research of Cleve Backster, point to the Eastern concept of oneness — the view that all of nature is interdependent. Ancient cultures understood this interconnection as a living universal energy field that sustains life while guiding the evolution of consciousness throughout the universe. The meditation techniques involved in my practice bring the mind into attunement with this field.
Energy from this field is then focused into a physical healing event through clear intention — delivered by means of a conversation that evokes spontaneous emotions — and attunes the physical body to the conscious mind. This method which I call Antara (Sanskrit for within), enables one to experience the raw creative healing ability generated by an alliance of the mind and body with this living universal energy field.

Beloved Family of Light, there are great changes happening on your Earth right now as the old Grid system crumbles and the New Earth Fifth-dimensional Grid activates. Yes indeed, this may seem like instability and turbulence at first glance, but as you look deeper you will see that this is all part of the changes and transformations that we have been speaking about in the past months and years. And, we say again, do not be in fear, but know that all is in Divine Order as you move through these changes. You will be held and supported in Divine Love.
Beloved Ones, Evolution is the process whereby the Creative Energy of Spirit manifests on the Material Plane of Existence. It is an ongoing process as Creation becomes more complex and beautiful in its Infinite Expression of Love. Likewise, your personal evolution is an Infinite Expression of Love, and is to be embraced with Joy, and not fear or anxiety. Indeed, Beloveds, you may feel fear as you encounter the waves of anxiety within the "unconscious" Collective who are yet not awakened, but do not take on this fear and anxiety as your own. As we have shown you in the last years, remain centered in your Sacred Heart Energy and hold the balance of Love and Peace within you. All is Well.
Now, since many will be feeling "symptoms" of the energy shifts, we will share with you our perception and understanding of these processes within your Being and your Bodies. At this time, the Galaxy is coming into what we will call "Harmonic Alignment". This means that all the various Levels and Dimensions of Light are moving into a Harmonic Alignment of Light and Sound that reflects the internal coherence of Divine Light. This creates the most beautiful Celestial Tones and Overtones throughout the Galaxy as the Galaxy aligns with her Twin Flame Galaxy, Andromeda, and then aligns with the Cosmic Heart of All Creation and Light.
Yes, Beloveds, a Grand Process of Light, Love and Infinity, but the same process is now taking place in your own bodies and the various dimensions and levels. Your Physical Body and its DNA is aligning with the Earth Codes and all the levels of Physical Creation, while your Soul is aligning with Spirit and all the levels of Cosmic Creation. These two processes meet in the Heart, from where you feel and hold the Ancient Wisdom and the Infinite Love that moves you through your evolutionary processes.
At this time, you are simply aligning all the levels of your DNA, to the point where you have activated all thirteen "strands" or levels of DNA available at this time. The thirteenth strand or level of your DNA Light Codes connects you to your Cosmic Heart or Origin, deep within the Cosmic Night of Creation's Memory. As you make this ultimate connection of light, you access all the Wisdom and Love of the Infinite Cosmic Creation. So, it is little wonder that you may feel shifts and reverberations of these processes within your physical being.
Now, you may say that you do not, at this point, have access to these levels. You may feel that you do not know any more than you did yesterday, or last year. But, we say, Beloveds, that you will not access this information with your mental body and your finite minds. The mental body alone is not able to hold this information, it has what you might call a "limited capacity" for information storage, as it is confined to events within linear time. This is, of course, the purpose of the mental body, it was designed to facilitate experience within third-dimensional linear time, it was never intended to be the defining element of your existence.
Cosmic Wisdom and Knowledge of Infinity is held within the Light Bodies, the "interdimensional bodies" and coded into the Fields of Light. This is where the Diamond Light Body is so important, for it is the particles of Diamond Light that hold the Wisdom and Love of the Creative Source. The Diamond Light is like the "DNA" of the Cosmic Creator, it holds the Infinite Love and Wisdom and Light of All that comes from the 13th Dimension and carries the Tones and Overtones of Cosmic Love.
In this process of Harmonic Alignment, Beloved Ones, every level of your Being is in the process of aligning with the Tones and Overtones of the Cosmic Heart pulses. You are becoming Awakened and Conscious expressions of Divine Love. And you will "feel" this in your Heart, Soul and Spirit, and you will access this information in the Journeys into the deeper realms of your Being within the Meditations, Ceremonies and Collective Group Journeys of Light.
The Divine Feminine Energies and the Embrace of the Cosmic Mother
Beloved Family of Light, as you have moved towards this process of Cosmic Harmonic Alignment, you have been assisted by the supportive Love and Nurturing of the Great Mother, the Divine Feminine, through the waves of the incoming Shekinah Light. This is an aspect of the Platinum Ray that holds a High Frequency of Divine Light and Love. Now, as you move into Cosmic Harmonic Alignment, you begin to experience the Embrace and the Love of the Great Cosmic Mother who was known to the Ancients as Ma'at.
Ma'at is the One who holds the Cosmic Balance of All That Is. Her name is pronounced "Mayat" or "Maia", and her "children" are the Mayans, those who are the Galactic Keepers of the Wisdom of Time and Balance. Ma'at is the One who weighs and measures and creates that which is known as "Time" as a way of understanding the unfolding of the Cosmic Creation through the Dimensions of Light. The ones who are her "children" are the Keepers of Ma'at, the Keepers of the Sacred Days and Nights, and who guide you through the Waves and Frequencies of the Cosmic Days and Nights.
The Symbol for this Great Being of Light is a Feather! This indicates that she is the "Lightness" of Being and that she Floats and Flows with the Cosmic Winds of Creation. Beloved Ones, imagine an Eagle soaring on the Wind, in perfect Balance - that is the Energy of Ma'at!
She is the Great Mystery and the Keeper of the Cosmic Night. To enter into her embrace is to enter into the Heart of All That Is, and to experience the Lightness of Being and the Flow of Cosmic Time within the "boat of millions of years" as the Ancients called Planet Earth. To be embraced by her Light and Love is to know your Infinite Essence and to connect with your Cosmic Wisdom as she guides you through the Cosmic Night and the Great Mystery of Infinite Existence.
When Ma'at enters your life she assists you to hold the balance in your Heart and in your Being. She is Balance, and she assists you to manifest that balance in your life. She assists you to maintain that Lightness of Being and to Flow with the Winds of Creation and the Cosmic Waves of Light from the Great Cosmic Heart that initiate Creation and Evolution in the Light. Beloved Ones, it is possible to ride these Cosmic Waves of Light with the Elegance and Grace of a Feather in the Wind, if you just allow yourself to be supported and all times by Divine Love and Grace.
Also, Beloved Ones, the advice and wisdom of the Mayan Day Keepers will assist you to understand the nature of the Waves of Light that come to you from the Cosmic Heart and how they are an expression of the ongoing unfolding of Galactic Manifestation and Cosmic Creation.

The ongoing efforts of those in the trenches are showing good progress. The continual chess game being played is anticipating moves, with moves made, and obstacles placed thwarted or removed. The energetic issues of who throws their weight, how to neutralize actions without getting into a small war are momentous. The intentions of those seeking to break the chains of slavery that has enslaved the 99% as you read about are such that their agenda is known. What is unknown is how we in these corridors of change are slowly undoing their bidding. You wonder how we can do that; it is by offering a greater degree of freedom to take the higher path. THE PRIVATE EXCHANGES ARE MADE UP OF GROUPS WITH DINAR THAT PLACED THEM INTO ONE OF A HALF DOZEN SPECIAL PROGRAMS THAT WERE CREATED FOR THIS PURPOSE A COUPLE OF YEARS AGO. THESE WERE DONE, AND THE FUNDS ARE STILL IN ESCROW WAITING TO BE RELEASED. THE OTHER PRIVATE EXCHANGES ARE THE CONTRACTS FOR EXCHANGES BASED OUT OF RENO. THE PUBLIC EXCHANGES ARE THE ONES THAT THE PUBLIC WILL BE PART OF WHEN THE OFFICIAL PUBLIC RV IS ANNOUNCED.
Many are in a large GROUP that is said to be connected to the lead bank exchanging the Dinar. However, when it is reported that “groups are exchanging” some tend to think it may be the actual group they are in.

Over the past couple days, the media's coverage of Donald Trump's call for an end to birthright citizenship has ignored the fact that he is not alone in his position. GOP Presidential Hopefuls, including Sen. Rand Paul, Sen. Lindsay Graham, and Rick Santorum, have all previously called for an end to birthright citizenship.
UPDATE: Several candidates have declared their position on the issue after Trump's announcement brought it to the forefront.
Gov. Scott Walker and Gov. Bobby Jindal have come out against birthright citizenship.
Senator Marco Rubio said today that he supports birthright citizenship.
Under current federal law, nearly all children born in the U.S. receive automatic citizenship, regardless of their parents immigration status. According to the Center for Immigration Studies, 350,000 to 400,000 children are born to illegal alien parents in the U.S. each year. These children become anchors who keep their illegally present parents from leaving the U.S. and going back home. Pres. Obama proved this in 2014 with his DAPA executive action that offered work permits and legal residency to millions of illegal aliens because they had children who are U.S. citizens based on birthright citizenship.

Now then, there is a flurry of covert and overt activity around efforts to stabilize the global economy and weed out corruption in financial institutions; bring forth truths to expose long-time deceptions; stop funding to the Islam State and for the Illuminati’s “black ops” events; and curtail industrial pollution and other environmental destruction. This growing spirit of international cooperation is a notable milestone in the transformation of your world; and while it is so that efforts toward reforms will meet pockets of stubborn resistance along the way until all areas of conflict reach peaceful resolution, nothing can deter the light’s powerful momentum or the expanding consciousness of Earth humankind.
To readers who asked if, in an “imminent cosmic wave,” enlightened persons will ascend bodily, we say “No,” and people with dark proclivity will not die en masse.
As for the events cited as “coming in September,” Earth’s energy field of potential does indicate an active period, but it doesn’t include a meteor or any other large celestial body striking the planet with catastrophic results or nuclear World War III starting in the Mideast—neither of those will happen in September or ever! And, if there is economic upheaval in the United States, it would not be a “false flag” so the government can declare martial law and make mass arrests. That this bankrupt country has been kept afloat by the Illuminati’s self-serving Federal Reserve System for the past several years eventually has to surface and stop, and procedures are in place to minimize financial inconvenience to the citizenry.
We see nothing at all “suspicious about Pope Francis’ choice of arrival date in the United States,” and absolutely he acts from purity of heart. Speculation that he secretly is working with the Illuminati is malicious disinformation, very likely disseminated by them to blur the truth that he is uprooting their centuries of entrenchment in the Vatican.
According to our colleagues in Nirvana, the over-angel of lion souls was with Cecil to ease his suffering during the hours he was wounded, and after he transitioned he learned of the outpouring of anger about his death. No, he didn’t have a karmic agreement with Walter Palmer; however, “trophy hunters” do incur karmic lessons and the manner of Cecil’s death greatly raised awareness of the collective responsibility to protect and respect all of Earth’s animal life. That sad incident also intensified the spotlight on the very same responsibility regarding the lives of all Earth’s humankind.
Many of you have requested our comments about political situations in your native countries. Speaking globally, governments have controlled most aspects of life in your world; therefore, they are the areas where the most profound changes must come, and we can see from our vantage point that those are on the way. But sweeping clean national governments and tyrannical regimes is not easy or quick, and the turmoil you are seeing—if we may twist your phrase—is the storm before the calm. As for our “perspective” of the political scene in the United States, as revelations emerge between now and election day, you shall see why all the media chatter about which of the many candidates will become president is such a pitiful waste of energy.
Numerous questions and comments about the soul show the need for clarity about a topic that is much more important than politics for you to understand. We are happy to offer this, and the following comment from a reader is a good place to start: “Learning karmic lessons in one lifetime after another doesn’t make being an ‘eternal soul’ the least bit appealing.” We assure you, being an eternal soul is not an endless series of up-and-down karmic experiences! You advance to a level of spiritual and conscious awareness wherein karma no longer is needed, and, as the multidimensional beings you are, you will continue evolving and remembering your Beginnings in the pure love-light of Creator. When you attain remembrance in fullness, and that is the goal of every soul, you will return to Creator. Until then—and the time differs as much as each soul differs from every other—you will have wondrous lifetimes as progressively higher souls in worlds where joy, love and beauty are beyond your imagining.
“The various nonreligious references to God are confusing. Is God a Supreme Being Soul, Prime Creator, Creator Source or Highest Angel?” God is a soul—every life form everywhere is a soul—and, as the Supreme Being of this universe, He is the source of all life within this universe, but He is not Creator Source or Prime Creator. Those are other designations for Creator/Creation, the energy source and the being-ness of everything that exists throughout the cosmos. Only for ease of speaking do we say simply Creator.
Nor is God of the angelic realm, but He is one of their manifestations—the first souls with life form potential. They were the androgynous gods and goddesses, who had the option to remain as pure light or take on a form; of those who chose to be light, Creator selected some to co-create the universes and rule over them. You call the god chosen by Creator to co-create this universe and be its Supreme Being by different names, including God. Eventually, some of the gods and goddesses who wanted to embody lived for a time on Earth; they could manifest whatever physical appearance they wished, which is why some figures with quite unusual features are in drawings and artifacts of ancient civilizations.
“I don’t understand how souls living in a spirit world can create new people or personages. Is it because they have different ‘ingredients’ in their soul makeup than people and personages do?” We understand that the terms soul, personage and person, which are used interchangeably, can muddy the waters, so to say. Although we tend to say personage when speaking about a soul manifesting a being and personduring that being’s physical lifetime, the two words mean the same: an individual’s thoughts, feelings, self-image, characteristics, behavior, talents, skills, ideas, dreams, beliefs, achievements, failures, relationships and all other experiences throughout the lifetime. Soul is who you are—an independent, unique, divine being and inseparable part of the Supreme Being of this universe and of Creator/Creation. You are not a person who has a soul, you are a soul having personal experiences in a body.
Whether in a spirit or a physical world, souls’ makeup is identical—Creator’s love-light energy. However, you could say that the soul’s makeup has “ingredients” with reference to the innate qualities it imparts to its personage: conscience; inspiration; instinct; unlimited capacity to love; spiritual strength; manifesting ability; and sense of honor, radiant goodness and interconnectedness with God and Nature. Where the person and the soul may differ considerably is whether the person chooses to act upon those qualities or ignore them—or, how it uses Creator’s gift of free will.
Let us use Nirvana’s higher layer as an example of how souls in a spirit world use Creator’s energy to produce what they desire. One person can manifest localized weather, clothing, furniture and flowers, for instance; producing more complex objects like homes, museums, cars and boats requires more participants—some visualize parts of the interior in tandem with those who visualize exterior parts.
When a soul desires experiences that can happen only in a physical world, that soul manifests a being using Creator’s energy—the makeup of the new soul—and endows this new being—person or personage—with the aforementioned innate qualities along with all the attributes that will enable the kind of life the manifester soul has chosen. This includes a pre-birth agreement with the two souls who will become the parents and provide the manifester’s choices such as genetic and cultural heritage, geographic location and economic status; and with all other souls who will share the person’s lifetime.
“Matthew has said, the aim of the dark forces is to capture SOULS. What happens to the many ‘good’ people who may have been grappling with ‘possession’ by these dark energies for years and become so debilitated, they give up the struggle? Is that a ‘win’ for the dark forces? What happens to that person’s soul?” The soul is liberated when the body dies and the person’s etheric body and lifetime memories enter Nirvana, where his or her tormented psyche and debilitated etheric body are given customized care and constant attention throughout the healing process.
As mentioned in previous messages, every soul remains its inviolate, independent self even as it is a part of its cumulative soul. There is another kind of relationship, too. Every “new” soul becomes part of the lineage of an initiator soul called the “root soul,” and since root souls’ lifetimes may affect all of their progeny, they are the souls the dark forces want to capture.
Root souls, like all other souls, are energy, thus indestructible; however, except for the spark that is their life force, their light can be extinguished gradually through multiple lifetimes of negative choices outside soul contracts, thus the term “dark souls.” The laws of this universe draw them to the densest part of a spirit world, where a tiny ray of light is constantly beamed to them—no more than a pinpoint, because dark souls fear the light. When they receive it, a bit more light is made available, and this continues until they have absorbed enough light to incarnate in a primitive form as the first step back up the evolutionary ladder.
If, after eons of linear time, a dark soul still refuses to accept the pinpoint of light, it becomes a “lost soul” and its energy is reabsorbed by Creator, the source of its life force. When this happens to a root soul, the life force of all souls in its lineage wherever they are in the universe is cut off. You could liken this to a central power station that suddenly fails to function and no longer can transmit power to any of its innumerable facilities. The rare instances when that has occurred are what the dark forces consider “capturing” souls, but why they think this stretches understanding because none of those souls is in the clutches of darkness. The root soul and all of its progeny are within the essence of Creator, where they are oblivious to ever having existed independently, but the memory field of each soul is stored intact energetically.
Extraordinary happenings during this unprecedented time in the universe include the highest universal council’s granting of dispensation petitions submitted on behalf of lost and nearly lost souls. Angels and soulmates volunteered to assist those souls quickly gain enough intelligence and reasoning ability to understand the depths of darkness into which they had fallen and make enlightened choices henceforth, and this soul-saving mission includes restoring memory fields to all lineage of the “lost” root souls.
“What is the relationship between the soul and the mind? Is intelligence part of the soul or the body?” The capacity to know everything that exists throughout all of creation is within the soul. When the soul taps into this repository of All Consciousness, it reports what it “sees” to the brain, which is a personal computer that processes data for the mind to assimilate and “tell” the person what the soul wants it to know—those messages may come as images, words, sensations or a combination of impressions. Intelligence, the brain’s ability to learn and the mind’s ability to comprehend and appropriately apply information, is in accordance with what the soul wants to experience during the physical lifetime.
“Is it true that every soul has its own frequency?” Yes. It is a soul’s unique frequency “signature” that enables each to be tracked wherever it is in this universe, the soul transition team and people in a spirit world to know when a person dear to them is entering spirit life, and families and pets to be reunited. Reunions can take place anywhere in this universe where the energy is compatible with the souls’ energy—your concept of distance doesn’t exist in the continuum.
“Do you know when our civilization will be able to live for several hundred years like souls in more evolved civilizations?” No, we don’t, but we can say that it comes individually, not to an entire population in one fell swoop. People in more evolved civilizations can live for a thousand of your years or even millions because their DNA isn’t programmed for aging or disease. But the rhythmic contraction and expansion of the universe is inextricably connected with evolution, and at some point a soul masters all learning offered in a particular environment.
When a soul reaches that point, it may dematerialize its body and manifest one that fits into its choice of new civilization, or it may want to spend time in a spirit world before joining a civilization that offers grander learning experiences. And some souls—like many of you!—volunteer to briefly “backtrack,” in a manner of speaking, to assist a fledgling civilization or one that is enshrouded in darkness, and a lifetime of that kind of benevolence is a leap forward in evolution.

Selamat Matah! (“Peace Be With You!”) Much is happening on your surface world. Movement is now afoot to utterly change how your reality operates. At present those who wish to implement such change are in the process of a set of final negotiations to determine how the order for these transformations are to manifest. All of this is dependent on just how our allies are to produce what they have so far agreed to. This critical first step requires us to finish our meetings with those who are this world’s secret sacred societies. At present, the first part of these joint plans is nearly complete. The next step is to begin a massive repositioning of their immense forces and of those who can start the massive delivery operation. Hence, the beginnings of these delivery operations are in an initial stage. The cabal remains in disarray and barely able to oppose these plans. Dark ones realize that a massive arrest procedure is about 10 days away. When these arrests begin in earnest it becomes time to truly deliver the immense amount of funds that you deserve. The Agarthans are presently working with our delivery system operators to ensure that all works as planned.
In our last report, we explained some of your ancient history. The most important part of this report is the time when the Anunnaki came to the fore. You were taught untruths that were later used by their minions to keep you docile, under control and in full belief of their manipulated origin stories. These falsities are now unraveling as the Anunnaki’s minions start to lose full control of this reality. Nevertheless, a certain degree of secrecy is still required to insure that these deliveries go as planned. Once these operations have gone far enough to declare NESARA, then these precautions are to become unnecessary. Until then, the cabal possesses a limited degree of power, which needs at some point to be honored. It is this limited power and many associated tricks, which have somewhat, delayed these necessary actions to arrest them and to provide you with the means to receive your blessings. We must ask your forgiveness for these delays that have so frustrated and upset each of you! We are in the process of countering these past disasters and giving you your much needed blessings!
This complex process is initially to take somewhat longer than you might expect. Nevertheless, be prepared to see what you have been waiting for to at last commence. It is not easy to prepare this world for the vast transformation it needs. You have spent lifetimes being adjusted to a reality that was really one in which your inner powers and abilities were discounted by the minions and their former masters, the Anunnaki. Now, it is essential that you quickly accept one where what was long discounted is now being readily accepted by a new reality. This process is to be accelerated by the lessons to be offered by the Ascended Masters. Yet, this is only a start toward seeing this world in a very new way. The mushrooming electronic age of the past decade is aiding this process by opening up new vistas for global interpersonal communications. This vastly speeds up how news around you is rapidly disseminated. Think how fast this is to be when you can freely use your telepathic abilities to spread vital information across this globe.
Next, imagine how this is to be when we arrive. Our mission is to prepare you quickly for your return to full consciousness. Inside your vast human genome is a series of key sequences that were altered by the Atlanteans long ago. These are to be unblocked by your crystal chamber. Before this, a special mentor is to address the epi-genetics that were introduced to each of you over the millennia as either by group or individual alteration. Each mentor is to address this, which is in reality a psychological phenomenon. Thus, you are looking at your change from two angles. First there is an emotional set of events to be looked at and a series of changes to take place while in the crystal chamber. Hence, your mentor and you are to tackle head on what have been your experiences in this lifetime as well as a glimpse at what happened in your family’s past lives. While this is to be somewhat traumatic, it is to be a good first start on what your time in limited consciousness is really about. With this, you can begin to better understand why Heaven permitted the Anunnaki to temporarily manipulate you.

These sets of grand events are now beginning to manifest as a new banking world and reset currencies come upon the scene. A few centuries ago, we Masters decided to transform how the Anunnaki’s minions collected and used their most impressive wealth. Have you noticed, the Social Security check is now (or soon will be)
referred to as a *"Federal Benefit Payment*"?
I'll be part of the one percent to forward this. I am forwarding it
because it touches a nerve in me, and I hope it will in you.
Please keep passing it on until everyone in our country has read it.
The government is now referring to our Social Security checks as a *"Federal
Benefit Payment ". *This isn't a benefit. It is our money paid out of
our earned income! Not only did we all contribute to Social Security but
our employers did too. It totaled 15% of our income before taxes .
If you averaged $30K per year over your working life, that's close to
$180,000 Invested in Social Security.
If you calculate the future value of your monthly investment in social
security( $375/month, including both you and your employers contributions)
at a meager 1% Interest rate compounded monthly, after 40 years of
working you'd have more than $1.3+ million dollars saved!
This is your personal investment. Upon retirement, if you took out only 3%
per year, you'd receive $39,318 per year, or $3,277 per month.
That's almost three times more than today's average Social Security benefit
of $1,230 per month, according to the Social Security Administration.
(Google it – it’s a fact).
And your retirement fund would last more than 33 years (until you're 98 if
you retire at age 65)! I can only imagine how much better most
average-income people could live in retirement if our government had just
invested our money in low-risk interest-earning accounts.
Instead, the folks in Washington pulled off a bigger *Ponzi scheme* than
Bernie Madoff ever did.
They took our money and used it elsewhere. They forgot (oh yes, they knew)
that it was OUR money they were taking. They didn't have a referendum to
ask us if we wanted to lend the money to them. And they didn't pay
interest on the debt they assumed. And recently they've told us that the
money won't support us for very much longer. (Isn't it funny that they
NEVER say this about welfare payments?)
But is it our fault they misused our investments? And now, to add insult
to injury, they're calling it a *benefit*, as if we never worked to earn
every penny of it.
Just because they borrowed the money doesn't mean that our investments were
a charity!
Let's take a stand. We have earned our right to Social Security and
Medicare. Demand that our legislators bring some sense into our government.
Find a way to keep Social Security and Medicare going for the sake of that
92% of our population who need it.
*Then call it what it is: *Our Earned Retirement Income*. *
Slow and steady replaces wide fluctuations.
Another step toward harmony.
At the end of August, we began another phase in the landing sequences that will continue through October 2015 (More about landing sequences at AlunaJoy.com). This has come with a few new and odd biological symptoms.
The one symptom that got my attention the most was the fact that some things that I was hearing out of my ears sounded like it was coming from the opposite direction than where the sound was actually created. We have to pay close attention to catch this. It is subtle. I asked about this, and the Star Elders reminded me of the eLders. The original eLders could dimensionally shift by using a ninety degree turn in consciousness. This is done with total, absolute, pure focus and without trying, and by letting completely go. Thus the letter L, which is a ninety degree angle. Over time, this knowledge became lost or hidden and is where the term elder came from. They furthered explained that we (a large portion of humanity) are starting to make this internal turn within our biological space suit! Our ears might hear the dimension that we are leaving; thus, that is why what we hear on one side of us might actually be coming from the opposite side. I am guessing that this will continue until we begin to hear the other dimensions. This might get a little weird.
As we begin our turn, we will begin to leave our old dimension (toxic to our new frequencies), and we might feel this especially in our feet as we free ourselves from where we are grounded to where we are going. In the beginning, we might feel our feet feel clammy, toxic, gross, dirty etc.... We will be doing waves of detoxing, and most of this will be out of the bottom of our feet. If you have this symptom, soak your feet in a tub with Dead Sea salt and bentonite clay, and add a few drops of peppermint oil. Soak often, as I expect it will ease any other detox symptoms that you might be having. It should help.
Our sinuses, especially star children's sinuses, and their inner ears, are super sensitive to dimensional shifts. Nasal rinses, with a bit of sea salt and a drop or two of Turmeric tincture, can go a long way to helping any inflammation.
Being tired (and I know you are tired of this one) is still here and coming in micro waves. Be kind to yourself. Work when you can. Rest when you can. Listen to the new rhythms emerging.
We might experience waves of short lived waves of anxiety as the body adjusts to new energies bit by bit. This will be easier than it has been in the past.
We might also feel flip-flopping emotions. This can also trigger some mild depression as we are STILL having trouble with decisions and knowing what to do next. But this also is getting easier than in the past, and now some forward movement is beginning to happen. Hallelujah!!!
In the last cycle of time (26,000 years and pre-2012 - now our history), we were in a cycle that offered us big life events: wide fluctuations of experience divided by wide lulls of time in between to integrate. We are talking about things like world wars, world famine, the Black Plague, the great depression, celebrations of marriages, ceremonies of passings, graduations, all the way up to things like the shift of the ages of 2012, the harmonic convergence, galactic portals, and even the recent 8.8.8 lions gate. BUT in the higher frequencies, there are no BIG events to label or title and prepare for; though, I expect that we will continue to try and do so for awhile. This is the beginning of anchoring a new divine harmony and letting go of an old outdated duality in this new cycle. We are like the frog in the frying pan, and the heat is being turned up really slow. If we don't take notice in each moment, we are going to miss it.
Dimensional shifts and doorways are super subtle and not pre-destined in any way, at least not in the way that we are aware of right now. They are so subtle that we might not even know that we have entered a new space until we have slipped back out again. We are in a HUGE 26,000 year cycle of micro portals, moment to moment experiences, shifts and realignments. And our most awakening experiences are not tied or hooked to the usual things any more, like numerology, astrology, etc.... And this is why we are having such a challenging time finding our place, and understanding what we are feeling and wanting to do next. We want to be able to predict the future, and right now we can't. This new cycle is proving to be a slow burn; each moment counts. Don't waste your life waiting for the next big event. We are here now, and things are changing right before our eyes.
All in all, this phase will be a bit easier than it has been since January of 2013! If we have learned anything since January 2013 to now, it is that this new 26,000 year cycle is showing us that big shifts are becoming less effective, and that slow and steady transition is what is driving us now. Hang in there. It has been a big transition, but we are arriving. Have patience and focus, and take each day a step at a time. Always remember to follow your heart, as it is the only place where you will find truth durning this process.

You Can Love Without Liking and Discern Without Judgment

My dear friends, we love you so very much,
Last week we talked about finding the love in all things and all beings. We know this isn't easy, because this is not the way humanity is programmed. We say "programmed" because we know that your true nature is to see the light within every soul and every situation, but it is your cultural conditioning that teaches you to protect yourself and to survive.
This is understandable, and at times, humanly necessary. Children who are too trusting could easily find themselves in trouble, and yet dear ones, as adults you can discern without judgment, love without liking, and choose to focus on the light within an individual even if you choose to walk away. You will live a far happier and more powerful life if you strive to do so.
There is great confusion between judgment and discernment. We have said this before, but "Judgment says 'No right to be.' Discernment says, 'Not right for me.'" So when someone is acting in a way that you do not agree with, by all means we say, discern! Decide who and what belongs in your life. Get away from the offensive individual as soon as you can, or if you can't get away, at least make a decision to stay in your own positive energy rather than succumbing to the ill-behaved individual's desire for company in their misery. Ignore them, send light, work to remember that even within this wounded or unconscious soul there is a spark of divinity.
Likewise, there is a great deal of confusion between "love" and "like" on your planet. Love, in the heavens, simply means recognizing the divine spark within another. Like means having warm feelings towards another. You can love the soul without ever having to like the personality or the behaviors. Love the light within them, no matter how dim or hidden. Choose to believe in its presence. And yet you do not have to feel warmly about an individual. You do not have to want to be around them. You do not have to agree, accept, or even have anything to do with someone you don't like, but please dear ones, don't hate. Love the light within them, because no matter how awkwardly it is trying to emerge, it is the same light within you. As you focus on that light, sometimes you can actually, energetically, fan the flames of their soul.
So when we say find the love, we are not asking you to feel warm about everyone, nor to have everyone in your life. We are not asking you to put up with behaviors that do not resonate with your joy. We are not asking you to stay in situations that hurt or are uncomfortable to your spirit. We are simply suggesting that you will feel better, more powerful, and more in integrity with your own spirit if you can say, "Well no matter what anyone is doing, there is light in their soul trying to emerge, and I can love that light." Dear ones, then you will begin to see humanity as the angels do.

Welcome, we the Arcturians are here for section two of Accepting the Higher Light. As you accept the higher Light it goes into your consciousness, your aura, your body and your cells to discover any remaining darkness, so that it can be healed.
This “darkness” is “blocks” within you that are afraid to change, afraid to transmute. Once you are aware of these blockages that have not yet been released, you can participate in your own clearing. Once you remember how to clear yourself, you can assist others with their clearing. The higher light arrives from the dimensions beyond time. Hence, it moves into your present, past, and alternate realities.
Once you remember how to allow the light to enter your earth vessel in this manner, you can assist others to do the same. You will also remember how you can assist Gaia by grounding this multidimensional light into the core of Her Being. In this way, you will merge your personal form with Gaia’s planetary form.
Then, your personal, and Gaia’s planetary elementals of Earth, Air, Fire and Water will share the higher frequency light with all life. Because this higher frequency light is continually finding, and clearing blockages, you can more easily transmute your self and your reality. With the blockages discovered and released, your daily consciousness expands into higher brainwaves.
With these higher brainwaves, states of consciousness, your perceptions of reality begin to include higher frequencies of reality. As you adapt to the transmutations of your vessel, you learn/remember how to find that which is wounded, distorted or out of sync. With this expanded perception you will be able to identify, unconditionally love and transmute your reality with the Violet Fire.
Whatever you have transmuted within your physical or planetary body is then set free into Gaia’s reality to assist in raising Gaia’s resonate frequency. Gradually, there is more and more higher frequency light and less and less third dimensional light.
Do you understand now how important you, our human representatives, are? We remind you to be sure to release whatever you have transmuted. In this manner, that which has been transmuted is free to contribute their experience of transmutation with all life.
Remember in the fifth dimensional reality that you are assisting to create, every person, place, situation, and thing will come into its own awareness of where and to what they wish to resonate. Eventually, all these expanded resonances of SELF will join in unity consciousness with all life within the fifth dimensional resonance of Gaia.
You see dear ones, you are moving from the resonance of the third/fourth dimension into the fourth/fifth dimensional resonance, in order to merge with the NOW of the fifth dimension, and beyond, resonance of life. As soon as you become aware that you completed that shift into that next dimensional zone of Gaia, you will naturally flow into unity with all life within that dimensional zone.
As you begin, and continue, your process of “return to SELF,” the higher Light precedes you to direct your ever-expanding consciousness/perception. As you continue your journey, everything that you need to know flows to the surface of your consciousness.
What was once a boundary between your inner self and the outer world becomes a magnet that attaches you to the frequency of light that is dominant within your consciousness, your thoughts, your emotions, and your intentions.
As you preview all that you have created with your higher resonance, your first intention is to unite with other people, life-forms, places and situations that are calling to you for assistance. Via your own inner higher light, you are connected to myriad persons, places, and dimensions.
Therefore, you are well informed. Thus, when you send your inner, higher light into the lower frequencies of reality you share all of your experiences of transmuting reality via unconditional Love and the Violet Fire. In this manner, you set into motion a situation in which you become the teacher of what you have learned/remembered.
We say “learned/remembered” because you have learned to remember your own higher dimensional expressions of SELF. You have also remembered how to bring the higher Light into your consciousness and run it through your physical form.
You also have remembered to share this light with all third dimensional life. Hence, as you breathe out into your transmuting world, your multidimensional breath is shared and can enter other third-dimensional expressions of reality to assist them to transmute as well.
The more and more you allow this higher light to enter into your body, the deeper, and deeper it can travel. The deeper the light can move into your form, the more old karmic pathways of parallel and alternate incarnations on Earth can be transmuted. In this manner, you are shifting myriad versions of your third dimensional self within the NOW.
In this way the injuries that you have taken on throughout your myriad embodiments in a third-dimensional vessel can be healed from within. Fortunately the antidote to the lies you have been told, the mistakes that you have made and the hardships you have endured is that you KNOW that you can refuse to participate in any version of reality by letting GO of that which you have determined to be a completed experience.
As you begin to take control of your own reality in this manner, you realize that you have the ability to transmute and release any experiences that YOU deem as complete. You also remember that the antidote to any fear and/or pain that re-emerges is to send Unconditional Love and Violet Fire to yourself.
This gift of unconditional love for yourself allows you to peacefully move through the overall experience of flowing through the time zone in which you are presently incarnated. The Unconditional Love and Violet Fire, which has become a constant component of your consciousness, will guide you to align yourself with the higher frequency energy fields that are increasingly flowing through your present reality.
You are NOW moving through, traveling around, touching, caressing, floating above the lower frequencies of light/reality, which has been all that you have known until this NOW. Therefore, you are being called upon to adapt to a novel experience of 3D reality.
As you move through your increasingly, expanding reality you will learn to discern between the different frequencies of Light. With your new multidimensional discernment, you will be able to slowly, or quickly, adapt your consciousness to choose the higher dimensional perceptions.
Bit-by-bit and moment-to-moment, your perceptions will align with the frequency of reality to which your higher consciousness has adapted. You are similar to deep-sea divers who must slowly return to the surface so that their body can adapt to their return to the surface in which the “light meets the water.”
NOW, just as you might go into the water and feel the flow of colder water and flows of warmer water, you will learn to recognize the denser flow of lower dimensional realities and the lighter flow of higher dimensional realities.
As you move through this ever-changing version of dear Gaia’s planet, you will hone your ability to recognize and fall-into the higher dimensional flows of ascending Earth. You are able to do so because YOU are adapting to your expanded perceptions.
The more you adapt to your higher frequency choices of perception, the more your consciousness will align with that which you are now adapting to. As your consciousness aligns with the higher frequency waves of light/reality, you higher frequency perceptions come online in your daily life.
Gradually, the worries and woes of the third dimensional resonance, which you are now moving beyond, become distant memories of a life you once lived. You are increasingly adapting to the “feel” of a higher resonance of reality. Hence, you can more easily discern the difference between third, fourth and fifth-dimensional energy fields.
As you enhance this discernment, you will increasingly choose to flow INTO that which is filled with unconditional love. You will also remember to transmute the denser versions of reality that you are releasing. You will also discover that you can no longer tolerate the energy fields, which resonate to frequency of confusion, separation, or fear.
Even though the higher frequency energy fields might be disconcerting at first, you will swiftly learn that if you remain in that resonance you will soon adapt. As you choose to remain in the energy field of unconditional love, your consciousness will increasingly expand to the resonance in which you will begin to remember.
Gradually, you will lovingly remember the reality of your Higher SELF in which the fifth dimensional state of consciousness is normal. As you float in to and out of these higher dimensional energy fields, your consciousness will gradually adapt to the higher dimensions of reality.
With this adaptation, you will progressively release your link to the lower dimensions of reality. Eventually, you will be able to stay longer and longer in the fifth-dimensional energy field. As you adapt to the fifth dimensional energy field, you will begin to clearly to perceive the myriad third-dimensional illusions.
With the release of these illusions, you will know that you are the creator of your personal reality and that you chose to enter into the resonance of third dimensional illusion. You will realize that it is the NOW for you to take full responsibility for the life that YOU have created with your every thought and your every emotion.
When you take that responsibility for your choices, it so expands your consciousness that you begin to think in a planetary manner. As you move into Planetary Consciousness, you increasingly realize that with your every inhale, you breathe in your fifth dimensional consciousness; and with every exhale you share your fifth dimensional consciousness with Gaia.
This form of inter-dimensional breathing so expands your perceptions that you can clearly recognize when you are being called up to transmute Gaia with your gift of Unconditional Love and Violet Fire.
As you answer this call, your perceptions expand even further to perceive how your ongoing transmutation expands into:
* the atmosphere,
* the ground,
* the water,
* and into all of the elementals.
You can also perceive the elementals joyfully transporting your gift to persons, animals, plants, locations and/or situations.
Even though you once felt you were alone, you are NOW intermingling and intertwining with ALL life. You are increasingly releasing old 3D human beliefs of good - bad, better - worse and yours - mine and moving into the 5D planetary belief of:
“We humans are members of this beautiful being known as Gaia.”
Now that we have explained how you are the creator of your reality, we want you to remind you that YOUR Multidimensional SELF flows all the way from Source, down through the Oversoul, and into the myriad versions of your sixth, fifth, fourth and third dimensional expressions to align the energy field of your SELF with the version the YOU who has fully awakened.
Through this “string of pearls” you are able to expand your perceptions up into higher and higher frequencies of yourself, while you simultaneously plant that string of pearls into the core of Gaia. In this manner, YOU become the very nature of your planetary SELF—Gaia.
As you expand your consciousness from being a person into being a planet, you realize that you are not just creating or changing, you are returning. You KNOW that you are returning because you can remember who YOU really are.
You can remember that you have had myriad incarnations on Gaia, and you are now ready to gather them all into the NOW and return ALL your expressions to the fifth dimension and beyond. We wish to remind all of you that we the Arcturians are with you throughout this entire process.
You may not recognize us because we are formless energy fields that encircle, move through, and resonate to myriad frequencies of reality. Therefore, you will recognize us in the same manner as you recognize your own Multidimensional SELF in your own multi-dimensional realities and worlds.
In other words, as you know more of yourself, you will know more of us. And, as you know more of us you, will know more of yourself. Remember that we, all of us, live as ONE within the NOW.
We see that in your NOW, many of you are getting ready to release and let go of all your third-dimensional belief systems. These third dimensional belief systems are remedial like your first grade “learning to read” books. These 3D belief systems are based on polarity, gender, separation, sequence, time, competition, and death.
Just as all of the third-dimensional experiences of your reality are being recalibrated, every dimension of your great, multi-dimensional life force is being downloaded into your third-dimensional clay vessel.
With this major download of your Multidimensional SELF, the members of you who were once primitive, individualized and disillusioned and efficiently merge with the members of YOU who are infinitely collective, united and enlightened.
You all chose to enter into this great adventure of planetary ascension because you knew that this huge challenge would be very beneficial for the expansion of your entire SELF.
When you ask: “When will these events occur?”
We say, “NOW! NOW is real and time is a third dimensional illusion.”
Please remember that a question about “when” is bound by third dimensional “time.” We ask NOW that you release that third dimensional construct and move into fifth dimensional truth. YOU are already ascended.
You are already a fifth dimensional being.
However, your third dimensional thinking told you that you are one individual who must work very hard to be good enough to ascend.
In fact, ascension is a third dimensional construct in which YOU are separated from the YOU in the higher dimensions of reality.
As you let go of time and third-dimensional thoughts of limitation,
you will flow into the Now of the fifth-dimension YOU in which you know that:
YOU are the creator of your life,
and YOU are All as ONE collective being
WHO is creating Gaia’s Ascension.

You Can Love Without Liking and Discern Without Judgment
Message from the Angels with Ann Albers
My dear friends, we love you so very much,
Last week we talked about finding the love in all things and all beings. We know this isn't easy, because this is not the way humanity is programmed. We say "programmed" because we know that your true nature is to see the light within every soul and every situation, but it is your cultural conditioning that teaches you to protect yourself and to survive.
This is understandable, and at times, humanly necessary. Children who are too trusting could easily find themselves in trouble, and yet dear ones, as adults you can discern without judgment, love without liking, and choose to focus on the light within an individual even if you choose to walk away. You will live a far happier and more powerful life if you strive to do so.
There is great confusion between judgment and discernment. We have said this before, but "Judgment says 'No right to be.' Discernment says, 'Not right for me.'" So when someone is acting in a way that you do not agree with, by all means we say, discern! Decide who and what belongs in your life. Get away from the offensive individual as soon as you can, or if you can't get away, at least make a decision to stay in your own positive energy rather than succumbing to the ill-behaved individual's desire for company in their misery. Ignore them, send light, work to remember that even within this wounded or unconscious soul there is a spark of divinity.
Likewise, there is a great deal of confusion between "love" and "like" on your planet. Love, in the heavens, simply means recognizing the divine spark within another. Like means having warm feelings towards another. You can love the soul without ever having to like the personality or the behaviors. Love the light within them, no matter how dim or hidden. Choose to believe in its presence. And yet you do not have to feel warmly about an individual. You do not have to want to be around them. You do not have to agree, accept, or even have anything to do with someone you don't like, but please dear ones, don't hate. Love the light within them, because no matter how awkwardly it is trying to emerge, it is the same light within you. As you focus on that light, sometimes you can actually, energetically, fan the flames of their soul.
So when we say find the love, we are not asking you to feel warm about everyone, nor to have everyone in your life. We are not asking you to put up with behaviors that do not resonate with your joy. We are not asking you to stay in situations that hurt or are uncomfortable to your spirit. We are simply suggesting that you will feel better, more powerful, and more in integrity with your own spirit if you can say, "Well no matter what anyone is doing, there is light in their soul trying to emerge, and I can love that light." Dear ones, then you will begin to see humanity as the angels do.

For those that want to cut down on refined sugar, there are natural alternatives that have health benefits
HONEY
Produced by bees using the nectar of flowers, honey is one of the most popular natural
sweeteners, and has been used this way for centuries. Opt for raw honey which is lauded
for its multiple health benefits including iron, zinc, potassium, calcium, vitamin B6,
riboflavin and niacin, while also promoting the growth of healthy bacteria in the digestive
tract.
Manuka honey, although it tends to be slightly more pricey, is championed for its
anti-bacterial properties and ability to help heal infection. According to LiveStrong,
honey, particularly dark unpasteurised varieties such as buckwheat,has higher traces
of nutrients and antioxidants.
Calories: 1 tablespoon -- 22 calories

MAPLE SYRUP
The sap taken from maple trees is heat-treated, causing much of the water to
evaporate, leaving the concentrated sticky syrup. While it is a lot less sweeter than
honey, it retains its taste even in heat, which makes it great for incorporating into
cooking.
The syrup can be used in the same ratio as sugar, and according to research, ensuring
it is in its pure form, contains over 54 antioxidants. Opt for darker varieties, which are
known to contain higher traces of antioxidants.
Calories: 1 tablespoon -- 50 calories
DATE SUGAR
Created from dehydrated, ground dates, it goes through minimal processing and
tastes slightly sweeter than white sugar and therefore less needs to be used.
Crammed with fibre, vitamins, and with energy-boosting qualities, the slightly thicker
consistency makes it great for use in baking. Since it doesn't melt, the brown powder
can't be used as a direct alternative for sugar; so don't think about stirring it into a tea
or coffee.
Calories: 1 tablespoon -- 43 calories
Coconut palm sugar contains several nutrients such as iron, zinc, calcium and potassium
STEVIA
Stevia has been used for over a thousand years in South America and the powdery
sweetener, which tastes just like white sugar, is extracted from a plant. The rise of the
all-natural alternative has been meteoric due to the fact it fact that it is 30 times sweeter
than sugar and so less is required, has no calories, no carbohydrates and does not
raise blood sugar.
Studies have also shown that Stevia is linked to alleviating health problems such as
high blood pressure, and is shown to be an anti-inflammatory effect.

COCONUT PALM SUGAR
The latest coconut by-product to gain popularity, the sugar is made from heat-treating
the sap from the flower buds of the coconut palm tree, until the liquid has evaporated.
It comes in generally all forms, solid and liquid, but its preferred use is often in granule
form, due to similarity to normal table sugar.
According to the Phillipine Department of Agriculture, unlike normal sugar, coconut palm
contains several nutrients including iron, zinc, calcium and potassium. While having a
low glycemic index -- i.e., how quickly foods raise blood sugar levels -- many balk at its
high calorie and fructose content.
Great for use in curries and savoury sauces.
Calories: 1 tablespoon -- 45 calories
Other natural alternatives include brown rice sugar and maple syrup - both of which have different
health benefits
MOLASSES
Also known as black treacle, the thick dark syrup is a by-product created when sugar
cane is processed to create refined sugar. A versatile alternative, molasses can be
used in sweet baking for breads, cakes and biscuits, as well when making savory
food such as chutney and sauces.
According to studies, the dark syrup has shown to provide relief from menstruation
problems, obesity, diabetes and even acne. While regular molasses come from the
first boiling of cane sugar syrup, blackstrap molasses come from the third.
Opt for blackstrap, as a tablespoon, will provide you with 20% of your recommended
daily intake of calcium and 40% of the recommended iron intake.
Calories: 1 tablespoon -- 47 calories
LO HAN KUO (MONKFRUIT)
Also known as monk fruit, lo han kuo can be used as an alternative to sugar whereby
processors extract the sweetener by crushing the fruit and infusing it with hot water.
After being heat-treated, the result is a light-brown powder which is incredibly sweet,
so much less is required.
The sweetener has begun to cause a stir in the last few years due to its zero calorie
content and low gyclemic index -- which means no sugar crash later on. According to Body Ecology, the natural sweetener has antioxidant properties and may help manage
diabetes due to its inhibitory effects on blood sugar levels.
Calories: 0
Manuka Honey is a natural sweetener that is regularly championed due to its anti-bacterial properties
AGAVE NECTAR
Agave nectar is extracted as the plant from which tequila is made and has a pleasant
taste. As it is sweeter than normal sugar, only a small amount is needed.
However, although it has a low gyclemic index -- so it won't boost blood sugar levels
-- it has a high fructose content which is known to have a negative effect on liver function
and can play a part in promoting obesity.
Calories: 1 tablespoon -- 60 calories
FRUIT SUGAR
Crammed with vitamins, minerals and fibre, fruit is a simple alternative to pure refined
sugar and is recommended for consumption 5-times daily anyway. For a sweetener,
fruit sugar looks like table sugar, but is much sweeter.
Although there are the same amount of calories as normal sugar, the fruit variety has
a low gyclemic index and so will not cause blood sugar levels to spike.

Before sugar enters the bloodstream it is separated into glucose, which is found

BARLEY MALT SYRUP
A dark brown, sticky and thick sweetener produced from barley, it is about half as sweet
as normal refine sugar and has a rich, toasted taste. It also comes in a granulated form,
which makes it a good substitute for brown sugar, and is a slow-digesting product.
However, since the sweetener is extracted from barley, people with gluten intolerance
should avoid it.

BROWN RICE SYRUP
Brown rice syrup is made from whole grain rice that has been treated with enzymes,
and has a mild taste similar to light honey. A complex carbohydrate, the syrup tends
to be more satisfying than many sugar alternatives.
However for those considering the syrup as a sweetener, it is important to take into
account that fact that it has a high gyclemic index of 98, compared to 64 in refined
sugar, and also has a high calorie content. As it enters the blood stream quickly, it
is NOT recommended for diabetics.

Since childhood, Sheldan's main Sirian guide, Washta, told him that since ancient times, a joint command, consisting primarily of the Sirian Star-Nation and the Star League of the Pleiades, had observed and indirectly guided the peoples of Mother Earth. Revel in the substance that is Divine Light. It is the Liquid Love from the Creative Force in whom you live, move and have your being. When you allow yourself to awaken to this truth in your heart, the power of Divine Love transmutes all that you have judged as unworthy within you. That is why the Archangels are working in the Earthly realms in such a profound way at this time. You are meant to be a blended being — one who is anchored in the Earth and attuned to the Divine Presence — aligned from Heaven to Earth within your physical body.
The Archangels have come to bring Light from the Source of all Life to the world. We are here to inspire and guide those who will listen and learn to free and be freed. There is no place we are not creating new life and offering it to those who are open to receive. Divine Guidance lives in the Intelligence of this Light. It is only withholding love from yourself that cuts you off from what you most want to receive. When you give love to yourself, you are healed at such a deep level that your heart is illuminated and your receptor channels are activated. This allows you to create new life from Divine Light in this new time awakening on the planet. You can begin now to create the structure you want to live in and the future aspects of yourself you want to become.
When you immerse yourself in Divine Light, new frequencies entrain the field around your body and you have access to the love and intelligence that lives within your heart. There is no power on Earth that can match the Divinity inherent in the Light of God. Reverence for your path is key to conscious immersion in this loving Presence. It is what your heart longs for. It is what your mind is drawn to experience. Your awakening into the Light of Divine Presence allows you to find the freedom to soar above the mundane and yet create in clear practical ways. Without working in multi-dimensional levels you cannot bring Heaven to Earth and receive the gifts your Soul has been longing to bring to life.
This longing of the Soul is under the pain and suffering of so many people. Divine Union is at the basis of all desire. When you commune deeply within your Soul’s longing, the essence of this truth becomes a reality. When people seek partnership, the union of the sacred masculine and feminine is at the heart. When people choose to buy the material things that they believe will make them happy, it is the desire for union within the self they are seeking. You are wanting to fill the empty places within you. Very often the acquiring of a physical object does not satisfy your longing for a substantial length of time.
Coming back to the depth of yourself again and again opens the doorways to your Soul, where the true gifts you long for live within you. There is an awakening to the love that is being provided for you, and your connection to this overflowing fountain of true love is available as a gift. This need to connect to Source of Divine Union within the depth of your being is paramount to creativity and will feed you when you honor it.
All Creation awaits you in this activity as you become pure Divinity walking the Earth and living the fullest radiance of your Soul within a human body. That is how the Light Body is created. From the acceptance of the brilliance of Divine Love awakening in your heart to the breadth of Divine Intelligence expanding through the channels of wisdom available to you, the radiance of this connection becomes full Divine Union.
Whether or not you suspect it, you are being groomed on the physical/emotional level for the Divine Union your Soul longs to experience. Your receptive channels are expanding and opening to the higher frequencies. We are asking you to be a receiver for the Divine Wisdom now available. The true beauty within your alignment with Source energy is transforming your structural integrity to be in harmony with the gifts of your Soul. As you hold more of this divine connection, a melding takes place that allows your cellular structure to radiate new life in crystalline form. This is your true inheritance as a child of God, because your original form was within the crystalline frequencies.
As you hold more Light within your being, all that cannot align with these frequencies drops away and you are free. The freedom that you seek in life is dependent on the power of the connection you feel to All That Is. Immersion in Divine Light allows connection to the Source of all life and brings to you the ultimate satisfaction of remaining free and in alignment with the truth of you moment to moment.
As you look within your deepest Truth, you find yourself on the Path of the Heart. Great strides are possible on this path if you can allow your heart to melt into Love. The Source of All Life requires nothing of you but your total allegiance to being in Unity within yourself. This essence of Divine Union is expanded into multidimensional realms to allow you to partake of the new structures being created in Light.
From that place, all will unfold as you allow yourself to sit in the purity of a field of Divine Love. Accessing this power comes from meeting it with the full force of your agreement to love — no matter what. Within every photon of Light is the creative aspects of Infinite Intelligence and Divine Love. Coming back to the depth of love within yourself again and again opens the doorways to your Soul and your awareness that love is being provided for you now and always.
Your connection to this overflowing Fountain of True Love is a gift. All you need to do is to align your being with the Substance of Divine Light, then open your heart and mind to receive. And so it is.
We Are the Government: Tactics For Taking Down the Police State

“The people have the power, all we have to do is awaken that power in the people. The people are unaware. They’re not educated to realize that they have power. The system is so geared that everyone believes the government will fix everything. We are the government.” --John Lennon
Saddled with a corporate media that marches in lockstep with the government, elected officials who dance to the tune of their corporate benefactors, and a court system that serves to maintain order rather than mete out justice, Americans often feel as if they have no voice, no authority and no recourse when it comes to holding government officials accountable and combating rampant corruption and injustice.
We’re impotent in the face of SWAT teams that break down doors and leave toddlers scarred for life. We’re helpless to prevent police shootings that leave unarmed citizens dead for no other reason than the police officer involved felt “threatened.” We shrug dismissively over the plight of fellow citizens who have their heads cracked, their bodies broken and their rights violated for failing to jump to attention when a police officer issues an order. And we fail to care about the thousands of individuals who have been punished with extreme sentences for nonviolent offenses and are forced to spend their lives as modern-day slaves in bondage to private prisons and the profit-driven corporations they serve.
Make no mistake about it: virtually anything and everything is a crime nowadays (feeding the birds, growing vegetables in your front yard, etc.) to such an extent that if a prosecutor, police officer and judge were so inclined, you could be locked up for any inane reason.
This is tyranny dressed up in the official garb of the police state. It is the self-righteous, heavy-handed arm of the law being used as a decoy to divert your attention to the so-called criminals in your midst (the fisherman who threw back small fish into the ocean, the mother who let her child walk to the playground alone, the pastor holding Bible studies in his backyard) so that you don’t focus on the criminal behavior being perpetrated by the government (bribery, cronyism, electoral fraud, slush funds, graft, pork, theft, and on and on).
In the face of such abject injustice, outright corruption and overt inequality, it’s hard to feel empowered to believe the average citizen can make a difference. It’s hard to persuade anyone to stand against tyranny when all you can promise them as a reward is persecution, prosecution and a one-way trip to the morgue. And when the outcome seems to be a foregone conclusion—the government always wins—it can seem pointless, even foolhardy, to dare to challenge the system. As such, it’s far easier to buy into the political process, even though elections amount to nothing of consequence.
There are also those who subscribe to the notion that an armed revolution is the only thing that will save America. These armed resistors are making themselves easy targets and will be the first to be taken down by militarized police who are trained to kill and armed to the teeth with every kind of weapon imaginable, from grenade launchers and sniper rifles to armored vehicles and Black Hawk helicopters.
So how do you not only push back against the police state’s bureaucracy, corruption and cruelty but also launch a counter-revolution aimed at reclaiming control over the government using nonviolent means?
You start by changing the rules and engaging in some (nonviolent) guerilla tactics.
Employ militant nonviolent resistance and civil disobedience, which Martin Luther King Jr. used to great effect through the use of sit-ins, boycotts and marches.
Take part in grassroots activism, which takes a trickle-up approach to governmental reform by implementing change at the local level (in other words, think nationally, but act locally).
And then, while you’re at it, nullify everything the government does that is illegitimate, egregious or blatantly unconstitutional.
Various cities and states have been using this historic doctrine with mixed results on issues as wide ranging as gun control and healthcare to “claim freedom from federal laws they find onerous or wrongheaded.”
Where nullification can be particularly powerful, however, is in the hands of the juror.
As law professor Ilya Somin explains, jury nullification is the practice by which a jury refuses to convict someone accused of a crime if they believe the “law in question is unjust or the punishment is excessive.”
According to former federal prosecutor Paul Butler, the doctrine of jury nullification is “premised on the idea that ordinary citizens, not government officials, should have the final say as to whether a person should be punished.”
Imagine that: a world where the citizenry -- not the government or its corporate controllers -- actually calls the shots and determines what is just.
In a world of “rampant overcriminalization,” where the average citizen unknowingly breaks three laws a day, jury nullification acts as “a check on runaway authoritarian criminalization and the increasing network of confusing laws that are passed with neither the approval nor oftentimes even the knowledge of the citizenry.”
Indeed, Butler believes so strongly in the power of nullification to balance the scales between the power of the prosecutor and the power of the people that he advises:
If you are ever on a jury in a marijuana case, I recommend that you vote “not guilty” — even if you think the defendant actually smoked pot, or sold it to another consenting adult. As a juror, you have this power under the Bill of Rights; if you exercise it, you become part of a proud tradition of American jurors who helped make our laws fairer.
In other words, it’s “we the people” who can and should be determining what laws are just, what activities are criminal and who can be jailed for what crimes.
Not only should the punishment fit the crime, but the laws of the land should also reflect the concerns of the citizenry as opposed to the profit-driven priorities of Corporate America.
Unfortunately, for thousands of Americans who are serving life sentences for nonviolent crimes as a result of harsh mandatory sentencing laws passed by “tough on crime” politicians, the punishment rarely fits the crime.
As I point out in my book Battlefield America: The War on the American People, with every ill inflicted upon us by the American police state, from overcriminalization and surveillance to militarized police and private prisons, it’s money that drives the police state. And there is a lot of money to be made from criminalizing nonviolent activities and jailing Americans for nonviolent offenses.
This is where the power of jury nullification is so critical: to reject inane laws and extreme sentences and counteract the edicts of a profit-driven governmental elite that sees nothing wrong with jailing someone for a lifetime for a relatively insignificant crime.
Of course, the powers-that-be don’t want the citizenry to know that it has any power at all.
They would prefer that we remain clueless about the government’s many illicit activities, ignorant about our constitutional rights, and powerless to bring about any real change. Indeed, so determined are they to keep us in the dark about the powers vested in “we the people” that the U.S. Supreme Court ruled in 1895 that jurors had no right during trials to be told about nullification.
Moreover, anyone daring to educate a jury about nullification runs the risk of prosecution. Just recently, for example, 56-year-old Mark Iannicelli was charged with seven counts of jury tampering for handing out jury nullification fliers outside a Denver courtroom. Now Iannicelli is not being accused of advocating for or against any case in progress, nor is he charged with targeting any particular members of the jury. Nevertheless, Iannicelli could be sentenced to one to three years in prison because he dared to educate the jurors about an option that no judge or prosecutor ever mentions in court: the right to acquit someone who may be guilty if they also believe that the law is unjust.
Such intimidation tactics proved less successful when used against Julian Heicklen, who was accused of jury tampering for handing out nullifications pamphlets in Manhattan. A federal district court judge found Heicklen not onlyinnocent of the charge of jury tampering, but went so far as to warn that the law—18 U.S.C. § 1504—raises significant First Amendment concerns(“the First Amendment squarely protects speech concerning judicial proceedings and public debate regarding the functioning of the judicial system, so long as that speech does not interfere with the fair and impartial administration of justice”).
Jury nullification has played a significant role in our nation’s history. It was championed early on by John Hancock and John Adams and relied on at various points since then to push back against laws deemed egregious, unjust or simply out of step with the times. Most recently, jury nullification has become a popular tactic to thwart laws that mandate harsh punishments for those convicted of possessing even minimal amounts of marijuana.
For instance, in one case I worked on years ago, a jury refused to convict a 54-year-old man who had been charged with possession of marijuana.Prosecutors claimed that a SWAT team, doing an area-wide land and air sweep, had spotted two marijuana plants growing in the hollow of a dead tree on the man’s 39-acre property. Had the man been found guilty, he would have been sentenced to jail and his 90-year-old mother, blind, deaf and dependent on him for care, would have had to be institutionalized.
In delivering his closing arguments, the prosecutor warned the jury that disagreement with the laws against pot possession and disapproval of police tactics are not valid reasons to nullify a case. Of course, those are exactly the reasons why more Americans should opt for nullification.
In an age in which government officials accused of wrongdoing—police officers, elected officials, etc.—are treated with general leniency, while the average citizen is prosecuted to the full extent of the law, jury nullification is a powerful reminder that, as the Constitution tells us, “we the people” are the government.
For too long we’ve allowed our so-called “representatives” to call the shots. Now it’s time to restore the citizenry to their rightful place in the republic: as the masters, not the servants.
Jury nullification is one way of doing so.
The reality with which we must contend is that justice in America is reserved for those who can afford to buy their way out of jail.
For the rest of us who are dependent on the “fairness” of the system, there exists a multitude of ways in which justice can and does go wrong every day.
Police misconduct. Prosecutorial misconduct. Judicial bias. Inadequate defense. Prosecutors who care more about winning a case than seeking justice. Judges who care more about what is legal than what is just. Jurors who know nothing of the law and are left to deliberate in the dark about life-and-death decisions. And an overwhelming body of laws, statutes and ordinances that render the average American a criminal, no matter how law-abiding they might think themselves.
As I’ve said before, when you go into a courtroom, you’re going up against three adversaries who more often than not are operating off the same playbook: the police, the prosecutor and the judge.
If you’re to have any hope of remaining free—and I use that word loosely—your best bet remains in your fellow citizens.
They may not know what the Constitution says (studies have shown Americans to be abysmally ignorant about their rights), they may not know what the laws are (there are so many on the books that the average American breaks three laws a day without knowing it), and they may not even believe in your innocence, but if you’re lucky, they will have a conscience that speaks louder than the legalistic tones of the prosecutors and the judges and reminds them that justice and fairness go hand in hand.
That’s ultimately what jury nullification is all about: restoring a sense of fairness to our system of justice. It’s the best protection for “we the people” against the oppression and tyranny of the government, and God knows, we can use all the protection we can get.
Most of all, jury nullification is a powerful way to remind the government—all of those bureaucrats who have appointed themselves judge, jury and jailer over all that we are, have and do—that we’re the ones who set the rules.
If they don’t like it, they can get another job.

"Where the people fear the government, there is tyranny. Where the government fears the people, there is freedom.
We are so excited here, and I want to tell you absolutely everything I can about all we are doing, and everything we see you accomplishing! Together, we are changing the world, Beloved Brothers and Sisters. You can feel the anticipation, can't you? Let's compare notes. I'll tell you some highlights of what we see, and you can look deeply into yourself to see where you feel what I am describing.
As you know, things are turbulent in the financial systems. You are hearing about the huge drops in the stock markets of the world. Most Lightworkers are not big investors, but it is an indicator of something huge going on in the world, is it not? Now, if you were a large investor, you might be wringing your hands wondering if you should sell everything before it all plunges into nothingness, poverty and want.
But of course, we are Lightworkers, so we think in terms of transformation and balance. When someone sells out their holdings, they sell to someone who is buying. In fair markets where real goods are traded rather than pretend money, everyone in the end is going to end up holding something they really wanted.
All markets are energetic exchanges. Where real transactions occur, people encounter one another. In the recent past, transactions in the world markets were rigged to funnel great wealth, in the form of pretend money, to a few powerful families, but this system is now crumbling. Until we reach a time when money is no longer needed, it will serve as a tool to fascilitate energetic exchanges with one another. We will move on eventually to a world where Love is the energy that is felt in every transaction. Where Light prevails, no other currency is needed.
Real prosperity depends on generosity and trust, not a contrived, manipulated exchange system. This latest "catastrophe" in the stock markets offers one more opportunity for Lightworkers to see the great potential to be realized. The coming prosperity programs were created in the spirit of generosity and good will, not clever manipulation or greed or even "wealth management." Those days are coming to an end, and I say, "good riddance." In the bright Light of Mother and Father's incoming blasts of Love energy, shrewdness, cunning and hoarding are no longer virtues.
I encourage you, Beloved Ones, to see all the turbulence around you as the beginning of a wonderful new leveling of the playing field. Remember that money is just a medium of exchange, not a "thing" in itself. Those who exchange fairly, with the intention of bringing prosperity for all will be the ones to rise to the top, like the cream in the proverbial milk jar. You, my dear and loving friends, will not be left out when the waves of prosperity and abundance wash ashore. Such is the the great plan of the Company of Heaven.
It may surprise you to know that the introduction of Communism on Earth was an opportunity for humanity to experience the kind of compassionate distribution of resources and generous mentoring we thrive on here in higher dimensions. Unfortunately, it was co-opted by the cabal in an attempt to prove that human beings are incapable of generosity.
Communism was brought to the planet as an economic strategy: "From each according to his ability, to each according to his need." It was initially to be a reflection of the way we operate in higher dimensions, but Earth was not ready for such generosity, and so it was sabotaged completely by the sadistic and selfish cabal, who wished to control rather than allow all to prosper. Thus, communism (and socialism by association) became a symbol for tyranny instead of a gateway to freedom. When you place the original tenet in the context of a world where prosperity and abundance are a given, the principle of 'each according to his/her need' regains its original meaning, and the real needs of humanity can be met. This is what is unfolding now.
Once everyone has everything they need economically - a comfortable place to live, enough to eat, education for all, easy transportation and communication among friends and colleagues, then, only then can we begin to minister to the spiritual and emotional human needs that have been so neglected for eons. It really means that everyone will be given 1,000% of what they need - and what allreally need is to fulfill their hungering for connection with each other and with God.
What feeds a soul? Love. What brings peace of mind? Love, and the deep knowing that peace will prevail in all the villages and countries around the world.
Your friends of the Company of Heaven see the stream of Light, the timeline you are riding now into your bright future, as the path to enlightenment for all, an end to greed and want, and an end to the suffering for which Planet Earth has become so famous. The Prosperity Packages (and we verify that there are many) are being released gradually to insure that the funds will be protected for the use they were intended - the Greater Good of All. You have felt the high frequency of it coming, the wave ahead of the great ship that will carry all of us higher, into new feelings, new awareness and new experiences of Love and closeness with our fellow humans.
I say "us" because we of the Company of Heaven have walked with you here on Planet Earth throughout the years of struggle and darkness. I, Sananda, along with my Twin Flame, came to you as Jesus and Mary Magdalene and as many other recent incarnations. We are here among you now. Some of us are here as primary incarnations, some are represented by our Twin Flames, but we will all be returning soon via "Landings" to be together and to be with you in person. We only await the end of the empire of darkness, the system you have called the Matrix, and the engineered violence it spawns. We do not wish to endanger our family and friends by arriving here with great fanfare, only to incite the assassinations we have endured so many times before.
This time is destined to be different. We will truly come in peace, for these are the energies you feel enveloping you now on our beautiful Terra. Everywhere there are groups of people uniting to bring greater awareness, wider consciousness to their daily activities. Examples can be seen in every aspect of life. Every group that forms to eliminate plastic bottles that degrade into poisons killing off ocean life, everyone who brings solace to an elderly person, anyone who feeds those who are hungry, every group that defends a dying species, everyone who speaks out against social and political injustice, everyone who joyfully teaches a child to read, and every friend who listens with Love to one who is awakening slowly is bringing Light.
You may have thought in the past that your own inner work would only benefit you toward your own Ascension, but your individual advances have had a tremendous impact on the collective. All the work you have done to clear away old thinking and feeling patterns in yourself has brought increased Light - the energy of light-heartedness and hope. As you have seen, this sincere effort to raise your own inner vibration has made a difference in your personal lives. The ripples move outward farther, faster and more dramatically now as the energies rise. Your Loving intentions merge and flow together with the heart and will of Mother and Father God, bringing uplifting energies to benefit Universes.
You, Beloved Humankind, are the Brothers and Sisters of my heart. We have walked together before, and we will again, in joy and celebration. This time, things are going to be easier. The times of suffering and darkness are coming to an end. Raise your eyes to the skies and join your hearts with ours in joy, hope and Love, as we move together toward the dream we have held so dear. We are here to bring the wisdom and compassion of our Mother and Father God. We are the messengers, the spokespersons who are creating the New Golden Age.
Together we will bring it into being. No one person or one organization could make our dream come true. We must join all our hearts, feel the depths of our yearning for peace and friendship across our world, and together we will create what we passionately envision. As Mother told us yesterday in these pages, Humankind has the power and the will to Create. Let us harness that great energy and will to bring forth what we know in our hearts is possible and true.
I am here with you in every moment, building the dream in concert with you and all the Company of Heaven. We prevail. We are the Light.

Many are feeling that the illusion is strengthening its hold on humanity as the mainstream news media continues to report - apparently with great satisfaction - on wars, conflicts, economic fears, corruption and dishonesty in high places, and myriad other unhappy events and occurrences. These reports do certainly refer to numerous ongoing global events, but they are truly only a very small proportion of planetary activities. The current flows of the Tsunami of Love, which has been enveloping the planet since late in 2012, are much more far reaching in their uplifting and inspiring effects than any of the supposedly "bad news" events on which the news media attempts to focus your full attention.
As children of God each one of you is a very powerful energy field of Love. You each have free will and can therefore choose to engage with your field of love or to deny and ignore it as you go about your daily lives as humans within the illusion that you collectively built so many eons ago. The choice you make in this regard - and whether you are aware of it or not you are making and remaking this choice in every moment - directly affects how you experience life. Increasing numbers of you are now choosing engagement, and the effects of this engagement are visible all across the world.
Your real and eternal nature is Love. You were created in Love, and Reality, the Presence of God - or, if you prefer, Heaven - is Love. Your existence is eternally maintained by God, our loving Father, within the divine field of Love that is all that exists. You cannot depart from it because nowhere else exists. There is only God, the Source, the field of Love that is His creation, and it contains all life without exception.
Within that infinite field God's only Son was created and had bestowed upon Him all that is God, which is everything. The only difference between God and His Son is that God is, always, whereas His Son was created by Him to join in the ecstasy of Life everlasting with His heavenly Father in that field of divine Love. However, Love does not control, it is utterly free of any form of manipulation, domination, or restriction on the one loved, otherwise, of course it would not be Love.
God's Son then chose to exercise free will by constructing an illusory environment in which He could experience independence and separation from God and attempt to prove that he had no need of God.
But, beyond God there is nothing, there is no beyond. And the illusory environment that the Son of God built is illusory, non-existent, a figment, an unreality. Nevertheless, the power of God's Son is immense, and so the illusory environment that he constructed appears both vast and very real, especially when it is populated by an enormous multitude of aspects or separated parts of Himself contained within extremely limiting containers - human bodies. As humans, then, the illusion appears very real, placing very real limits on human abilities, as compared to the limitless creative potential that was given to God's Son at the moment of His creation.
And, on Earth, human bodies are needy. They need food, shelter, air and water, and if any of those essentials are removed or become unavailable those bodies cannot survive. And the realization of that is a terrifying state of affairs, which leads to the belief that they need to fight one another constantly in order to obtain enough of the planet's inadequate resources to ensure their own survival.
But, as I said in the introduction to my book "A Course in Miracles," "Nothing real can be threatened, nothing unreal exists, herein lies the peace of God." Truly there is nothing to fear because you have your eternal existence in infinite joy and safety within the Mind of God. All that seems to threaten you or bring you suffering is unreal and will pass away.
Focus daily on your true nature, Love, and intend to share and extend It unconditionally to all of humanity without exception, and then enjoy the peace and contentment that that intent brings into your life. Where you see others suffering, no matter who they are or where they are, intend for Love to flow from you to them and relieve it. Many of you are already doing this and it is extremely effective, in fact it is undoing and dissolving the nightmare that seems to envelop so many in preparation for the imminent arrival of a pleasant dream that will lead to your awakening into full consciousness where you will once more know yourselves as you truly are - Divine Beings at One with God.
Your true nature can no longer be hidden from you by the deceptive veil of the illusion because that veil is disintegrating irreparably as more and more of you open your hearts to the Love that God offers you constantly in every moment of your existence. You know, deep within yourselves, that you are divine Beings, it is just that as humans you have forgotten because forgetfulness is a powerful limitation that a body takes upon itself upon incarnating, but as the veil dissolves so does forgetfulness. Awareness of your true nature is dawning on more and more of you each day and that awareness is intensifying the effect of the solvent - LOVE - that is dissolving the illusion.
Know therefore that you are eternally loved by your heavenly Father, and that because of His infinite Love for you He has provided the means and the energy that will dissolve the illusion finally and permanently. All will awaken because it is the divine Will, and your individual wills are all in alignment with that Will because, in truth, there is only One Will.

The thought occurred to me that Patricia is speaking of the beginning of... "Eye has not seen nor ear heard, neither have entered into the heart of man, the things which God has prepared for those who love Him"(/Her). (I Cor. 2:9). It is on its way. Selamat Balik! The present world is one in which the old ways are still strong. Both financial and cultural events are getting ready to occur. The dark ran this surface world for nearly 13 millennia. Such a lengthy degree of control has set a number of cultural precedents that now need to be adjusted. You are to be freed from a seemingly endless debt slavery and a constant need for survival. These two items are to end with a debt jubilee and a coming prosperity. The dark cabal understands that its basic underpinnings are to be transformed and that they are to be isolated from you. These things are an anathema to them. Their fight-to-the-death attitude may have delayed things, but their fate is truly sealed by Heaven. The dark sits in a corner of its own making. It is bankrupt, filled with a useless fiat currency and unable to maintain its lies and massive innuendos. In short, it is quickly setting the stage for its demise. Forces are currently reviewing a number of scenarios by which all this is to end. This is to involve arrests, scandals and a reform of governance that is to permit you to learn the truth of what happened since the end of World War II.
America became a world power and quickly reversed every scenario it had followed since the end of the Civil War. America failed to embrace its civilian and isolationist tendencies and instead quickly became the new British Empire. This process seriously altered how America works. It became a land seeking to establish itself as a vast defender of the old empire it used to resist. We watched as America created a set of lies that forged the present UFO cover-up. It fought illegal wars and persisted in keeping a draft that utterly altered the lives of many young Americans. America was doing the bidding of an oligarchy that was flexing its muscles to see just how powerful it had become. America was losing its soul and turning itself into something that Jefferson and his many associates warned about. America was creating an empire to aid the wealthy and powerful. The powerful had grown in great numbers following the culmination of the Civil War. By the beginning of World War I, this new clique had assumed its formal position of power.
The rest of the 20th century was a repeat of what England did to maintain its status as a great power. The artificially produced depression was in fact a prelude to the Second World War. America left the war as a dominant power and created a cold war to continue its dominance. Its means of following the cruel lead of the Anunnaki assured it the role as the major nation from which the dark selected its primary minions. Nevertheless, the proclamations of Anchara and the leaving of the Anunnaki in the mid 1990s created a stumbling, which was finally highlighted by 9/11 and the resulting wars in Afghanistan and Iraq. These temporarily permitted them to grab an additional decade plus and brings us to the present dilemma. This is the final time when the inevitable really does occur. The present world is in a lockdown as to what our allies and us are setting up. We have promised both Heaven and our Earthly allies not to disclose much more. The dark knows that a number of cases were adjudicated against them and that a grand legal force is readying to take them down.
We presently stand at a precipice. A number of actions continue to move forward at their own assigned pace. We are watching intently as it all plays out. This time is to end your judgment of yourselves by the perceptions you have had since childhood. With the fall of the dark, you can at last know what freedom is truly all about. When the Anunnaki left 20 years ago, they sincerely asked the cabal to give up their ways and instead permit abundance and new governance to blossom. The cabal decided against this and, in the next decade, the American cabal assured its dominance. This dominance has worn off as the world recovered from the deeds of the Americans. We ask you to be patient and to realize what is happening behind closed doors and kept secrets. The cabal seeks to somehow overturn this. There are too many who are now wise to the ways of the cabal to let them win yet again. Therefore, know deep in your heart that you have won and that this is to be manifested shortly. Then, you are to be freed and a new realm manifested before you!
Blessings! We are your Ascended Masters! This world is now in a great transformation. Over two decades ago, Heaven brought in a first contact team whose grand supervisors were to be the blessed orders of sisterhoods and brotherhoods, which comprise Gaia’s orders of Ascended Masters. In the beginning, it required us to formulate a plan to replace the dark with a new Light for this divine reality. After a decade of missteps, the tide slowly turned in the latter part of the first decade of the 21st Century. We became able to forge a number of suitable strategies quite capable of achieving our various goals. The most important part of this was to explain to the many ancient families how the great resources collected over the centuries were to be used to undo the power and resources of the dark cabal. This is presently fully explained to these numerous factions and a plan is currently in effect. The deadline for this sacred plan’s conclusion is coming into view.
This plan is approaching even as the dark threatens to pull the surface realm back toward an economic disaster. Here, we ask you to focus on success. The dark is not to be allowed to throw this realm into any form of chaos. Whether it is economic, philosophic or even a pretense to cover for another war, So far, their attempts are failing. The dark cannot escape its chosen fate. Heaven’s time to permit their silliness and keep you in the dark is finally at its end. The traps put in the dark’s plans are being revealed to them as they watch. Greetings, Dear Brothers and Sisters, it is I, Ashtar. Our Galactic friends and I are beaming our Love on you as we watch you stretching, expanding, questioning all the old Matrix beliefs and coming out the other side feeling more peaceful, more aware and more Loving every day.
We have told you some things about what it is like here, beyond time, but you know, we are not really separate from time. We are completely aware of the passage of time on Earth, of the rising and setting of your sun, and even of the commitments on your individual calendars. Yes, we are that intimately attuned to your lives, your needs and your hopes and dreams, for they are our hopes and dreams too.
When we say there is no time here in higher dimensions, it is not exactly what you might think. The concept of time - the sense of being "on the clock" always aware of the passing of hours and the need to use your limited allotment during your time on Earth are unique to your lower dimension, but it does not mean we are in a place where cause and effect do not operate. We see the results of actions we might entertain before we act on them, so our decisions are based on an understanding of before and after, cause and effect, and our choices are made so apparent as to nearly eliminate free will as you know it. It is a different kind of awareness that is more vivid to us than it is to you there behind the Veil. Ironically, there in your time-dominated state, an action may seem to be so separated from its result that you often miss the connections that are so unmistakable to us because of our wider view.
I tell you this to remind you that we are constantly aware of your progress as you travel the "timeline" that leads to what we see as the inevitable triumph of the Light. Yes, for us it is there, just down the road, as vivid as if we were living it at this moment, because we are. You see, it is difficult to describe what we mean by "no time." It is actually more accurate to say that time is like a river to us, and we can see clearly where it is going and where it has been.
We all want you to be aware of how crucial it is at this moment for you to keep on flowing with the river! Your participation, your intention to carry the Light is so essential right now. This is something that holds true for all of us throughout dimensions, and one you are just beginning to see as truly important to your Ascension and to your growth as a soul. Mother God and Sananda have talked to you this week about understanding the effect you have on those around you, and on the atmosphere you create.
Yes, you are important; you are an integral part of the whole energy system of the Universe. Your individual thoughts and actions have an impact on the Universe as a whole. These are the patterns we observe when we look at Surface Earth. We read your thoughts and feelings easily because they appear to us as waves of color and sound, light or dark, of high or low vibration. We know you by your personal energy signature, and love you as the brilliantly individual being you are. We are used to reading these energy patterns as they flow outward from you, combining or clashing with other energies being generated around you.
It is a fascinating Light show we are observing now, with so many Lightworkers awakening to the feelings of hope and Love they have quietly carried in their hearts, awaiting this time when we can all leap together across the divide which separates the dark past from our bright New Golden Age.
Do not pay any heed to the doomsday criers who try to frighten everyone into stunned silence, waiting for disaster and mayhem. They are working for the cabal, you see. In their last desperateflailings, they are trying to stop the river from flowing. They are arrogant enough to think their flimsy theatrics will change the course of events. It is not possible. As you are fond of saying, "No way!"
Now, Beloveds, we surge forward together, with our individual knowing that this is the time, NOW, that the prophesies of Heaven will indeed be fulfilled. We are all in motion, saying "No more! No more ugliness, no more tyranny, no more slavery on our beloved Terra!" We have created a separation between the dark past and our glorious future, and we are now filling the gap with our tsunami of Love. We have already transcended the impasse that was a standoff with the dark cabal. We must hold steady now, as our glorious destiny begins to unfold.
We just naturally say "our glorious destiny" when we speak to you now, because the progress we have made together in the last decade, and especially since 2012 has been truly a Co-creation between you on the ground and us in the Company of Heaven. As our ranks have expanded gradually to include millions of ships under our Galactic Federation of Light banner, the success of this enterprise - the Ascension of Planet Earth - is anticipated by millions. Do you have any idea the effect it has on the energy around Earth to have all these high-spirited friends and neighbors on your team, cheering for you to "hit one out of the ballpark?"
When you aim your camera to the sun and ask us to show ourselves, we are tickled beyond words. I have given word to our scout ships that they are permitted to show themselves for brief seconds as they come into your view through the dimensions. You will see them in your photographs as small bright white dots in the sky, sometimes surrounded by the tell-tale disk shape we call the propulsion wave. It will often appear as a bright color that expresses the energy signature of the ship itself. It is so exciting to us to see many of you sharing your photos on the internet and showing your friends. You are as much a part of Disclosure as we are, Beloved Friends!
Keep taking your photos, and show them to your friends as you take them. You will find it is hard for anyone to doubt they are authentic when they see ships appear in your pictures before their eyes. No photoshopping here! This is the beginning of a program that will bring more and more sightings all around the world. As we have told you before, we will not do Landings until many more people are familiar with our presence and have been convinced that we are here as Loving friends and Mentors. How we look forward to meeting you all face to face!
Our beloved Kathryn and Christine will be posting some of the clearest photos with our messages. We are tickled with the early results, taken with simple cell phone cameras. It is best to take them on a clear day. Remember, you are not looking for mysterious cloud formations here. You will see ships, uncloaked, as I described. If you have a high resolution camera, you will be able to blow up the pictures and see some of the details on the ships, like the lights around the outer rim, or the pattern they wish to show you to indicate it is not a planet or a satellite or an airplane. The more photos you take, them more the ships will get to know you and be excited to work with you to introduce them to your friends. Think of yourselves as emissaries of the Disclosure Project.
Do you have any doubt, my Beloved Brothers and Sisters, that we are here to welcome you into the Galactic Federation of Light, and that we only long to dance with you in the streets that will be flowing with HoneyLove from Mother and Father God? Why would we want to hang back and observe when we could be on the Party Planning Committee? Selamat Balik! The present world is one in which the old ways are still strong. Both financial and cultural events are getting ready to occur. The dark ran this surface world for nearly 13 millennia. Such a lengthy degree of control has set a number of cultural precedents that now need to be adjusted. You are to be freed from a seemingly endless debt slavery and a constant need for survival. These two items are to end with a debt jubilee and a coming prosperity. The dark cabal understands that its basic underpinnings are to be transformed and that they are to be isolated from you. These things are an anathema to them. Their fight-to-the-death attitude may have delayed things, but their fate is truly sealed by Heaven. The dark sits in a corner of its own making. It is bankrupt, filled with a useless fiat currency and unable to maintain its lies and massive innuendos. In short, it is quickly setting the stage for its demise. Forces are currently reviewing a number of scenarios by which all this is to end. This is to involve arrests, scandals and a reform of governance that is to permit you to learn the truth of what happened since the end of World War II.
America became a world power and quickly reversed every scenario it had followed since the end of the Civil War. America failed to embrace its civilian and isolationist tendencies and instead quickly became the new British Empire. This process seriously altered how America works. It became a land seeking to establish itself as a vast defender of the old empire it used to resist. We watched as America created a set of lies that forged the present UFO cover-up. It fought illegal wars and persisted in keeping a draft that utterly altered the lives of many young Americans. America was doing the bidding of an oligarchy that was flexing its muscles to see just how powerful it had become. America was losing its soul and turning itself into something that Jefferson and his many associates warned about. America was creating an empire to aid the wealthy and powerful. The powerful had grown in great numbers following the culmination of the Civil War. By the beginning of World War I, this new clique had assumed its formal position of power.
The rest of the 20th century was a repeat of what England did to maintain its status as a great power. The artificially produced depression was in fact a prelude to the Second World War. America left the war as a dominant power and created a cold war to continue its dominance. Its means of following the cruel lead of the Anunnaki assured it the role as the major nation from which the dark selected its primary minions. Nevertheless, the proclamations of Anchara and the leaving of the Anunnaki in the mid 1990s created a stumbling, which was finally highlighted by 9/11 and the resulting wars in Afghanistan and Iraq. These temporarily permitted them to grab an additional decade plus and brings us to the present dilemma. This is the final time when the inevitable really does occur. The present world is in a lockdown as to what our allies and us are setting up. We have promised both Heaven and our Earthly allies not to disclose much more. The dark knows that a number of cases were adjudicated against them and that a grand legal force is readying to take them down.
We presently stand at a precipice. A number of actions continue to move forward at their own assigned pace. We are watching intently as it all plays out. This time is to end your judgment of yourselves by the perceptions you have had since childhood. With the fall of the dark, you can at last know what freedom is truly all about. When the Anunnakileft 20 years ago, they sincerely asked the cabal to give it up their ways and instead permit abundance and new governance to blossom. The cabal decided against this and, in the next decade, the American cabal assured its dominance. This dominance has worn off as the world recovered from the deeds of the Americans. We ask you to be patient and to realize what is happening behind closed doors and kept secret. The cabal seeks to somehow overturn this. There are too many who are now wise to the ways of the cabal to let them win yet again. Therefore, know deep in your heart that you have won and that this is to be manifested shortly. Then, you are to be freed and a new realm manifested before you!
Blessings! We are your Ascended Masters! This world is now in a great transformation. Over two decades ago, Heaven brought in a first contact team whose grand supervisors were to be the blessed orders of sisterhoods and brotherhoods, which comprise Gaia's orders of Ascended Masters. In the beginning, it required us to formulate a plan to replace the dark with a new Light for this divine reality. After a decade of missteps, the tide slowly turned in the latter part of the first decade of the 21st Century. We became able to forge a number of suitable strategies quite capable of achieving our various goals. The most important part of this was to explain to the many ancient families how the great resources collected over the centuries were to be used to undo the power and resources of the dark cabal. This is presently fully explained to these numerous factions and a plan is currently in effect. The deadline for this sacred plan's conclusion is coming into view.
This plan is approaching even as the dark threatens to pull the surface realm back toward an economic disaster. Here, we ask you to focus on success. The dark is not to be allowed to throw this realm into any form of chaos. Whether it is economic, philosophic or even a pretense to cover for another war, So far, their attempts are failing. The dark cannot escape its chosen fate. Heaven's time to permit their silliness and keep you in the dark is finally at its end. The traps put in the dark's plans are being revealed to them as they watch. Hence, my dear blessed Ones, be strong and trust in the Creator and the many appointed to bring Heaven's grand plans to fruition. I want to talk with you about the important things that are happening on Surface Earth. Today, Kathryn and Christine spoke with the Council of the Company of Heaven about the piercing frequencies you are experiencing. They had spent several days working to understand what these frequencies from the cabal technologies were, how they were affecting humankind, and what they were intended to accomplish.
It became clear to Christine that the devious intention was to bring humans to their knees. She came to realize by carefully examining the thoughts and feelings in her own body that these technologically-generated high-pitched sounds were invading her mental and emotional bodies to create feelings of
worthlessness. The natural result for anyone experiencing them would be to think of themselves as worthless, and to feel they cannot overcome whatever challenges come their way. This, of course, is exactly what the cabal intended.
By closely examining the subliminal affect on them both, which was an increase in exhaustion and feelings of physical weakness, they concluded that the frequencies did indeed carry a message. All of you have struggled with these feelings within yourselves, have you not? This was the cabal's ultimate weapon, they thought. It was designed to create agitation, discontent and ultimately great irritation and despair within the human psyche. Their dark experiments had shown that it was a powerful weapon to turn humans against one another and to make you easier to control.
How could feelings of worthlessness make you easy to control? Let us examine the effects it would naturally have on a human being. As Kathryn has taught in her book, Who Needs Light?, a person's relationship with themselves is fundamental. If you do not love yourself, it is difficult to love at all. Feelings of self-worth or worthlessness determine how an individual will use their life-force, how they will respond in all their important relationships, and whether they will consider themselves to be of value even in the eyes of God.
You see, worthlessness puts a wedge between the person and themselves, and forms the foundation of how they will treat their own body, and even how they will respond to Mother and Father's incoming Love. If you feel worthless, how can you believe in Love? How can you trust that anyone will love you and be true to you? How can you experience goodness in yourself and others? It is the source of absolute misery and pain, the most immovable block to happiness a human being can experience.
This is how determined and dark the cabal truly is. They are delighted to have found what they think of as the ultimate brainwashing technique, which they have used over the eons to break the will of their victims. In earlier times, it was used directly as a weapon of torture. Now they were confident that they need only turn on their transmitters and broadcast their dark subliminal messages to achieve dominion over others. This is what they consider their "big guns," and so its full-out use was saved for this final hour of their control on Planet Earth.
Examine your feelings of the past few days, Beloved Ones. This was the third day of the intensified attack. Have you felt off balance, discouraged, lacking in 'oomph'? Those of you who have done extensive work to clear away old programming are not as vulnerable to the psychological affect of the weapon, but no one is immune to the exhaustion it causes to withstand the invasion to your psyche day after day. Kathryn was able to trace the exhaustion she feels to the frequencies, even though they did not affect her mood or her behavior.
By contrast, Christine, who has been undergoing intensive physical treatments with her Arcturian and Galactic Federation Healing team, felt the assault on all fronts - physically, mentally, emotionally and spiritually. The key for Christine was to cling to the knowing that she is a child of Mother and Father, that she is healing, and that we are with her every moment. She knows in the deepest reaches of her heart and her being that she is a child of God and that the New Golden Age is true. She clung to this knowing, even as she felt the vulnerability and doubt that the frequencies relentlessly impose.
Christine is a good example of the effects of these frequencies because she came here with almost no Veil, and with a deep and abiding connection to Mother and Father, and yet, even she felt the the attacks. The frequencies pierce your human bodies, leaving the strong exhausted and the weak feeling hopeless and alone. Any physical or emotional trauma increases the effect of the invasion, as it was designed to do.
No one can tolerate the intensity of these attacks without feeling it in some way. Fortunately, our Lightworkers on the ground have been working hard to sort through and identify the source of the affects on themselves. As a result, Kathryn went to the Council to describe the negative effects of the artificially-produced frequencies, as we were hoping she would do, and to demand an end to the use of such weapons on Earth and throughout the Multiverse, now and for all time.
Your contract with us requires that you on the ground are in charge of the shift taking place now. By appealing to us, you are expressing your conscious and well thought-out intention to cancel a part of the contract we have held together over the eons. As more and more of you awaken to understand the exact nature of what we all agreed to on Earth, it becomes possible for us to change it together. In this case, it is possible for us to "have your backs," to help with the gradual program of eliminating all the diabolical techniques and weapons that have been used by the dark ones to enslave everyone on Earth.
Any moment of despair, self-doubt or discouragement presents the most meaningful opportunity to choose from the core of your being to know that you are a child of Mother and Father and you are Love. The true trajectory of these inner intentions is freedom.
The Rainbow Bridge is created from you to us, not the other way around. You must initiate it, and every single time you invite the Company of Heaven, including the Ascended Masters, the Galactic Federation, the angels, your higher selves and your twin flames, you strengthen and widen the Rainbow Bridge - your connection between Earth and the Higher Dimensions. You are creating your Ascension Pillar and your New Golden Era moment by moment, every time you reach to contact us and to join with us in Light and Love.
We are moving carefully now, because there are very important actions in play that will bring you through this current "space-between worlds". You are leaving the old Matrix system and establishing the new energies of the Paradise that is the New Golden Age simultaneously. As your intention and commitment to the new increases, you are bringing in the reality of freedom, dignity and brotherhood among all beings. You might think of it as a scene like those in a chase movie where the hero has just leapt into the air to cross the distance between two rooftops. You are in flight, Beloved Ones, and your impending landing depends on steadfast Faith in your own strength and our ability to catch you safely as you land in your new world - the world of our joint Creation.
Fling yourself across the divide, Dear Ones. You are propelled by your fire, your will, your heart and your mind joined with ours.

Our cherished channels, Kathryn and Christine, live in such a way that they carry out whatever we ask without hesitation. We have a close relationship full of trust and understanding. We speak and laugh together all throughout every day. Our channels have prepared and trained for their role now for many lifetimes - just the same as you have done. Sooner than you think, you will all be able to communicate with us directly. It is a day we have awaited with longing, and that day will arrive with such triumph!
I have often said that all communication is for Union. This is our wish and the inevitability we share.
Glory to our Mother Father God as we charge into this next phase of Project Earth: the full realization of New Earth and the dawning of the New Golden Age.

In the previous article What ARE the 3rd and 4th Dimensions?we compared the third and fourth dimensions. In this article we bring in the fifth dimension. Let's briefly review the structures of the third and fourth dimensions.
The third dimension operates with a specific set of rules and has certain characteristics, aspects, boundaries, edges, mutations and structures. We see three main structures sustaining this dimension.
Rigid Structures of the Third Dimension
Duality - A dual mode of perception: right-wrong, positive-negative, good-bad, should-shouldn't, up-down, black-white.
Linear Time - The perception that time only moves in a straight line (one direction) and is experienced as past, present and future.
Rational Mind - The GPS of the third dimension. The analytical, reasoning thought processor designed to make comparisons, draw conclusions, store information, calculate, and make determinations.
Flexible Structures of the Fourth Dimension
1. Now Time - This is your pint of power. Each now moment is a threshold to new beginnings and fresh choices. 2. Choice - The power to consciously choose to initiate something else in any moment. 3. Paradox - Contradictory truths. Something that was true a moment ago but may not be rue in the next now moment. 4. Alignment/Balance - A state of equilibrium which neutralizes opposing forces. In the Fifth Dimension, 3-D "Reaction' and 4-D 'Responsive' Give Way to Integration
Reintegration - When you attain fifth-dimensional consciousness you experience the reintegration with your Higher Self. This reconnection with the higher parts of you brings higher awareness and allow you to know yourself at the Soul level. You begin to Be who you came here to be. Your innate spiritual abilities increase and reveal themselves. These include clairvoyance, telepathy and abstract intuition.
Access the Wisdom You Know - Life in the fifth-dimension is stunning because you are fully conscious again. You are aware of and can access the wisdom and information available within your Being that resides in all the dimensions. There is no separation. You are one with the All and All is you.
Experience Higher, Lighter Energy - In 5D, you vibrate in feelings like reverence, beauty and kindness. The coat you choose to wear each day bears no resemblance to what you typically walk around waring in 3D. And much of what you experience is no longer expressed from the mind or in words (intellect/brain) but pours forth from the heart and the feelings (the senses recombine forming a sixth sense). You achieve a quiet knowingness.
Higher Mind - In this level of living, when the mental and emotional bodies merge, the union activates the Higher Mind and you operate from the mind of your Soul. You begin to know what the Soul knows and make Soul-guided choices.
Simultaneous Time - Living in 5D, you move into Simultaneous Time which allows you to see the broader perspective of All That Is. All the Answers to your questions lie exactly where the question is asked and you are able to view all possibilities before taking action.
So, why did we choose to leave this wonderful place where all is known and go to the third dimension, anyway? When Creator wanted to know Himself/Herself better He/She asked for volunteers, and guess who ran to the front of the line say "Pick me, pick me!"? You did! Creator sent the brightest and the best (you) on this special quest to explore the outermost regions of existence. It was, and is, a grand adventure that only the biggest and most enthusiastic spirits signed up for.
Why did we choose the third dimension and not another? Duality does not exist in the higher dimensions and duality is an important part of what we wanted to experience. Our explorations took us may places but as we went deeper into density we eventually found ourselves playing in the slower vibrations of the world of form )matter). Here we could delve into cause and effect and discover the results of our choices and actions.
Here we had free will to explore the most divergent ranges of frequencies (including fear, hate, anger, betrayal, etc). When we signed up for this adventure we did not know that we would become immersed in it or that we would forget who we are, where we came form, why we came, and how to get back Home. We now have an opportunity to remember who we are and return Home.
The Long-awaited "Shift of the Ages" is Upon Us
We have taken the third-dimensional adventure as far as we can. We have been wildly successful at what we set out to accomplish and explore in this diverse, dense, duality. A huge vibrational up-shift (on very level) is what the Earth and her inhabitants are undergoing right now. You are significant, not insignificant. You make a difference and your contribution is valued by all of humanity and by All That Is. Welcome the change to a new way of life, dear friends, for together we have begun the process of bringing Heaven to Earth.

In preparation for what is sure to be a busy autumn, now is a good time to review the world’s secret and public power structures and alliances. In order to provide value added to subscribers, this report will be based mainly on first-hand experience with various secret societies and public power structures.
My entry into the world of secret societies started after I publicly warned the Asians that SARS was a biological weapon targeted at them. A murder contract was taken out on me by the Neo-con Khazarian Bush administration because of this and my exposure of 911 truth and other journalistic activities.
The first secret group to contact me after this contract was taken out was sent by Henry Kissinger via former Japanese Finance Minister Heizo Takenaka. The envoy they sent, a self-described assassin, said he represented “the elders of Zion.” He told me (and I have this on tape) they needed to kill 90% of the world’s population through disease and starvation in order to “save the environment.” His group offered me great wealth and the position of Finance Minister of Japan if I agreed to go along with their genocidal plans. This is the group I now refer to as the Khazarian mafia. Their ring-leaders now include the Bush/Clinton crime family, Sheldon Adelson, Benyamin Netanyahu, the Rockefellers and most of the American side of the FederalReserve Board.
The second secret group to contact me was the Red and Blue, claiming to represent
the Ming Dynasty and saying they had 6 million members (a lot more know) including “100,000 assassins.” They said their society could only be used for the greater good and not for personal benefit. I chose to join them in a battle against the Khazarians.
The third group to contact me was the US military industrial complex. They sent Paul Laine, a former member of the Pentagon’s psychic warfare unit. He also claimed to be with the CIA. Laine provided me with lots of esoteric information. He pointed out the US space program had been stopped dead in its tracks by some unknown force. He also provided evidence this planet had been nearly destroyed before. This group agreed with the Red and Blue goal of preventing World War 3 because all the Pentagon war games showed that such a war would destroy 90% of humanity and leave the Northern Hemisphere of the planet unfit for human habitation.
The fourth group to contact me was “the family,” often referred to as the Rothschilds. This group is the European royal bloodlines and includes the Saxe Gotha family, the Rothschilds, the Hapsburgs and other European royal bloodlines. This is the group behind the so-called “global warming” campaign. This campaign, while based on fraud, was presented by them as a way of saving the environment without genocide. Scottish rite Freemasonry reports ultimately to this group. Their representative Dr. Michael Van de Meer AKA Meiring referred to the people behind the planned genocide as the “Jews.” Further research revealed it was the non-Jewish leadership of the Jews, historically known as the Hyksos, who were the problem. Again, the Khazarian Mafia.
The fifth group to contact me was the Gnostic Illuminati. Their representative, self-described Illuminati Grandmaster Alexander Romanov (aka Richard Sorge, Sasha Zaric, Gordon Moore etc.), said this group was behind the Russian, French and American revolutions. They are opposed to bloodline rule. This group also warned me in advance of the planned 311 nuclear and tsunami terror attack against Japan. Romanov claimed he has been recruited by former chess champion Bobby Fischer. It was Romanov who first mentioned Isis long before it appeared in the news.
The sixth group to make contact was the P2 Freemason lodge who sent Leo Zagami to visit me in Japan. This group claims to control the Vatican and the Mafia and is ruled by the descendants of the Roman Caesars. When I visited the P2 Lodge in Italy I was introduced to generals, journalists, politicians etc. The highest ranking P2 member I met was Vincenzo Mazzara, a Cavalier of the Teutonic Knights. This group worships the Black Sun and claim they were behind communism and other big political movements. They displayed their power by removing Prime Minister Silvio Berlusconi and Pope Benedict (maledict) XVI from office.
The seventh group I ran into was the Dragon family. I was inducted into this group after meeting their representative in Singapore. The Rothschild representative said that “if you want to talk to China, this is a high as it goes,” when they arranged the introduction. This group claims to be composed of various Asian royal bloodlines and also claims ET backers. They have legitimate historical claims to most of the world’s gold.
The eighth group that approached me was the Black Dragon Society. Also several groups claim this title, at present Chodoin Daikaku, head of the world’s Japanese martial arts societies (Karate, Ninjutsu, Aikido etc.) with over 50 million practicioners around the world, seems to represent them best.
A ninth powerful group that made contact was the Chinese communist party youth league or the meritocratic part of the Chinese government. Their agent in Japan, a Mr. K, is the main conduit I have for information from the Chinese government.
There are many other groups that also made contact including:
The French Grande Lodge De L’Orient Freemasons
The Inagawa Yakuza group
The Sumiyoshi Yakuza group
The Yamaguchi Gumi Yakuza group,
The Assassins (Persia)
The Nigerian mob
The Moghul Dynasty of India,
The Indonesian Royal Family,
The Thai Royal Family
British MI5 and MI6 intelligence
The Rosicrucians (BIS/Red Cross)
The Sokka Gakkai Buddhist group
Etc. etc.
When the Red and Blue asked me to find benevolent Western secret societies, the above are some of what I encountered. An informal network containing members of all the above groups has now been formed and is called the White Dragon Society.
Like the Red and Blue, the WDS can only be used for the greater good and not for personal benefit. So far the WDS and its allies have stopped all Khazarian attempts at igniting World War 3, creating pandemics and causing widespread starvation. In other words, we have save the world from destruction.
However, there is still a lot to be done. For one thing, contacting all these groups made it clear there is no single secret or for that matter public government ruling the world. Instead we have certain secret groups linked to certain power centers like the Vatican, the British Empire, the EU, the UN, the US military industrial complex, Wall Street, China, Swiss Banking etc.
While many people rightly fear the creation of a fascistic New World Order world government, just like in any village, there are certain bare minimum rules of cooperation that are needed. Right now world power is such that lawless murdering, looting gangsters can run rampant in places like the Ukraine or the Middle East without suffering any consequences.
We all breathe the same air, drink the same water and wish for the safety and well-being of ourselves and our families. There are also issues, like overfishing, deforestation and war, the current international political and economic architecture has not been able to solve. We need to have a minimum level of cooperation at an international level in order to solve problems of this sort.
Furthermore, because of the anarchy in the international system, this planet has no coherent goals or plans for the future. Instead we have a mish-mash of goals and agendas. The old elite are also partly right about the mass of “useless eaters,” or idle people who while away their lives without making any real contributions to the planet. They need to be given something worthwhile and fulfilling to do. What if we all had a few minimum shared goals we agreed to work towards? For example, a lot of people would agree we should try to turn this planet into a paradise for all living creatures. Many want to explore the universe. Others wish for immortality. All these things can be made real if we work together to make it so.
The people who run the current international system are planning to announce all sorts of reforms this autumn. While their intentions are good, it is likely to be too little, too late.
Next week, in the final issue of our summer series, we will show in detail how dysfunctional the current international political and economic system really is. This should provide the impetus for an autumn campaign to completely reboot the way we run this planet. The non-criminal people at the top of the current system have nothing to fear because we do not wish to destroy anything old, we want to build something new.

Part 1: Your Etheric Body Takes the Hit
by Mother God

Today we're going to open a brand new topic. We will be working under the guidance of Mother God, enlisting our Arcturian Medical Team Leaders, Ashtar and the Galactic Security Teams and Archangel Michael and the Angelic Teams. Together, we will explain the cabal-generated frequencies that are affecting everyone on Earth in ways no one has yet fully understood. We will help you to protect yourselves, and we will begin an ongoing program to teach you how to repair and heal the physical, emotional, mental and spiritual shields that have been damaged by life on Earth.
Before we begin, I ask you to build your shining Pillar of Light. Light up the diamond in your brain, your heart and your solar plexus (your will), anchor into the crystal heart of Mother Terra, and extend upward to connect with Mother and Father God. They are pouring their HoneyLove down through your Pillar to nourish, sustain and heal you in every moment. You only need to do your part by envisioning it, taking part in building and enjoying it, along with your Higher Self, your Twin Flame and anyone else of the Company of Heaven you wish to call upon for support and Love.
As we tell this story and join with you to design and implement healing strategies which will take us to higher levels of knowledge and understanding, we will be joined in turn by Team Leader, Ashtar, Michael or Mother, depending on the area of expertise we are addressing. All have been working together to present this complex information in the clearest and most helpful way possible. This is how much they love us and want to lift us up, to ride through these last days of the old Matrix with joy and grace.
Mother will begin by explaining what our etheric shields are, why they are so important to our protection, and how they have been damaged by Earthly activities.
Mother God:
Dearest Children, you are now in transition between the old Earth and the New Golden Age. You are building the Rainbow Bridge that connects you to 5th dimensional Earth day by day. Understanding the damage to your own shields will help you see where your own troubles originate, and how healing them will change your experience of life.
Please remember as I tell you these things to stay inside your Pillar where you are safe and sound. We are teaching you about these damaging techniques only so that you can defeat them and heal, not to upset or frighten you. If you succumb to anxiety, defeat or awe, you will be turning yourself over, giving power to the crumbling Matrix and its rag-tag former leaders rather than dismantling it. Stay with me in Light and Love and we will walk out of this together. Please refer to this paragraph after every section you read. It will help to remind you - this train is bound for Glory!
Here is a picture that will help you understand how your shields were created as part of your original human design. Your natural state is to be completely surrounded and protected by these etheric shields which exist around your body, insulating you within a protective barrier that preserves your integrity as a conscious being - a beloved Child of God.
The Physical Shield
Your physical shield protects you from outside interference, especially when you are sick or injured. It also provides a direct conduit to your healing teams of Light to access your body and to bring etheric medical interventions, with your permission. This precious shield can be damaged by ongoing, chronic illnesses and by many of the cabal interventions, like toxins in your food, water and air. Most pharmaceutical drugs, like vaccines, psychiatric drugs and antibiotics carry molecules that act like time-bombs to shred and destroy your physical shields. The same is true of the engineered parasites and nano particles that have rained down on you and have been relentlessly sprayed on your food.
All these toxic substances are designed to weaken your physical shields, making you more vulnerable to the frequencies that are designed to control you. You have called it "mind control" but it is much more pervasive than just taking over your mind, as you will see.
The Emotional Shield
Your emotional shield acts like a buffer, to help you heal and restore yourself after a painful emotional blow, a loss of one you love, or a difficult separation. The dark ones who invaded this planet long ago "upped the ante" by introducing betrayal, deceit and cold-blooded emotional manipulation. As the eons passed, they developed diabolical techniques like traumatic sexual abuse that would damage both physical and emotional bodies simultaneously.
Torture techniques are designed to tear apart all the etheric bodies, not just the physical body - the more the better, from the dark point of view. They have taken pride in their successes with various forms of torture. (Dick Cheney has given a number of interviews and speeches proudly detailing the effectiveness and good use of various torture tactics. This is an example of the sheer arrogance and smugness of the cabal. They no longer fear exposure, because so many humans have been so damaged as to either agree with or ignore the horrific implications of such revelations.)
Damage occurs to the emotional body when you experience a severe emotional attack from another, especially someone you have trusted and loved, or when you submit yourself to a continuing abusive relationship. Indulging in rage, conflict or argument, even when you are right and think you are defending yourself, causes damage to your emotional body. This is the reason so many soldiers have come home suffering from "battle fatigue" or the more recent description, "Post-Traumatic Stress Syndrome." They are really suffering from damage to their etheric bodies.
You do damage to your own emotional body when you indulge in feelings of superiority or inferiority. Either one is a way of co-opting the position of God to judge yourself and others. It is not your province to judge or to condemn, not even yourself. This is a misunderstanding of who we are and how we see you, thus a violent attack against your own innate emotional shield.
The Mental Shield
The mental body really encompasses all the others; no one of the etheric bodies is actually separate from the others, any more than a body can exist separate from its brain, but for our purposes here, I will emphasize the elements of the mental body as it pertains to damage and distortion from Earthly experience. Let us emphasize here that your innate etheric bodies are designed to keep you in balance and to help you remain in Light and Truth. Damage to the mental body opens the self to being susceptible to lies, propaganda and robotic manipulation - a relinquishing of one's Free Will.
You are all familiar with the uses of television advertising to sell products, but this is not their primary intention. The constant barrage of images of impossibly beautiful bodies and impossibly "successful" people is designed to tear apart the protective mental body. Intact, it would combine spiritual and emotional feelings about God's acceptance and love to forma self-image based in secure self-respect and esteem. Loving encounters on the Earth plane would build an ever more impermeable barrier to any manipulation or lies. Instead, you are under constant attack on every level, to engender feelings of worthlessness, self-doubt, fear and alienation.
Organized religions, especially those that promote violence, separation and hatred in the name of God, do damage to your mental body by force-feeding ideas that place a wedge between you person and your intuition, your common sense and your innate respect and love for other beings of Light, including other species. We have never condoned such divisive behavior, nor did we send Jesus or any other prophet to promote these dark ideas.
You cause damage to your mental body when you believe a lie. It tears at your fabric, because all of you were originally designed to detect untruth and to turn away from it. Unfortunately, the introduction of what we have called the "Sleeper Cell" which humankind agreed to long ago, compromised your ability to see/feel/know Truth about us, about life, and about each other. It is one of the reasons you have found it so difficult to see the Light in those around you who are here to assist you in this Ascension process, and to distinguish them from the false prophets.
A glaring present example of damage to the collective mental shield is the hatred for President Obama, in spite of his obviously gentle kindness and steady Light. He came here to hold off chaos in a world completely controlled by the dark cabal, yet even Lightworkers blame him for not having forged ahead alone to defeat the cabal. Of course, had he followed his heart's desire and done that, he would not have lived to give a single inspiring speech or to guide the behind-the-scenes revolution he has steadfastly nurtured.
Together with other undercover Lightworkers, he has brought the U.S. to the moment of releasing the RV, NESARA and all the other revolutionary changes that will fuel the New Golden Age. Only now can we publicly give credit to the beloved Sirian Commander who risked all to hold the Light against the most vicious, ruthless and bloodthirsty opposition ever known on any planet. He has remained under our protection and guidance as he carried out the most difficult challenge of all - to remain balanced, calm and unruffled while under constant attack. He is here to show you what it looks like to be intact. This is the most valuable lesson a leading Lightworker can offer in this time of transition.
The Spiritual Shield
The spiritual body is, of course, the enveloping energy that forms a conduit to all of us in Higher Dimensions. Coming to Earth behind a Veil of Forgetfulness not only meant that you did not remember former lives or your experience with us, it also meant you did not have conscious awareness of the absolute integrity of our connection to you. The golden thread to your loving Mother and Father God that cannot be broken is inherent in your humanness, whether you realize it or not. We are with you, loving you without end, and your Higher Self and your Twin Flame remain as your conduit to us throughout your life on Earth, no matter what your experiences might be.
It matters not if you fell deeply into the dark or whether you carry our Light as your life's work, our connection to you remains inviolate. You who were born with souls made from Mother and Father God carry the three-fold flame of Life, no matter how many lifetimes you have lived or what damage you may have experienced to your spiritual, mental, emotional and physical bodies. You are our beloved children, and you can heal any and all damage, no matter how severe and painful it might have been, no matter how discouraged or alone you might feel.
We invite you to join with us in this new healing adventure, exploring deeply and moving joyfully with us into the New Age. Humankind and all the other conscious beings on Earth will heal along with you as you take this journey with us - a journey that has never been attempted before. You, Beloved Ones, as you heal the traumatic wounds of lifetimes on Earth, are leading the way for all the collective to rise up, throw off the chains of slavery that have bound all of you in ways you have not yet fully understood, and to dance triumphantly across the Rainbow Bridge you have already built by connecting with us.
I am delighted to introduce and oversee this exciting series of articles that will offer advanced training to Lightworkers who will carry the Light of the New Golden Age whoever they are, wherever they go. You, Children of My Heart, are truly the hope for beloved Terra. She weeps with joy seeing your willingness and excitement to overcome all that has come before. We will show you the connections between the frequencies bombarding you this week and the previous damage you have endured. Our brilliant team and I will also teach you how to completely restore your physical, emotional, mental and spiritual integrity.

A Lesson Newly Learnt Brings a Sense of Peace and Contentment

Hello, this is John with Jesus' message for Saturday August 29
th 2015. For a change I am including my whole channeling exchange with Jesus today (Friday August 28
th) just so that you can see (or hear) how it happens. I do take breaks, as the energy gets quite intense at times, and then I return to my computer and we continue from where we broke off.
A lesson newly learnt brings a sense of peace and contentment.
Me: Good morning Dear Jesus. Thank you very much for your last message, it is nice to be communing with you once again after the long summer break that I took. I seem to be more at peace, more content, more relaxed than I was earlier in the summer, so I hope I have released most of what was blocking our channel or leaving me unmotivated to be open to you or even positively not wanting to channel your loving and inspiring messages. So, if you are available, can we please start a new one?
Jesus: A very good morning to you, John. Yes I am most definitely available to commune with you. I am always available, so never hesitate to call on me as my task, my duty, my loving service is to be available to all who call on me. Relax for just a moment, then we can start.
As I keep telling you, keep on hammering into you, all are One! The state of separation from one another that appears to be the human condition is illusory, even though it seems so real to you all. When God created You He gave You everything that He is - infinite unconditional Love and also therefore the absolute freedom, free will, that is one of its innumerable loving aspects - because Love just loves without conditions, eternally setting You free while at the same time maintaining You in a state of Oneness with Itself.
Within the illusion, as humans, that seems to be a very paradoxical and confusing idea because the illusion you constructed was intended to allow you to experience separation, and so the sense or state of Oneness had to be hidden, cloaked, or disguised. In freedom you chose to establish an illusory state of limitation, of separation from God and therefore from Yourself! Real separation is not possible because there is only One - God and You eternally engaged in an infinitely loving embrace that can never be broken. It really is that simple.
All that you - humanity - have to do is open yourselves to your natural state, the state in which you were created and which you have never left, but which you have chosen to hide from yourselves under a cloak of darkness. As an allegory you can think of the illusion as dark clouds that can obscure the sun. But, the sun is always there, and although the clouds will dissipate, it seems that whether or not you can see the sun depends on fickle weather patterns flowing across the planet and over which you have no control.
However, the clouds hiding Reality from you are of your own making, and only you can dissolve them. When you open to Love they dissolve. Most of you have experienced moments of intense love when the radiance of the moment has shone briefly through the clouds of fear that mostly envelop you. But you have considered those moments an aberration, a lucky meeting of minds or bodies when you inadvertently let your guard down and experienced a brief moment of ecstasy. Often, before you have reset your guard, you have been hurt or betrayed by another proving to you that Love invariably leads to pain and suffering. As you mature, or age, that safety barrier becomes ever more firmly established between you and the world outside to protect you from the inevitable attacks and betrayals that you know are just waiting to breach it.
And yet, you see others, maybe only a very few, who do not install those barriers to protect themselves from the dangers surrounding them. They enjoy being vulnerable! You dismiss their behavior as insane, especially if you see them apparently under attack or being betrayed. But it still puzzles you because despite these attacks and betrayals they remain at peace.
Well the reason for that is that to be vulnerable makes you invulnerable! To be offended is a choice you have to make. Offensive behavior can only offend you if you choose to be offended. And those loving souls who do not hide behind protective psychological barriers with their emotions safely locked away have not only realized this, but have also discovered that to be loving attracts others who are loving into their personal space, adding to their peace and contentment
To reiterate, from your perspective to be vulnerable appears to make it very likely that you will be taken advantage of and hurt, but in fact the opposite is the case. Being vulnerable is being openly loving, being absolutely nonthreatening, and while it might appear that that is a very dangerous state to maintain, it in fact draws to you others who are willing and desirous of being loving. To live in such a state dissolves fear and anxiety and allows you to behave in the most appropriate way in every moment because the Holy Spirit is guiding your every thought, word, and action. It is a most relaxed and powerful way to go through life. It will not obliterate pain and suffering but it will ensure that you are not overwhelmed when experiencing them.
Life in the illusion is painful, and suffering is unavoidable, but how you respond in each situation is a choice you are always free to make. Often you react out of habit, instead of seeing each moment as independent of previous moments, and so you keep on repeating painful experiences, seeing them as imposed on you by a vicious world or a punishing god, and seeing yourselves as helpless victims in a very unsafe environment.
This is never the case. Each one of you is following a life path that you planned prior to incarnating as a human with the loving guidance and assistance of your mentors in the spiritual realms - or, if you prefer, you may see it as guidance from God, the Holy Spirit, or the divine Mother. The life path you are on is not random, everything that occurs during your life has a purpose, either for you directly, or for someone with whom you have a relationship - either long term or only momentary - nothing is accidental.
Your task on Earth is to learn each lesson that you placed upon your path as it arises. If you do not, then it will arise again, possibly in a slightly different form, until eventually awareness dawns on you and you do learn it. The lessons can be rather painful in order to catch your attention, but once learnt do not need repeating. A lesson newly learnt brings a sense of peace and contentment, and leads to a greater willingness to accept life as it unfolds because you then realize that indeed everything does have a purpose which is far easier to see when you accept it instead of fighting against it.
In the spiritual realms you have guides and mentors watching over you constantly, ready and waiting for you to ask them for assistance which they will then most graciously and willingly provide, but only when you ask. To assist before you asked would be an invasion of your personal energy field, an overriding of your free will, and none in the spiritual realms, not even God Himself, would do that. But as soon as you ask we are there for you, because we love you and we do not want to see you suffering.
So, today's message is basically a reiteration of the fact that there is only Love, all else is illusory, and that we in the spiritual realms are watching over you constantly and ready to assist you instantly when you call on us. Therefore Please call on us for assistance with even the smallest or seemingly most insignificant of issues because it is our joy and our duty to serve you in any way that we can.
"As our beloved Sananda has told you... LEAP into our awaiting arms! We are calling to you across the thinning Veil. Hear our whispers and feel our urging. Every bit of contact - whether in a heartfelt conversation, a moment of longing or a daydream of closeness - builds the bridge between us and you and between all of humankind and the Company of Heaven. So plunge, run, jump or fall into our outstretched arms of love. We will catch you and rise with you to the majestic heights you are now bound for."

Part 2: How Designer Frequencies Have Been Used to Enslave Us

Ashtar:
The frequency attacks you have been experiencing on Planet Earth in the last weeks have increased in direct proportion to the amount of Light being showered upon the planet by Mother and Father God. Many of you have found it exhausting to keep going through the unpleasant frequencies which may have felt as though your ears were ringing and your head was a bell that had just been struck and was vibrating intensely. This was the intention, dear Brothers and Sisters, that you be annoyed, disrupted and laid low by the vibrations. This is why we wish for you to know what was happening and what you can do to ride it out with grace.
The engineered frequencies you were hearing were produced by the cabal, in an effort to "throw their weight around" in the last moments before their unwilling departure from power. Your channel, Kathryn, had a personal encounter with the frequencies. I will ask her to describe what she learned just nights ago in an effort to understand what they meant and how they were designed.
Kathryn:
I awoke around 1:00 am, hearing the high-pitched screeching sound. It was quite unpleasant. Although I am used to turning away from these frequencies and ignoring their effects, this was a particularly aggressive and unpleasant attack. I called on Sananda and said, "Sananda, hang onto me. I'm going in to find out what these frequencies are about."
Sananda:
I was concerned about Kathryn's safety if she were to venture toward the source of the frequencies as she intended, but I knew it would be a productive lesson for her to bring back for others, so I created what you might think of as a suit of armor for the two of us - a barrier that would mute the intensity of the attack while allowing her to venture into the sound waves that were flooding across the planet. She dove into the river of sound and vibration as you would if you were deep sea diving, listening, monitoring and examining the effects on her own body. She remained within the direct beams of the energy frequencies for many minutes, moving from one energy stream to another, probing the effects.
When she was satisfied, she came out and wrote down much of what she had detected in order to report it to all of you. We were completely safe, protected by both our Ashtar protection teams and Michael's Angelic forces who watched over us the entire time. Kathryn will tell you what she observed and felt.
Kathryn:
The frequencies carry with them messages. Each one seemed to create an effect on my physical body, but there were also words, feelings and images being transmitted. I will try to describe each experience as it developed. I have made a small chart to show the verbal, emotional and visual elements the frequencies contained.

Adrenalin rush, fear, sensing danger.
"You are in the portal to the mystery world (below)"
"Come with us."
"Bring the children."
Darkness.
A medieval stone staircase, people running down it, especially women and some children.
Alone in empty space.
"DIE"
"KILL"
Pills, a rope
Knife, gun
Confusion, agitation, followed by exhilaration, feelings of lightness, like flying.
"It's easy."
Diabolical laughter.
Freedom - prancing in a meadow, dancing and twirling, weightless.
I returned to my waking state, with a bit of a shudder. My lingering response to the last phase was a feeling of creepiness and awe at how diabolical the whole experience felt. Clearly, the last segment was designed to make someone who was worn down feel that death or murder would produce a feeling of exhilaration and "freedom." I wrote it all down with Sananda and then fell into a deep sleep.
Ashtar:
Thank you, Kathryn. What you have captured is a wonderful example of the level of the advanced torture practices the cabal has reached. They have learned how to "bundle" the frequency streams to create a more effective assault, combining as Kathryn has shown, the thoughts, feelings and images to create a more powerful effect than words or images alone. They are also very proud of their ability to target an individual's vulnerabilities, such as activating or increasing pain - whether physical or emotional.
The "designer frequencies" are especially targeted at Lightworkers, like their activating an old back injury in Kathryn's case, and combining it with all kinds of suggestions of helplessness and worthlessness. Fortunately, this did not work on her, since she has healed her physical shield and is working daily with her Arcturian team and with us. However, you can see how upsetting, disorienting and depressing all of this could be if you have healing still to do in your etheric bodies.
You can see by studying the chart above how each frequency was designed to probe and damage either your physical, emotional, mental and/or spiritual body. The insertion of the feelings of aloneness are especially designed to make you feel abandoned by your kind and by God. This has made humans more vulnerable and more easily controlled. Of course, because of the disadvantages imposed by the "Sleeper Cell" and the dense Veil, you were especially vulnerable to the attacks by the dark cabal. The frequency attacks were intended to be "the icing on the cake" - their secret weapon that would seal their power over Earth and create the perfect slave planet for their selfish use.
The injuries to your shields have been deliberate, ongoing, calculated and effective, but you can repair and maintain your etheric bodies. Even as the cabal frequencies wane and their power to abuse, torture and destroy is eliminated, you will need to restore yourselves to top shape in preparation for your Ascension. We are here to help you.
As Mother mentioned in our last newsletter (Edition #26), your etheric bodies were intended to act as a reliable shield, making your soul immune to the normal bumps and bruises of life in lower dimensions. By restoring yourselves to your pristine nature, you will be re-Creating yourselves in health, joy and light-hearted exuberance. Now that you understand more about your etheric bodies and how you all were compromised by the calculated attacks, we will continue this series with help from every quarter.
I am delighted to be a part of this illustrious team that will walk with you into this advanced healing work to prepare you for the most glorious experience of life on Planet Earth you can imagine. Yours will be the triumph of rising above these past Earth trials, and you will be glorious examples of health, happiness and abundance for all around you as we experience the exciting events to come.
